This pilot clinical trial studies the side effects of pegaspargase when given together with combination chemotherapy in treating patients with newly diagnosed high-risk acute lymphoblastic leukemia. Pegaspargase may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Drugs used in chemotherapy work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Giving more than one drug (combination chemotherapy) together with pegaspargase may kill more cancer cells.

The primary objective of this study is to determine to what degree sugary drink warning labels increase consumers' knowledge about the potential health harms of sugary drinks and reduce sugary drink intake. The study is designed to answer three additional questions: 1) Do some warning labels work better than others? 2) What is the effect of warning labels over time? 3) If warning labels influence behavior, is it because they increase knowledge or simply provide a salient reminder that some drinks are less healthy? This study will test the effect of repeated exposure to warning labels on total calories purchased over time and assess whether knowledge or salience better explain label effects.

The majority of female undergraduate students experience disordered eating and/or weight gain, increasing the risk for two serious public health problems, eating disorders and obesity. Traditional nutrition education about weight control delivered during college has not been effective and may even exacerbate these problems. Thus, the investigators propose that instead of focusing on external information as taught by nutrition education (e.g. 'calories in, calories out', quantification and cognitive processing of nutrition information), at-risk females be trained to become more attuned to their internal hunger and fullness signaling to set them on a trajectory for decreased chronic disease risk as they age.

RATIONALE: Sunitinib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth and by blocking blood flow to the tumor. Infusing irradiated donor lymphocytes into the patient may help the patient's immune system kill tumor cells. Giving sunitinib together with irradiated donor lymphocytes may kill more tumor cells. PURPOSE: This phase II trial is studying how well giving sunitinib together with irradiated donor lymphocytes works in treating patients with metastatic kidney cancer.

The study aims at evaluating skin wrinkling, puffiness and fatigue and dark circle appearance on asian and african-american healthy volunteer cohorts receiving a cosmetic formulation containing NMN (2%). The product will be evaluated after 28 and 56 days of twice-daily application in comparison with a reference cosmetic formulation using clinical scoring under dermatological control. Cosmetic acceptability and future use will also be subjectively evaluated by analysis of the subjects answers to an evaluation questionnaire.

The Global Anticoagulant Registry in the FIELD-Atrial Fibrillation (GARFIELD-AF Registry) is a non-interventional, observational study that characterized a global population of non-valvular atrial fibrillation patients. The registry was used to document global baseline characteristics, current treatment strategies and outcome measures. Characterisation of a number of AF sub-populations was also completed.
