NCT03951077
This study will assess the potential impact of elagolix on disordered pituitary and ovarian hormones in women with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS).
NCT00775684
This study evaluates exenatide, sitagliptin, and glimepiride for the treatment of high blood sugar in patients with impaired fasting glucose or early type 2 diabetes. The purpose of this study is to determine if exenatide and sitagliptin increase the amount of insulin made by the pancreas compared to glimepiride. It is hypothesized that exenatide or sitagliptin will sustain or increase the amount of insulin made by the pancreas in comparison to glimepiride.
NCT02907086
Observational study to allow the collection of blood and medical information to evaluate the role of circulating tumor material in patients with colorectal cancer and melanoma
NCT03735823
Since the last submission, the investigator have further characterized the potential of IL--11 to induce encephalitogenic CD4+IL--17A+, IL--21+ and GM--CSF+ cells, which upon passive transfer induced severe RREAE with IL--17A+CCR6+ CD4+ cell, neutrophil, CD8+ and B--cell accumulation within the CNS (manuscript submitted for publication). These findings confirmed our hypothesis and further characterization of the IL--11--induced encephalitogenic CD4+ cells will be performed as planned in the grant proposal
NCT05140135
This study is evaluating the effectiveness of recovery oriented cognitive therapy (CT-R) for patients with schizophrenia/schizoaffective disorder. To evaluate CT-R, the investigators are conducting a randomized controlled trial with patients from community mental health centers. Participants will be randomized to the CT-R condition, in which the participants will receive approximately 9 months of CT-R as an adjunctive treatment to current medical treatment, or to the continued usual care control condition. The primary outcome measure (positive, negative, and general psychopathology symptoms) as well as secondary measures (quality of life, self-esteem, social anhedonia, recovery, dysfunctional attitudes, resilience, internalized stigma, and hopelessness) will be measured at baseline, 4-5 months after the first therapy appointment, approximately 9 months after the first therapy appointment, and approximately 15 months after the baseline appointment.
NCT04102501
The purpose of this study is to assess the Efficacy, Long Term Safety and Tolerability of RT001 in subjects with Friedreich's Ataxia
NCT05175846
Observational Study of the Association of Immunological and Inflammatory Biomarkers in COVID-19 Naïve and Infected Participants and Severity of Disease. Thirty naive and 30 COVID positive participants will have a blood sample taken after informed consent and be assessed for COVID symptoms according to WHO classification. Participants will be followed monthly for 6 months. At each contact, participants will be assessed for COVID symptoms and progress since the previous visit.
NCT04201418
To evaluate the effectiveness of patisiran in patients with ATTRv amyloidosis with polyneuropathy who have a V122I or T60A mutation.
NCT04075734
The goal of this project is to evaluate the feasibility of the "Managing Your Health" online self-management skills+peer mentoring intervention that focuses on overcoming survivor barriers to self-management of their survivorship care. We will conduct a pilot randomized controlled trial (RCT) of the intervention versus usual care with adolescent and young adult survivors of childhood cancer ages 18-25 years. Participants will complete survey measures at baseline, Time 2 (about 2 months after baseline), Time 3 (about 5 months after baseline), and Time 4 (about 12 months after baseline).
NCT04070326
The main aims of this study are to learn how lanadelumab moves through a child's body and if the children have any medical problems from lanadelumab. Other aims are to learn if prophylactic treatment with lanadelumab reduces the number and severity of HAE attacks in children, how lanadelumab affects the child's body, and if the children develop antibodies to lanadelumab. The study doctors will treat acute HAE attacks according to their standard practice. Participants will receive lanadelumab for up to 52 weeks. When they start treatment, participants will visit their clinic every week for the first 4 weeks. Then, they will visit their clinic every 4 weeks during treatment.
NCT01986478
To collect data for a reference database.
NCT03067675
The objective of this study is to collect OCT measurement data on normal healthy eyes.
NCT01646814
This trial is a Phase 2, randomized, controlled study to compare the degree of mucosal injury after the oral administration of an investigational product, PL2200, and a marketed 325 mg immediate-release aspirin product.
NCT04331080
The purpose of this study is to evaluate effectiveness of Granexin® gel in reducing scar formation in surgical incisional wounds.
NCT03483324
A phase 1b, open label, multi-center trial of AB-110 in adults with hematologic malignancies, including acute myeloid leukemia (AML), acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL), and myelodysplasia (MDS) undergoing cord blood transplantation. Subjects will receive unmanipulated cord blood (UCB) and AB-110 expanded CD34 enriched hematopoietic progenitor cells (HSPC).

NCT00454220
The purpose of this study is to determine the safety and effectiveness of 2 different doses of modified-release recombinant human thyroid stimulating hormone (MRrhTSH) when administered with radioiodine in patients with multinodular goiter, a condition that involves the enlargement of the thyroid gland. We will also evaluate the safety and effectiveness of radioiodine therapy alone in these patients. The goal of the treatment is to determine if there was a reduction in the size of the goiter and to study if goiter symptoms have improved after 6 months and after 36 months.
