This study will evaluate PF-05212384 (gedatolisib) PI3K/mTOR inhibitor)) in combination with either docetaxel, cisplatin or dacomitinib in select advanced solid tumors. The study will assess the safety, pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of these combinations in patients with advanced cancer in order to determine the maximum tolerated dose in each combination. The cisplatin combination expansion portion will evaluate the anti tumor activity of PF 05212384 plus cisplatin in patients with TNBC in 2 separate Arms (Arm 1 and Arm 2).

This pilot phase II trial studies how well giving bevacizumab and combination chemotherapy together before surgery works in treating patients with locally advanced esophageal or stomach cancer. Monoclonal antibodies, such as bevacizumab, can block tumor growth in different ways. Some block the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Others find tumor cells and help kill them or carry tumor-killing substances to them. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as leucovorin calcium, fluorouracil, and oxaliplatin work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells or by stopping them from dividing. Giving bevacizumab and combination chemotherapy before surgery may make the tumor smaller and reduce the amount of normal tissue that needs to be removed. Giving these treatments after surgery may kill any tumor cells that remain after surgery.

This is an open-label study to evaluate the safety, efficacy, and PK of DNV3837 at a dose of 1.5 mg/kg actual body weight(BW)/day administered via IV infusion in subjects with CDI. The study will be conducted in 2 subsequent parts. In Part 1 of the study, 10 subjects of either sex with severe or non-severe CDI will be enrolled to receive DNV3837. In Part 2 of the study, up to 30 subjects with severe or non-severe CDI will be enrolled to receive DNV3837. In both parts of the study, treatment infusions will be administered at a constant rate resulting in a total IV infusion duration of 6 hours per day, for a total maximum daily dose of 120 mg DNV3837. Infusions will be administered once daily for 10 consecutive days. The objectives of the study are: * To evaluate the safety of intravenous (IV) DNV3837; * To evaluate the efficacy of IV DNV3837; * To assess the pharmacokinetics (PK) of DNV3837 and DNV3681 in plasma and of DNV3681 in urine and feces; * To assess C. difficile using microbiological assessments; * To assess the proportion of subjects colonized with vancomycin-resistant enterococci (VRE), extended-spectrum beta-lactamase (ESBL) organisms, or carbapenem-resistant Enterobacteriaceae (CRE) in feces; and * To assess changes in the fecal microbiome using 16S ribosomal ribonucleic acid (RNA) analysis

The goals of the project are to evaluate a noninvasive monitor of brain metabolism and blood flow in critically ill humans. If validated, such a reliable noninvasive brain blood flow and metabolism monitor, by allowing physiologic and pharmacologic decisions based on real-time brain physiology, potentially will become an important tool for clinicians in their efforts to prevent additional brain tissue death in patients admitted with stroke, brain hemorrhage and traumatic brain injury.

This is a non-significant risk, double-blinded, randomized, registrational study to compare the effectiveness of two digital, software only, medical devices (SaMD) (attune™ and cerena™) in reducing cancer-related anxiety and depression symptoms when used adjunctively with multidisciplinary (medical, psychosocial) oncology usual care regimens for up to 10 weeks. Study population will consist of up to 553 participants with stage I-III breast cancer or stage I-III NSCLC. The primary endpoint is percent improvement in anxiety symptoms at Week 10 and secondary endpoints of percent improvement in depressive symptoms will be assessed at Week 12. An interim analysis for efficacy and futility will be conducted once 236 participants have completed the study.

This study will compare the effects of AXA1125, an orally active mixture of amino acids, compared to placebo, on improving fat and inflammation (steatohepatitis) as well as fibrosis in subjects with non alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH). as well as the safety and tolerability of AXA1125. Subjects will take one of two different doses of AXA1125 or a placebo twice daily, and a liver biopsy will be done at the beginning and end of the 48-week study.

This is a multicenter, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study to assess the potential of physical withdrawal from CR845 upon treatment discontinuation after 3 weeks of IV administration at a dose of 0.5 mcg/kg in hemodialysis patients. The purpose of this study is to determine whether hemodialysis patients who take CR845 develop physical dependence and experience withdrawal symptoms upon cessation, as exemplified by symptoms consistent with opioid withdrawal. The study will consist of a Screening Phase, a 3-week Open-label Phase, a 2-week randomized, placebo-controlled, Double-blind Phase and a Follow-up Visit.

The purpose of this study is to allow continued adavosertib treatment of patients with advanced solid tumours participating in the adavosertib clinical pharmacology studies and to assess the continued safety and tolerability of adavosertib for patients enrolled in adavosertib clinical pharmacology studies (hereafter referred to as the 'parent studies') who continue to use the therapy
