NCT04004611
This study was designed to evaluate how the body processes and removes mirikizumab. The study also evaluated safety and disease response in pediatric participants with UC taking mirikizumab. The study lasted about 52 weeks and included up to 18 visits.
NCT00381680
This randomized phase III trial is studying low-dose vincristine to see how well it works compared with high-dose vincristine when given together with different combination chemotherapy regimens in treating young patients with intermediate-risk relapsed B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia. Drugs used in chemotherapy work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells or by stopping them from dividing. Giving more than one drug (combination chemotherapy) and giving the drugs in different ways and different doses may kill more cancer cells..
NCT01962948
This phase I/II trial studies the side effects and best dose of ganetespib when given together with paclitaxel and to see how well they work in treating patients with recurrent ovarian, fallopian tube, or primary peritoneal cancer. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as paclitaxel, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells or by stopping them from dividing. Ganetespib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Giving paclitaxel and ganetespib may be an effective treatment for ovarian, fallopian tube, or primary peritoneal cancer.
NCT00382070
RATIONALE: Estrogen can cause the growth of breast cancer cells. Hormone therapy using letrozole may fight breast cancer by lowering the amount of estrogen the body makes. It is not yet known whether letrozole is more effective than a placebo in treating patients with hormone receptor-positive breast cancer. PURPOSE: This randomized phase III trial is studying letrozole to see how well it works compared with a placebo in treating postmenopausal women who have received hormone therapy for hormone receptor-positive breast cancer.
NCT04668768
This is a study to use glucarpidase prophylactically to treat methotrexate induced toxicities in lymphoma patients with cerebral involvement.
NCT04682431
This is an open-label, multicenter, First-In-Human (FIH), Phase 1a/1b study of PY159 in subjects with locally advanced (unresectable) and/or metastatic solid tumors that are refractory or relapsed to Standard Of Care (including Checkpoint Inhibitors, if approved for that indication).
NCT04333433
This prospective, concurrent controlled, open-label, multicenter study is designed to collect additional safety data through 5 years of follow-up for subjects randomized to either the treatment arm (PRESERFLO® MicroShunt with MMC) or the control arm (Trabeculectomy with MMC) of the INN-005 clinical study.
NCT05625347
The goal of this clinical trial is to compare the pharmacokinetics (PK) pharmacodynamics (PD), safety and tolerability of acetylsalicylic acid powder for oral inhalation (I-ASA) with non-enteric-coated chewable aspirin (C-ASA) in adult subjects with obstructive or restrictive pulmonary function. In the first treatment period, subjects will be randomized to receive either a single dose (100 mg) of I-ASA powder via a Dry Powder Inhaler (DPI) OR a single dose (162 mg) of C-ASA tablets. After a washout period, subjects will be crossed over to receive the other treatment in the second treatment period. All subjects will receive both treatments during the study. Each single dose treatment will be followed by up to 24 hours of serial post-dose PK, PD, and safety/tolerability assessments.
NCT03237858
The MANAGE-HF study is a multi-center, global, prospective, open label, multi-phase trial intended to evaluate the clinical efficacy of the HeartLogic heart failure diagnostic feature.
NCT05327868
In the Lean and Obese Dietary Inflammation (LODI) study, the primary goal is to determine the effect of short-term intake of high dietary fat (5 days) compared to low fat intake (5 days) in a cross-over design in older adults (men and women) with normal body weight or obesity. Inflammation will be examined by measuring serum endotoxin and other markers, as well as the fecal microbiota.
NCT03433781
This is an open label, Phase Ib study designed to evaluate the safety, toxicity and biological activity of high dose Vitamin C in bone marrow and peripheral blood when administered as therapy to patients with intermediate or high risk myelodysplastic syndrome according to the revised IPSS (international prognostic scoring system) criteria whose disease has a Ten-eleven translocation-2, (TET2) mutation. The primary objectives phase 1 study is to establish safety and confirm a steady level of Vitamin C on ≥1 mM in \> 75% of the patients is achieved. All patients will receive at least 1 cycle of treatment (4 weeks). Patients with clinical benefit (CR,PR, or SD) then will undergo a second 4-week cycle of treatment.
NCT00740870
The primary objective is to confirm the long-term functionality of implantation of the Medtronic Melody TPV at 5 years is no worse than the historical control established through literature review. The secondary objectives are to evaluate long-term functionality at 10 years and to assess safety, procedural success, and clinical utility of transcatheter implantation of the Melody TPV.
NCT01897571
This is an open-label, multicenter, Phase 1/2 study of tazemetostat as a single agent in subjects with advanced solid tumors or with B-cell lymphomas and tazemetostat in combination with prednisolone in subjects with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL).
NCT01684150
The purpose of this study is to determine the safe dose of EPZ-5676, to evaluate the safety of EPZ-5676 in patients with advanced hematologic malignancies, and to conduct a preliminary assessment of the anti-leukemia activity of EPZ-5676 in patients with acute leukemias bearing rearrangements of the MLL gene. Currently this study is in the MLL-r restricted/expansion phase and is only enrolling patients with rearrangements involving the MLL gene, including 11q23 or partial tandem duplications (PTD).
NCT04177108
This study evaluated the efficacy and safety of ipatasertib in combination with atezolizumab and paclitaxel in locally advanced or metastatic Triple-Negative Breast Cancer (TNBC) previously untreated in this setting.
NCT03125902
This Phase 3, multicenter, randomized, double-blind, placebo controlled study is designed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of atezolizumab (MPDL3280A, an anti-programmed death-ligand 1 \[PD-L1\] antibody) administered in combination with paclitaxel compared with placebo in combination with paclitaxel in participants with previously untreated, inoperable locally advanced or metastatic, centrally confirmed TNBC. Participants will be randomized in a 2:1 ratio to receive atezolizumab or placebo plus paclitaxel until disease progression or unacceptable toxicity or end of study, whichever occurs first (maximum up to approximately 40 months). In addition, the Sponsor may decide to terminate the study at any time.
NCT04681040
Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) is caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) and in infected patients, it produces symptoms which range from completely asymptomatic to those expressing severe illness. Early recognition of those developing severe manifestations allows for rapid and appropriate intervention, including admission to intensive care unit and intensive care therapy, such as mechanical ventilation. A current problem is that only limited data exist predicting the clinical course of COVID-19. This study will determine whether non-invasive urinalysis is useful in assessing and predicting the severity or clinical course of patients with COVID-19.
NCT03571828
Evaluate the safety and tolerability of AMG 562 in adult subjects with DLBCL, MCL, or FL. Estimate the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) and/or a biologically active dose (e.g., recommended phase 2 dose \[RP2D\])
