NCT00171223
During the Core Phase of the study, participants received STI571 at a dose of 400 milligrams (mg) daily for up to 12 months. Participants completing 12 months of therapy were eligible to continue treatment in the Extension Phase of the study provided that, in the opinion of the investigator, they had benefited from treatment with STI571 and there were no safety concerns.
NCT02593227
This Phase II trial evaluates the safety and immunogenicity of two doses of the Folate Receptor Alpha (FRα) peptide vaccine mixed with GM-CSF as a vaccine adjuvant, with or without a immune priming with cyclophosphamide, as a consolidation therapy after neoadjuvant or adjuvant treatment of patients with Stage IIb-III triple negative breast cancer (TNBC).
NCT02006472
This is a multicenter, multinational, randomized, parallel-group, double-blind, placebo-controlled, dose range finding study to compare the efficacy and safety of different doses of pridopidine versus placebo in the treatment of motor impairment in Huntington's Disease (HD).
NCT02159521
To evaluate the efficacy of ultrasound accelerated thrombolysis using the EkoSonic® Endovascular System with standard infusion of thrombolytic drug for post-thrombotic syndrome from chronic venous occlusion.
NCT03127956
The objective of this study is to assess the long-term safety of Olumacostat Glasaretil gel, 5.0% in patients with acne vulgaris
NCT03028363
The objectives of this study are to assess the safety and efficacy of Olumacostat Glasaretil Gel compared to vehicle in patients with acne vulgaris
NCT02059057
Crossover study for patients who were randomized to the Control Group in CLN0009 (NCT01608490).
NCT01957787
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of cryoablation therapy used to treat tumors in participants with pulmonary metastatic disease. This study is to enroll participants who will undergo cryoablation of at least 1 metastatic pulmonary tumor that is less than or equal to 3.5 centimeter (cm). Participants will be followed 24 months post their cryoablation procedure.
NCT02873208
The primary objective of this study is to evaluate the long-term safety and tolerability of ALKS 3831 in subjects with schizophrenia.
NCT02207244
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy, safety, and tolerability of guselkumab (CNTO 1959) in the treatment of participants with moderate to severe plaque-type psoriasis (scaly skin rash).
NCT03393000
Open-label, randomized, controlled, phase 3 safety and efficacy registration trial. Subjects will be randomized at baseline to the standard of care for first-line treatment of glioblastoma plus Trans Sodium Crocetinate (TSC) or the standard of care. The standard of care for GBM will consist of temozolomide plus radiation therapy for 6 weeks followed by 28 days of rest followed by 6 cycles of post-radiation temozolomide treatment.
NCT04245917
Non-interventional, prospective, multicenter, natural history study of patients with mitochondrial neurogastrointestinal encephalomyopathy (MNGIE)
NCT00171249
The objectives of Part 1 of the study were: * To determine the rate of hematologic response (HR) lasting ≥4 weeks in participants with Philadelphia chromosome-positive (Ph+) chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) in the accelerated phase (AP). * To evaluate duration of HR, overall survival, cytogenetic response (CyR), time to blast crisis in CML participants in the AP, improvement of symptomatic parameters, tolerability and safety of STI571 treatment. The objective of the extension (Part 2) was: -To enable participants to have access to study drug and continue study treatment and to decrease data collection to include only overall survival and serious adverse events.
NCT03802916
Safety, tolerability, and acceptability of twice-daily dosing with deferiprone delayed-release (DR) tablets in patients with systemic iron overload.
NCT01218438
The purpose of this study is to develop a 20% subcutaneous (SC) immunoglobulin preparation for the treatment of patients with primary immunodeficiency diseases (PIDD).
NCT04235621
This is a study with 2 parts. Part 1 comprises a visit to collect biological samples necessary for the molecular characterization of chronic kidney disease. Part 2 comprises an observational period of 5 visits over a period up to 8 weeks. During Part 2, baseline tests will be conducted, and urine will be collected approximately every 2 weeks for 8 weeks. Patients may participate in Part 1, Part 2, or both, and will be followed for up to 1 year consisting of data collection from the patient's medical records and home collection of urine samples every 4 months.
NCT03823391
This study will assess the safety, tolerability, and efficacy of ABBV-3373 in participants with moderately to severely active rheumatoid arthritis (RA) on background methotrexate (MTX) compared with adalimumab.
NCT03532035
This is a randomized, controlled, open-label, multicenter study to evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetic (PK), and adenovirus (AdV) antiviral activity of multiple ascending doses of IV brincidofovir (BCV). Approximately 30 eligible subjects will be sequentially enrolled into 1 of 3 planned cohorts. Within each cohort, subjects will be randomized in a 4:1 ratio to receive IV BCV dosed twice weekly (BIW) (on Days 1, 4, 8, and 11) or to receive investigator-assigned standard of care (SoC).
NCT04054921
In this study will investigate long term safety and use of the PTG-300 in Beta Thalassemia patients.
NCT04967976
This is the first prospective randomized and controlled study on the efficacy and safety of TiLOOP® Bra mesh in patients with expander-implant breast reconstruction. The investigators hypothesize that incoporating TiLOOP Bra mesh with tissue expanders will reduce the rates of capsular contraction, improve the efficiency of expansion and provide better aesthetic result.
