NCT01467557
This study is an observational registry of patients who have recently been prescribed 1•DAY ACUVUE® TruEye® or 1•DAY ACUVUE® MOIST® Brand Contact Lenses with LACREON® TECHNOLOGY.
NCT02427477
Approximately 120 subjects will be comparing two soft contact lenses for one week each.
NCT02310126
Subjects will evaluate each study lens in a random order. The lenses will be worn in both eyes for a short period.
NCT02772380
The main purpose of this clinical study is to collect electrograms from an investigational lead placed in an extravascular space, for development of a future Implantable Cardioverter Defibrillator (ICD) system.
NCT02517021
NEPA-15-18 is a clinical study assessing safety of pro-netupitant and palonosetron, two antiemetic drugs, given with oral dexamethasone. The objective of the study is to evaluate if pro-netupitant and palonosetron are safe when administered to prevent nausea and vomiting after administration of repeated cycles of chemotherapy.
NCT01916226
This phase IV investigational trial is being conducted to evaluate the efficacy of a 2-week treatment of fluticasone propionate nasal spray (FPNS) vs. cetirizine on allergic nasal and ocular symptoms and quality of life in adult subjects with SAR. It is hypothesized that FPNS provides greater nasal symptom relief than cetirizine. The primary measure used to test this hypothesis is the change from baseline over two weeks in reflective total nasal symptom score (rTNSS) compared between FPNS and cetirizine. Approximately 648 subjects will be randomized into a 1:1:1:1 ratio of treatment allocation across approximately twenty-five to thirty-five sites in the US during the 2013 fall allergy season. All subjects will be outpatients. The total duration of study will be approximately 21 days including 7 days of screening period, and 14 days of treatment period.
NCT01055457
This study compares an investigational contact lens care multi-purpose solution to a currently marketed multi-purpose solution.
NCT00975585
The purpose of this study is to compare the clinical performance of two contact lenses.
NCT01016652
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effect of a multi-focal contact lens on symptomatic patients.
NCT01485172
This study is a fixed dose, dose response study to characterize the dose response for ropinirole PR in early stage PD patients (Hoehn \& Yahr stages I-III). After screening and baseline assessments, subjects will be randomized to one of six final target treatment groups (placebo, 2, 4, 8, 12 or 24mg/day ropinirole PR). The study will consist of a screening period, an up-titration period, a maintenance period, a down titration period and a follow up period. This study utilizes change from baseline in the UPDRS motor score as the primary endpoint, in line with that used in the ropinirole PR monotherapy pivotal study (SK\&F101468/168). Clinical review of the primary and secondary endpoints will be performed in order to establish the lowest maximally effective therapeutic dose.
NCT01484054
To evaluate and compare the performance of a new contact lens to a marketed contact lens.
NCT01667250
The purpose of this multi-center, prospective, double-blind, randomized, sham-controlled pilot study is to study feasibility and collect preliminary clinical data related to the safety and clinical benefits of daily use of non-invasive vagal nerve stimulation with the GammaCore device for the prevention of chronic migraine, and to support the development and approval of a larger pivotal study.
NCT01669629
This is a one week 2x2 crossover study comparing delefilcon A with etafilcon A, with a primary hypothesis of comparing the handling of each lens. Additional secondary markers are measured looking at subjective comfort and vision of the lenses.
NCT02600611
This is a multicenter, randomized, double-blind study of the efficacy and safety of iclaprim compared to vancomycin for the treatment of skin and skin structure infections.
NCT01484028
This study will serve to evaluate and compare the performance of two new lenses to a marketed lens.
NCT01323673
The purpose of this study is to determine how clobetasol proprionate foam works against a placebo foam in the treatment of hand dermatitis.
NCT01192542
The purpose of this study is to compare the visual acuity, limbal and bulbar redness of the new galyfilcon A prototype lenses against Avaira® lenses when worn as daily wear for seven (7) days.
NCT01990664
This study is an open-label, multi-site study. The total number of subjects was 200. The duration of this study was approximately four weeks. The primary objective was to assess what percentage of lapsed contact wearers, who have discontinued use of their contact lenses for greater than six months can be successfully re-fit with senofilcon A, reusable 2-weekly replacement daily wear lenses (spherical and toric designs).
NCT02146313
This is a Phase 1, multicenter, open-label, dose-escalation study of DMUC4064A administered by intravenous (IV) infusion every three weeks (q3w) to cancer participants. The study will employ a traditional 3 + 3 dose escalation design to determine the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) of DMUC4064A against platinum-resistant ovarian cancer. Once a q3w recommended Phase 2 dose (RP2D) is identified, two expansion cohorts (one in platinum-resistant ovarian cancer and another in unresectable pancreatic cancer) may be evaluated to further characterize the safety and activity in these populations.
NCT00151320
Primary Objective: To determine the toxicity profile and maximum tolerated dose (MTD) of VELCADE when administered in combination with CHOP + Rituximab to patients with previously untreated diffuse large B cell or mantle cell non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL) Secondary Objectives: To assess the response rate (overall and complete), event-free survival and overall survival with VELCADE and CHOP-R in patients with previously untreated diffuse large B cell or mantle cell lymphoma (phase II component) Treatment: Standard CHOP chemotherapy administered every 21 days (full dose) for six cycles Rituximab administered (375 mg/m2) day 1 of each cycle (with usual premedications) VELCADE is administered prior to rituximab and CHOP on day 1 of each cycle. The dose of VELCADE will be determined by the following dose escalation schedule: Level Dose/Schedule (-2) 0.7 mg/m2 on day 1 of each cycle (-1) 0.7 mg/m2 on days 1 and 8 (0) 0.7 mg/m2 on days 1 and 4 (+1) 1.0 mg/m2 on days 1 and 4 (+2) 1.3 mg/m2 on days 1 and 4
