NCT03514641
This integrated assessment consists of two studies, 603A and 603B, to be carried out sequentially in a common study population. Participating subjects informed of the trial design and their consent to participate in both studies were to be obtained in a single consent form. Approximately 680 male or female adult subjects were to be enrolled.
NCT01077154
This randomized phase 3 trial is studying the effect of denosumab to see if it can prevent disease recurrence in the bone or in any other part of the body, when it is given as adjuvant therapy for women with early-stage breast cancer, who are at high risk of disease recurrence.
NCT00805948
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the long-term safety and effectiveness of the Talent Thoracic Stent Graft System for treatment of descending thoracic aneurysms (DTA)following U.S. market approval.
NCT02883283
This study explores the potential for a more rapid onset of pain relief when drug administration is performed through the epidural needle, a technique of epidural loading that provides a rapid and reliable level of labor analgesia without the disadvantages of a combined spinal-epidural, and could add a valuable new tool to anesthesiologists.
NCT04591678
This is a single center, 22-month observational study of nusinersen treatment in adult patients with spinal muscular atrophy (SMA). There will be a total of seven visits. Nusinersen is provided as standard of care and not considered research in this study. Information will be collected regarding the general health, and function including muscle strength of, as well as any positive and/or adverse events experienced by the study participants.
NCT04079660
Diabetes mellitus is associated with negative outcomes in patients undergoing surgery. Blood sugar levels are monitored by measuring a values that include but are not limited to hemoglobin A1c, capillary blood glucose, and fructosamine . This study is being done to investigate if there is an associated between these values and postsurgical outcomes.
NCT04006236
This is a randomized, controlled, double-blind, multicenter parallel study to evaluate the growth, tolerance and compliance of healthy infants fed infant formulas with extensively hydrolyzed casein protein.
NCT02844439
This is a multicenter, Phase 2 study to assess the activity of tesevatinib in patients with recurrent glioblastoma.
NCT02952586
This is a phase 3 randomized, placebo controlled study to evaluate the safety and anti-tumor activity of Avelumab in combination with standard of care chemoradiation (SoC CRT) versus SoC CRT alone in front-line treatment of patients with locally advanced head and neck cancer.
NCT00064298
RATIONALE: Chemoprevention therapy is the use of certain substances to try to prevent the development or recurrence of cancer. Fruit and vegetable extracts may be effective in preventing the recurrence or further development of head and neck cancer. PURPOSE: This randomized phase II trial is studying how well fruit and vegetable extracts work in preventing the recurrence of stage I, stage II, stage III, stage IVA, or stage IVB head and neck cancer.
NCT02001974
This is a phase I study to evaluate the safety and define the pharmacokinetic (PK) profile of orally administered reparixin in combination with paclitaxel in HER 2 (Human epidermal growth factor receptor-2) negative metastatic breast cancer patients. The primary objective of this study was to evaluate the safety and define the pharmacokinetic (PK) profile of orally administered reparixin in combination with paclitaxel in HER-2 negative MBC patients. The secondary objectives were to: 1. Evaluate the effects of orally administered reparixin on cancer stem cell (CSC) markers, the tumoral microenvironment and markers of cytokine inflammation; 2. Evaluate peripheral blood samples for enumeration of circulating tumor cells (CTCs), molecular characterization as CSCs and perform epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) biomarker profiling; 3. Assess disease response for indication of efficacy.
NCT01621893
Studying long-term changes in a sub-set of patients who undergo the Subchondroplasty procedure including changes in pain, function, and overall health.
NCT02743793
Antirejection medicines, also known as immunosuppressive drugs, are prescribed to organ transplant recipients to prevent their bodies from rejecting the new organ. Some organ transplant recipients can stop taking anti-rejection medicines without rejecting their transplanted organ (this is called 'tolerance'). The purpose of this study will collect samples and data from 'tolerant' liver or kidney transplant recipients in order to find out: The purpose of this study is to collect samples and data in order to find out: * How long liver or kidney transplant recipients can remain tolerant; * What happens in the tolerant recipient's body over time; and * If there are patterns in the body that are linked to tolerance.
NCT03865381
This is a prospective, single arm study designed to evaluate the change in hemoglobin A1c after 4 months of participation in the Onduo Virtual Diabetes Clinic (VDC) in individuals with Type 2 diabetes and suboptimal glycemic control.
NCT01560052
This study will evaluate the long-term efficacy and safety of low dose oral methylprednisolone compared to matching placebo, on a background of routine RAS inhibitor therapy, in preventing kidney events in patients with IgA nephropathy and features suggesting a high risk of progression.
NCT04247581
The purpose of the study is to evaluate the performance of ECG classification algorithms and their ability to classify heart rhythms into multiple categories of rhythms and heart rates
NCT04114825
This Phase II trial will enroll approximately 180 adult male patients with an earlier histologic diagnosis of prostatic adenocarcinoma and a biochemical recurrence (BCR) within 3 years of radical prostatectomy (RP) or definitive RT and no distant metastasis or locoregional recurrence. The trial is a randomized placebo-controlled double-blind study of a peptide cancer vaccine (RV001V).
NCT04237831
A study to evaluate the drug effect, safety, and tolerability of BMS-986259 in participants with different levels of kidney function
NCT03131206
