Sexually transmitted infections (STIs) are highly prevalent among adolescents. Clinical practices related to screening, diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of STIs among adolescents are suboptimal. There is a need to expand our screening programs to nontraditional healthcare settings such as emergency departments (ED) and to determine the most efficient and cost-effective method for providing this screening. The goal of this study is to leverage our recent insights obtained from single center ED-based adolescent GC/CT screening research and apply them across a national pediatric ED research network to determine the most clinically effective and cost-effective screening approach for adolescents when implemented into a real-world clinical setting through a pragmatic trial. This will be accomplished through a network of children's hospital EDs with a track record of robust research collaboration (Pediatric Emergency Care Applied Research Network or PECARN). This intervention will rely on an innovative approach that electronically integrates patient-reported data to guide clinical decision support. The investigators will apply human factors modeling methods to perform ED workflow evaluations at each participating pediatric ED to determine the most efficient way to integrate the screening process into clinical care. The investigators will then conduct a comparative effectiveness pragmatic trial of targeted STI screening versus universally offered STI screening through electronic integration of patient reported data for provision of clinical decision support. The investigators will develop decision analytic models to evaluate the cost-effectiveness of targeted screening compared to universally offered screening.

CDPATH™ is a tool to help predict the potential for developing Crohn's disease related complications in certain adult participants within 3 years. The main aim of the study is to explore the use of CDPATH™ to describe a participant's risk profile and to have discussions with their doctor about the potential path of their Crohn's disease. The number of visits will be decided by the study clinic according to their standard practice.

This is a global Phase 2, open-label, single-arm, multicohort, multicenter study to evaluate efficacy and safety of JCAR017 in adult subjects with r/r FL or MZL. The study will be conducted in compliance with the International Council on Harmonisation (ICH) of Technical Requirements for Registration of Pharmaceuticals for Human Use/Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and applicable regulatory requirements. This study is divided into three periods: * Pretreatment, which consists of screening assessments, leukapheresis and the Pretreatment evaluation; * Treatment, which starts with the administration of lymphodepleting (LD) chemotherapy and continues through JCAR017 administration at Day 1 with follow-up through Day 29; * Posttreatment, which includes follow-up assessments for disease status and safety for 5 years.

A multi-center, open-label, randomized, phase Ib study to evaluate the pharmacokinetics (PK) of HQP1351 and to determine the recommended phase 2 dose (RP2D) of HQP1351 in subjects with CML chronic phase (CP), accelerated phase (AP), or blast phase (BP) or with Ph+ ALL, who have experienced resistance or intolerance to at least two tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKIs) or in subjects with Ph+ B-cell precursor (BCP) ALL or lymphoid blast phase CML (CML LBP), who have experienced resistance or intolerance to at least one second or later generation TKI.

This study is open to adults with moderate to severe hidradenitis suppurativa (HS). The purpose of this study is to find out whether a medicine called spesolimab helps people with HS. People who have previously taken specific medicines such as immunosuppressive biologics other than Tumor necrosis factor (TNF) inhibitors cannot take part. This study has 2 parts. In Part 1, participants are divided into 4 groups of almost equal size. 3 groups get different doses of spesolimab, 1 group gets placebo. All participants get injections into a vein or under the skin. Placebo injections look like spesolimab injections, but do not contain any medicine. Every participant has an equal chance of being in each group. In the beginning, participants get the study medicine every week and later every 2 weeks. After 4 months, participants in the placebo group switch to spesolimab treatment. In Part 2, participants are divided into 2 groups. One group gets a suitable dose of spesolimab that was found in Part 1 of the study. The other group gets placebo. After 4 months, participants in the placebo group switch to spesolimab treatment. Participants join only one of the two parts. They are in the study for about 1 year. During this time, they visit the study site in the beginning every week and later every 2 weeks. Some of the visits can be done at the participant's home instead of the study site. The doctors regularly check participants' HS symptoms. The results are compared between the groups to see whether spesolimab works. The doctors also regularly check participants' general health and take note of any unwanted effects.

Veterans Health Administration (VHA) suicide rates remain high, requiring new approaches. VHA patients tend to have high medical and behavioral health care needs that cause disruption in their lives and heighten their risk of suicide. This study will adapt and pilot test an intervention that expands the focus of care for VHA patients with high risk for suicide to building a life of self-respect, meaning, and connectedness in one's local community. The pilot intervention will involve receiving support and mentorship from a fellow Veteran living with the same challenges who has been trained in helping others manage their disabilities while achieving specific life goals (i.e., a 'Peer Specialist'). Results from this study will demonstrate the preliminary effectiveness of supplementing the VHA's current clinical approaches to suicide prevention with support provided by a trained Peer Specialist that offers empathy, hope, and practical advice that stemming from 'lived experience' of disability and recovery.

Esophageal cancer, which has a low 5-year overall survival rate (\<20%) is increasing in incidence. Previous studies have shown that Hedgehog, AKT, and angiogenic signaling pathways are activated in a significant number of esophageal cancers. Itraconazole, a widely used anti-fungal medication, effectively inhibits these pathways. In this multi-site phase II trial, the investigators will evaluate the effect of itraconazole as a neoadjuvant therapy added to standard of care chemoradiation and surgery in the the treatment of locoregional esophageal and gastroesophageal junction cancers.

The investigators have developed a web-based decision support tool to help women Veterans get the information and care they need to achieve their reproductive goals, whether that includes optimizing their health before desired pregnancies or birth control to avoid unwanted pregnancies. The study will test the effect of sending a weblink to the decision tool to women Veterans prior to primary care visits at the VA. Half of participants will be sent a weblink before their appointment, and half will not be sent the link. The investigators hypothesize that participants who are sent the link will be more likely to report patient-centered discussions of their reproductive needs at visits, feel confident in communicating with their health care providers, have accurate knowledge about reproductive health, and choose birth control methods that best fit their preferences and needs.

High food motivation among children is trait-like and increases risks of unhealthy dietary intake and obesity. Scientific knowledge of how parenting can best support healthy eating habits and growth among children who are predisposed to overeating is surprisingly limited. This investigation will identify supportive food parenting approaches for obesity prevention that address the needs of highly food motivated children.

The purpose of this study is to find out which way of giving high-dose radiation works best for treatment of cancer that has spread to bone, the spine, soft tissue, or lymph nodes. This study will look at the effects, good and/or bad, of giving 27 Gy in three fractions (3 days) or 24 Gy in one fraction (1 day) using image-guided intensity-modulated radiotherapy (IG-IMRT). IG-IMRT is radiation that is given directly to the cancer site and reduces the exposure to normal tissue. Currently there are no studies that compare the effects of giving radiation in either hypofractionated doses (higher total doses of radiation spread out over several treatment days) or a single-fraction dose (entire radiation dose given in one treatment session). The patient may be asked to participate in an additional part of this study where we will get a a (DW/DCE) MRI before treatment start and within one hour after radiation treatment. If the patient is asked to take part in this portion of the study, all they will need to do is get up to 3 MRIs with standard contrast injection. The purpose of this is to see if as a result of the treatment there are changes in the blood flow going to the cancer which could suggest that the treatment may be successful. In addition some patients can present new lesions and may be asked if they would like to have these new lesions treated on the protocol. If they are given this option, this will not extend their follow up period. The follow up of the new lesions will match with the prior follow up dates.

The purpose of this study is to assess the safety and pharmacokinetics of boserolimab (MK-5890) when administered alone and in combination with pembrolizumab (MK-3475) in adults. Boserolimab monotherapy or boserolimab plus pembrolizumab combination therapy will be administered in adults with advanced solid tumors, including endometrial cancer, for up to 35 administrations (approximately 2 years). The safety and pharmacokinetics of boserolimab when administered with pembrolizumab, pemetrexed and carboplatin in adults with non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and boserolimab when administered with pembrolizumab and nab-paclitaxel in adults with triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) will also be assessed.
