NCT00045708
Drugs used in chemotherapy use different ways to stop tumor cells from dividing so they stop growing or die. This phase I/II trial is studying the side effects and best dose of ixabepilone and how well it works in treating patients with recurrent glioma.

NCT02300142
This is a voluntary study to allow subjects who received placebo while on GEN-003-002 to be randomized, in a blinded manner, to 1 of 6 active combinations of GEN-003 and Matrix-M2. Objectives: * To compare the impact on clinical Herpes Simplex Virus type-2 (HSV-2) disease among 6 different combinations of GEN-003 antigens and Matrix-M2 adjuvant measured by: * Time to first clinical and/or virologic recurrence after Dose 3 (Day 43) * Proportion of subjects who are recurrence free at 6 and 12 months after the last dose of vaccine * Lesion rate (percent of days with genital lesions present) during the post-vaccination follow-up period * Antiviral use. * To evaluate the safety and tolerability of GEN-003 in combination with Matrix-M2.
NCT01939223
To evaluate and compare the efficacy and safety of regorafenib versus placebo in subjects with colorectal cancer (CRC) after curative resection of liver metastasis and completion of all planned chemotherapy.
NCT00432159
This study is intended to treat patients with symptomatic degenerative disc disease at one level of the cervical spine. The patients will be randomized to the DISCOVER Artificial Cervical Disc (total disc replacement) or SLIM-LOC™ (cervical fusion) to determine the safety and efficacy at 2 years post operative. Follow-up on patients treated with total disc replacement will be continued to 5 years post operative.
NCT00064753
The purpose of this randomized clinical trial is to determine if lowering homocysteine levels in renal transplant recipients with a multivitamin will reduce the occurrence of cardiovascular disease outcomes.
NCT01641042
The purpose of this study is to investigate the immunogenicity, reactogenicity and safety of the new meningococcal vaccine 134612 in subjects with increased risk of meningococcal disease and compare it to its activity in healthy subjects.
NCT01789242
This is a dose finding study to evaluate the safety and determine the maximum tolerated dose of carfilzomib in patients with previously treated systemic light-chain amyloidosis.
NCT02262741
This is a multicenter, open-label, dose-exploration and dose-expansion study to evaluate the safety, tolerability, antitumor activity, PK, pharmacodynamics, and immunogenicity of MEDI4736 in combination with tremelimumab in subjects with recurrent/metastatic squamous cell carcinoma of the head and neck.
NCT02096081
The purpose of this study is to show that two FDA-approved botulinum toxin drugs called Xeomin® and Botox® can reduce the severity of vertical lines (wrinkles) that appear between the eyebrows (glabellar frown lines).
NCT00409565
The purpose of this study is to determine if the combination of two new drugs, cetuximab (Erbitux) and bevacizumab (Avastin) can increase the effectiveness of treatment for head and neck cancer. Cetuximab has recently been approved by the FDA for head and neck cancer (that is locally or regionally advanced) when used in combination with radiation therapy. Cetuximab is also approved by the FDA for the treatment of colorectal cancer
NCT00774124
Our objective is to test an innovative approach to improve outcomes among underserved women with gestational diabetes. We ill utilize a multi-lingual, Interactive Voice Response (IVR) -enabled telephone system to facilitate diabetes control and thereby improve pregnancy outcomes. Our hypothesis is that Telemonitoring will improve maternal glycemia, thereby reducing infant birth weights and leading to improved pregnancy outcomes.

The purpose of this study is to assess the safety and effectiveness of Radiesse® Injectable Dermal Filler for hand treatment.
NCT02675634
This clinical investigation is intended to explore the performance and safety of two newly developed ostomy products with regard to the products fit to body properties.
NCT01786135
This is a phase 1, open-label, dose-escalation, multicenter study to evaluate the safety and tolerability of SGN-CD19A in patients with relapsed or refractory B-lineage non-Hodgkin lymphoma (B-NHL)
NCT01732445
This phase II pilot trial studies how well ruxolitinib phosphate and danazol work in treating anemia in patients with myelofibrosis. Ruxolitinib phosphate and danazol may cause the body to make more red blood cells. They are used to treat anemia in patients with myelofibrosis.
