The primary objective of the study is to evaluate the performance characteristics of a blood-based ctDNA LUNAR-2 test to detect colorectal cancer in a screen-relevant, average risk population.

EYE-RES-102 is a randomized, double masked pivotal study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of 2 dose levels of EYE103 in comparison with the active control, ranibizumab, in patients with diabetic macular edema (DME) In the first year, all 3 treatment groups will be treated every 4 weeks with either EYE103 or ranibizumab. Beginning at Year 2, the frequency of treatment for participants will shift based on a personalized treatment interval algorithm. Approximately 960 participants will be entered in the study.

Long-term pain -or pain that lasts for months or years-is one of the most common health problems in the United States. Clinicians often prescribe opioids which can help ease pain in the short term, but evidence does not support their effectiveness over the long term. For some people, long-term opioid use can lead to addiction and overdose. People need effective options and support to help maintain or improve their function and quality of life. This study compared two programs for helping people living with long-term pain who have been prescribed opioids for 3 or more months. This study was done at primary care and pain care clinics at 3 health systems in the Southeastern United States. The study team assigned people by chance to one of two study programs: (1) individual motivational interviewing plus group-based cognitive behavioral therapy (MI+CBT) or (2) patient-clinician shared decision making. In the MI+CBT program, the patient learned strategies to better cope with chronic pain. In the SDM program, the patient and clinician worked together through enhanced communication to make decisions that aligned with values and preferences of the patient. The study team compared the two programs by looking at changes in opioid dosage, physical functioning, and pain interference over time. They collected information about prescribed opioid dosage from electronic health records and patients completed surveys at the start of the study and 6 and 12 months later. The study team worked with an advisory group that included patients, advocates, clinicians, and pain experts. The advisory group met with the study team two to three times per year to provide input on the study.

The goal of this clinical trial is to test how well psilocybin-assisted therapy works in treating people with depression. The main questions this study aims to answer are: * Does psilocybin with assisted therapy help improve symptoms for people with depression? * How long do the effects of this treatment last? Participants will: * Take part in a couple of screening and preparation visits. * Be given psilocybin in one or two treatment sessions. * Attend a series of follow-up sessions over the following year. * Complete forms and surveys to test how their symptoms have changed and what they thought of their experience. Researchers will also compare whether one treatment or two treatments help improve symptoms more for participants.

Purpose: This screening protocol is designed to assess PMN (neutrophil) responsiveness to wood smoke particles (WSP) and the effect of the GSTM1 null genotype on this response. The researches will identify persons responsive and resistant to the inflammatory effect of WSP. It is anticipated that the GSTM1 genotype will be a risk factor for increased response to WSP.

Ulcerative colitis (UC) is a type of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) characterized by diffuse, continuous inflammation of the colon. This study will assess how safe and effective mesalamine delayed-release capsules are in treating pediatric participants with UC. Adverse events and change in disease activity will be assessed. Delzicol (Mesalamine) is an approved drug being developed for the treatment of Ulcerative Colitis (UC). Study doctors put the participants in 1 of 2 groups, called treatment arms. Each group receives a different treatment. Around 80 Pediatric participants aged 5 to 17 years with a diagnosis of UC will be enrolled in approximately 45 sites in the United States. Participants will receive oral mesalamine capsules twice daily for 26 weeks and followed for 30 days. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at a hospital or clinic. The effect of the treatment will be checked by medical assessments, blood tests, checking for side effects and completing questionnaires.

The purpose of this study is to learn about the safety and immunogenicity of a study vaccine (called RSVpreF) in several adult groups. Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV) is a common type of virus (germ) that can cause severe illness, where medical help is needed. RSV can lead to airway diseases in all ages. Vaccines help your body make antibodies which help fight against diseases. This is called an immune response. This study will measure how much antibody participants make after receiving RSVpreF (immunogenicity). The study consists of 2 groups (Substudy A and Substudy B). Substudy A is seeking approximately 675 participants who are: * Between 18 and 60 years of age. * Considered having a high likelihood of severe RSV disease due to certain long-term medical conditions. Such medical conditions do not include immunocompromising conditions. Participants will need to come to the study clinic at least 2 times. At the first clinic visit, participants will receive 1 shot of RSVpreF or placebo in the arm by chance. A placebo looks like the study vaccine but contains no active ingredients. At each clinic visit, a blood sample will be taken. A third (final) visit can be either completed in clinic or via telephone contact. This study is about 6 months long for each participant. Substudy B is seeking approximately 200 participants who are: * At least 18 years of age. About half of the participants will be at least 60 years of age. * Considered having a weakened immune system (immunocompromised). Participants will need to come to the study clinic at least 3 times. All participants will receive a shot of RSVpreF at the first study clinic visit. The second study clinic visit will be 1 month later. All participants will receive a second shot of the study vaccine at this second study clinic visit. Blood samples will be taken at the 3 study clinic visits. A fourth (final) visit can be either completed in clinic or via telephone contact. This study is about 7 months long for each participant.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety of enoblituzumab (MGA271) in combination with Keytruda (pembrolizumab) when given to patients with B7-H3-expressing melanoma, squamous cell carcinoma of the head and neck (SCCHN), non small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), Urothelial Cancer and other B7-H3 expressing cancers. The study will also evaluate what is the highest dose of enoblituzumab that can be given safely when given with pembrolizumab. Assessments will also be done to see how the drug acts in the body (pharmacokinetics (PK), pharmacodynamics) and to evaluate potential anti-tumor activity of MGA271 in combination with pembrolizumab. Safety and efficacy of enoblituzumab in combination with MGA012 (anti-PD-1 monoclonal antibody; also known as INCMGA00012) will also be evaluated.

An urgent need exists to identify effective interventions to arrest or reverse dementia and cognitive loss at its earliest stages. The proposed pilot randomized clinical trial will investigate the short and long-term effects of hyperbaric oxygen therapy on cognitive functioning, cerebral blood flow, and glucose uptake in diabetic elderly with mild cognitive impairment. and provide the basis for a large-scale multi-center study of hyperbaric oxygen therapy effects on cognition in diabetes. The potential to preserve, or even enhance, cognition in elderly at high risk of cognitive decline and dementia has major implications for the affected individuals and their support systems that bear the social and financial burdens of long-term caregiving.

This study will include patients with invasive cervical cancer that wish to keep their fertility as much as possible in the future after treatment. Patients who receive surgery alone may experience long-term side effects including infertility. The purpose of this research study is to determine whether giving neo-adjuvant chemotherapy prior to surgery can maintain fertility in patients with invasive cervical cancer. The neo-adjuvant chemotherapy will consist of a platinum-based chemotherapy drug cisplatin or carboplatin, with a chemotherapy drug called paclitaxel. These are common chemotherapy drugs used in the treatment of women with cervical cancers.

This research study involves an investigational product: Ad-RTS-hIL-12 given with veledimex for production of human interleukin-12 (IL-12). IL-12 is a protein that can improve the body's natural response to disease by enhancing the ability of the immune system to kill tumor cells and may interfere with blood flow to the tumor. Nivolumab is an antibody (a kind of human protein) that is being tested to see if it will allow the body's immune system to work against glioblastoma tumors. Opdivo (Nivolumab) is currently FDA approved in the United States for melanoma (a type of skin cancer), non-small cell lung cancer, renal cell cancer (a type of kidney cancer), Hodgkin's lymphoma but is not approved in glioblastoma. Nivolumab may help your immune system detect and attack cancer cells. Ad-RTS-hIL-12 and veledimex will be given in combination with Nivolumab to enhance the IL-12 mediated effect observed to date. The main purpose of this substudy is to evaluate the safety and tolerability of a single tumoral injection of Ad-RTS-hIL-12 given with oral veledimex in combination with nivolumab.
