NCT06891066
Investigators are trying to find better treatments for people with HIV-1. In this clinical study, investigators want to see how well a new treatment called ISL+ULO, taken once a week, works compared to an existing treatment called BIC/FTC/TAF, which is taken every day. Investigators will check how many people still have a high level of the virus in their blood after 24 weeks. The investigators also want to understand if the new treatment, MK-8591B, is safe and how well people can handle it.
NCT05900986
The aim of this Phase 1b/2 study is to investigate the safety, efficacy, and pharmacokinetics (PK) of a single dose of LS301-IT, a novel fluorescence imaging agent developed by Integro Theranostics (IT), administered by intravenous (IV) injection in female patients undergoing partial mastectomy for DCIS (whether or not undergoing planned SLNB) or Stage I-II primary invasive breast cancer undergoing SLNB. Safety is the primary objective of this study, followed by efficacy that will be assessed from fluorescence imaging observations and data.
NCT04541017
This phase Ib/II trial identifies the best dose and possible benefits and/or side effects of magrolimab when given in combination with mogamulizumab in treating patients with stage IB-IV mycosis fungoides or Sezary syndrome types of T-cell lymphoma that has come back (relapsed) or does not respond to treatment (refractory). Magrolimab and mogamulizumab are monoclonal antibodies that may interfere with the ability of cancer cells to grow and spread. Treatment with magrolimab in combination with mogamulizumab may stabilize cancer for longer period than the usual treatment in patients with relapsed/refractory T-cell lymphoma who have been previously treated.
NCT06176768
The main purpose of this study is to determine the efficacy and safety of LY3972406 in adult participants with moderate-to-severe plaque psoriasis.
NCT05620329
Research with biospecimens such as blood, tissue, or body fluids can help researchers understand how the human body works. Researchers can make new tests to find diseases, understand how treatments work, or find new ways to treat a disease. The purpose of this study is to collect biospecimens for research from patients with known or suspected lung cancer. The information learned from the biospecimens may be used in future treatments. The purpose of this protocol is to create a pleural fluid registry for use in future studies.
NCT04042467
A randomized controlled trial enrolling 900 parent-infant dyads (English and Spanish speaking) comparing Greenlight (control), a behavioral intervention focusing on nutrition, physical activity, media use, and sleep as compared to Greenlight Plus (intervention) which includes the above materials plus a health information technology (HIT) intervention aimed at supporting family goal-setting and behavior change during well-child checks throughout the first 2 years of life.
NCT02446132
This was an extension study of the Phase 3 Studies 15-AVP-786-301, 15-AVP-786-302, and 17-AVP-786-305.
NCT05338697
VERIFY will validate biomarkers of upper extremity (UE) motor outcome in the acute ischemic stroke window for immediate use in clinical trials, and explore these biomarkers in acute intracerebral hemorrhage. VERIFY will create the first multicenter, large-scale, prospective dataset of clinical, transmagnetic stimulation (TMS), and MRI measures in the acute stroke time window.
NCT03263936
This is a pilot study using decitabine and vorinostat before and during chemotherapy with fludarabine, cytarabine and G-CSF (FLAG).
NCT04272034
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and pharmacodynamics of INCB099318 in select solid tumors.
NCT02180711
Part 1: To characterize the safety profile of acalabrutinib alone or in combination with rituximab in subjects with R/R FL. Part 2: To characterize the activity of acalabrutinib alone or in combination with rituximab in subjects with R/R MZL, as measured by ORR. Part 3: To characterize the safety of acalabrutinib in combination with rituximab and lenalidomide in subjects with R/R FL
NCT03482635
This trial has two sequentially enrolling parts with different objectives. The primary objectives of this trial are * to prove the concept of clinical activity of BI655130 (SPESOLIMAB) in patients with moderate-to-severely active ulcerative colitis who have failed previous biologic treatments and to identify efficacious and safe dose regimens in Part 1 (Phase II) * to confirm efficacy and safety of BI655130 (SPESOLIMAB) in patients with moderate-to-severely active ulcerative colitis who have failed previous biologic treatments in Part 2 (Phase III) * To provide, along with induction study 1368-0018 and the run-in cohort of 1368-0020, the target population to be evaluated in study 1368-0020.
NCT06802133
Monitoring the Use of Collagen Dural Regeneration Matrix (DuraMatrix-Onlay Plus) in the Postmarket Phase.
NCT06150742
A prospective, randomized, placebo-controlled clinical study to investigate the safety and efficacy of Niyad (nafamostat mesylate) for anticoagulation of extracorporeal blood circulating through a dialysis filter in patients undergoing CRRT who cannot tolerate heparin or are at higher risk for bleeding.
NCT06188208
A FIH study to evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of VVD-130850, as single agent and in combination with checkpoint inhibition, in participants with advanced solid and hematologic tumors.
NCT03792841
A phase 1 study evaluating the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and efficacy of prostate specific membrane antigen half-life extended bispecific T-cell engager acapatamab in subjects with metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer, and to determine the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) or recommended phase 2 dose (RP2D).

NCT04056247
The PROPHETIC study is a prospective, multi-center, international clinical study aimed at developing an algorithm to predict patient outcomes. The study involves analyzing the proteomic profiles of patients undergoing therapy to assess the likelihood of clinical benefit from their prescribed treatment. Blood samples are collected prior to and during the treatment period and analyzed as part of the ongoing development of thealgorithm.
