This study is researching an investigational drug called REGN5668 : * alone or, * combined with cemiplimab (also known as REGN2810) or, * combined with both cemiplimab and fianlimab (also known as REGN3767), or * combined with ubamatamab (also known as REGN4018), with or without sarilumab. The main purposes of this study are to: * Learn about the safety and profile of any side effects from the study drugs and to determine the highest, safe dose that can be given to participants with ovarian cancer or cancer of the uterus * Look for signs that the study drugs can treat ovarian cancer or cancer of the uterus This study has 2 parts. The purpose of Part 1 (Escalation) is to find the highest, safe dose of the study drug(s). The purpose of Part 2 (Expansion) is to use the doses chosen in Part 1. Participants with cancer of the uterus will only participate in Part 2. The study is looking at several other research questions, including: * Side effects that may be experienced by participants taking REGN5668 alone and/or in combination with cemiplimab, cemiplimab and fianlimab, or ubamatamab * How REGN5668 works in the body either alone and/or in combination with cemiplimab, cemiplimab and fianlimab, or ubamatamab * How much of the study drugs (REGN5668, cemiplimab, fianlimab, ubamatamab) are in the blood * To see if REGN5668 in combination with cemiplimab, cemiplimab and fianlimab, or ubamatamab works to treat cancer
NCT06140836
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of repotrectinib and crizotinib in participants with locally advanced or metastatic TKI-naïve ROS1-positive non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).
NCT03383458
This study will investigate if nivolumab will improve recurrence-free survival (RFS) compared to placebo in participants with HCC who have undergone complete resection or have achieved a complete response after local ablation, and who are at high risk of recurrence
NCT06072040
AUR-201 is indicated for the treatment of Grade II, III, or IV unilateral microtia in patients 8 to 29 years of age.
NCT03740334

NCT06597019
This is a pivotal phase III study designed to evaluate safety, tolerability, and efficacy of inclisiran in children (aged 6 to \<12 years) with heterozygous familial hypercholesterolemia (HeFH) and elevated low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDLC).
NCT05668585
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and tolerability of CFT1946 as well as to determine the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) and/or the recommended Phase 2 dose (RP2D) of CFT1946 as monotherapy (Arm A) and in combination with trametinib (CFT1946 + trametinib; Arm B) or Cetuximab (CFT1946 + cetuximab; Arm C).
NCT05743621
The purpose of this study is to determine what effects (good and bad) Enzalutamide and TVB-2640 have in the treatment of prostate cancer whose prostate cancer has spread to other parts of their body and that has not gotten better with previous treatment. This study is a Phase I clinical trial. Phase I clinical trials test the side effects of an investigational drug or an investigational combination with another drug. "Investigational" means that the drug is still being studied and research doctors are trying to find out more about it. Although Enzalutamide is already being used to treat men with prostate cancer, combining Enzalutamide with TVB-2640 together in patients with prostate cancer is considered experimental. This research study is being done because additional effective treatments are needed for prostate cancer that has spread and is growing despite hormone suppression. By doing this study, the investigators hope to learn if combining Enzalutamide with TVB-2640 can be done safely. Participation in this research will last about 12 to 24 months after enrollment.
NCT00597883
The purpose of this study is to determine how well patients undergoing carotid endarterectomy will perform on a battery of tests to assess brain function before and after surgery as compared to a control group of patients undergoing spine surgery. This study will serve to: (a) determine incidence of neurologic/neuropsychometric change in patients undergoing carotid artery surgery, and (b) to ascertain the time it takes for these changes to resolve.
NCT05914116
This is a dose-escalation and dose-expansion Phase 1/2a trial to evaluate the safety and tolerability of DB-1311/BNT324 in subjects with advanced solid tumors.
NCT04705168
The purpose of this study is to find out whether the Nevisense device can provide useful information about atypical moles to complement the usual assessments done during routine screening for melanoma. Assessing particpants' moles with the Nevisense device may help improve screening methods for the early detection of melanoma in people with atypical mole syndrome.
NCT04624178
The purpose of this study is to find out whether combining the study drugs rucaparib and nivolumab may be an effective treatment for advanced and/or metastatic LMS, and whether the study treatment works as well as the standard chemotherapy for this type of cancer.
NCT03183245
The main purpose of this study is to compare the Human Acellular Vessel (HAV) with arteriovenous fistula (AVF) when used for hemodialysis access
NCT05824273
LungTalk and leveraging Facebook-targeted Advertisement (FBTA) addresses the call to develop and test multi-level, cancer communication interventions using innovative methods and designs. NCT05813275
This is a Phase 3 Randomized Double-Blind Placebo-Controlled 6-month Parallel-Arm Study to Compare a Fixed Dose Combination of AD109 to Placebo in Obstructive Sleep Apnea.
NCT06538064
The main aims of this study are to understand why adults with Chronic Inflammatory Demyelinating Polyradiculoneuropathy (CIDP) chose a certain treatment, why they changed to HyQvia from another therapy, how satisfied they are with HyQvia and their previous treatment, how their work productivity and activity is impacted and learn about their CIDP signs and symptoms. Other aims are to collect information on any medical problems or side effects during the treatment with HyQvia, learn how effective treatment of CIDP with HyQvia is and understand details on the use of HyQvia in standard clinical routine as well on the need for healthcare intervention (such as emergency room visits or hospital visits or stays). During the study, data will be collected from medical records already available, interviews with participants at study start and study completion and via questionnaires completed by participants. Participants will be treated as per the doctor's or the clinic's routine.
