NCT00789633

NCT02141399
This is a 52-week open-label study to evaluate the safety and tolerability of ALKS 5461.
NCT01802333
This randomized phase III trial studies cytarabine and daunorubicin hydrochloride or idarubicin and cytarabine with or without vorinostat to see how well they work in treating younger patients with previously untreated acute myeloid leukemia. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as cytarabine, daunorubicin hydrochloride, idarubicin, and vorinostat, work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells, stopping them from dividing, or by stopping from spreading. Giving more than one drug (combination chemotherapy) and giving the drugs in different doses and in different combinations may kill more cancer cells. It is not yet known which combination chemotherapy is more effective in treating acute myeloid leukemia.
NCT00737529
To evaluate the safety and efficacy of Lenalidomide (Revlimid (R)) in subjects with mantle cell lymphoma who have relapsed, progressed or are refractory to bortezomib.
NCT00960440
This study will test if CP-690,550 is safe and effective in rheumatoid arthritis patients taking methotrexate who have an inadequate response to tumor necrosis factor inhibitor treatment.
NCT00980655
People who have received an allogeneic hematopoetic stem cell transplant (HSCT) are more likely than other people to get ill from a germ called Streptococcus pneumoniae. Most people who have had a stem cell transplant are offered a vaccine called 23-valent pneumococcal polysaccharide vaccine (23vPS) to help protect against this germ. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the immune response in HSCT recipients who receive a 13 valent pneumococcal vaccine (13vPnC) followed by 23vPS.
NCT01544595
This was an extension study of secukinumab prefilled syringes in subjects with moderate to severe chronic plaque-type psoriasis completing preceding psoriasis phase III studies with secukinumab. Subjects on secukinumab at the end of treatment period in phase III studies (e.g., ongoing CAIN457A2302 and CAIN457A2303 and potentially other secukinumab phase III studies) were eligible to join this extension study. This extension study was planned to collect an additional 2 years of long-term efficacy, safety, and tolerability data of secukinumab in either continuous or interrupted therapy (randomized withdrawal period) in subjects showing at least partial response to secukinumab and completing treatment period on secukinumab in previous phase III studies. In this extension study, the prefilled syringe (PFS) liquid formulation of secukinumab were used.
NCT00295217
The goal of this study is to validate the new ExAblate Application software V4.2 by developing additional data that shows the safety of this treatment. The ExAblate is intended to ablate uterine fibroid tissue in pre- or peri-menopausal women with symptomatic uterine fibroids who desire a uterine sparing procedure. Patients must have a uterine size of less than 24 weeks and not seeking treatment for reasons of improving fertility.
NCT01277757
This phase II trial studies how well Akt inhibitor MK2206 works in treating patients with breast cancer cancer that has spread to other places in the body and usually cannot be cured or controlled with treatment. Akt inhibitor MK2206 may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth.
NCT02424227
This is a prospective, multicenter, observational study of kidney transplant subjects where blood specimens, intended for dd-cfDNA and other future research purposes, will be drawn after transplant
NCT03316794
This is a multicenter, open-label study in participants with triple negative breast cancer (TNBC) to study the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics and preliminary efficacy of SC-005. This study consists of 2 parts: Part A (dose regimen finding) followed by Part B (dose expansion).
NCT02744755
Clinical trial to compare treatment with GP2017 and Humira® in patients with Rheumatoid Arthritis
NCT02671461
The purpose of this study is to determine whether BMS-986141 is effective in reducing the recurrence of stroke in people who recently had a stroke, or a transient ischemic attack (known as a TIA or "mini stroke") and are receiving acetylsalicylic acid (also known as aspirin or ASA) to treat the stroke or TIA.
NCT02736955
This Phase 3b, rollover study will provide participants who completed a Phase 3 valbenazine (NBI-98854) study open-label access to valbenazine (fixed doses administered once daily) for the treatment of adults with TD until valbenazine is anticipated to be available commercially or they complete 72 weeks of treatment. This study will allow enrollment of up to 150 medically stable male and female participants with TD who previously participated in and completed the NBI-98854-1304 (Kinect 3) or NBI-98854-1402 (Kinect 4) Phase 3 study.
NCT00073749
To determine the Maximum Tolerated Dose (MTD), the tolerability, and the initial safety profile of CMC-544 in subjects with B-cell Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma (NHL).
NCT00662831
The purpose of the study isto see the effect of Fragmin on the healing of diabetic foot ulcers by determining the number of subjects with ≥50% reduction in ulcer surface area including intact skin healing.
NCT01292603
This randomized, parallel-group, multi-center study will compare the pharmacokinetics and safety of subcutaneous administration of MabThera (rituximab) versus intravenous MabThera in combination with chemotherapy in previously untreated patients with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL). The study consists of 2 parts. In part 1, patients who have previously received 4 cycles of intravenous MabThera will receive in Cycle 5 intravenous MabThera and in Cycle 6 subcutaneous MabThera. In part 2, patients will be randomized to receive either 6 cycles of intravenous MabThera, or 1 cycle of intravenous MabThera and 5 cycles of subcutaneous MabThera. Additionally, all patients will receive chemotherapy (fludarabine and cyclophosphamide) on Days 1-3 or Days 1-5 of every cycle. The anticipated time on study drug is 24 weeks.
