NCT04036435
The main purpose of this study is to evaluate the long-term safety and efficacy of the drug Deucravacitinib (BMS-986165) in participants who have been previously enrolled in an applicable Phase 3 psoriasis study. In addition, the study includes a vaccine cohort to evaluate whether deucravacitinib impacts the humoral immune response to 2 non-live vaccines, the Pneumovax 23 vaccine (pneumococcus), a T-cell independent vaccine, and the Boostrix vaccine (tetanus toxoid), a T-cell dependent vaccine. Additionally, this vaccine cohort assesses the safety of administering these vaccines to subjects with psoriasis receiving deucravacitinib compared to those receiving a placebo.
NCT03401385
This study is one single group of participants with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) who have not been cured by other treatments. It is the first time the drug has been used in humans. There will be two parts and a sub-study. The primary purpose of the parts are: * Dose Escalation: To investigate the safety and tolerability and to determine the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) and the recommended dose for expansion (RDE) of DS-1062a * Dose Expansion: To investigate the safety and tolerability of DS-1062a in additional solid tumors This study is expected to last approximately 6 years from the time the first participant is enrolled to the time the last subject is off the study. Study sites are located in both the United States and Japan. The number of treatment cycles is not fixed in this study. Participants who continue to benefit from the study treatment may continue, unless: * they withdraw * their disease gets worse * they experience unacceptable side effects. The primary purpose of the sub-study is to compare the effectiveness of steroid versus non-steroid mouthwash as prophylaxis against oral mucositis/stomatitis in participants receiving DS-1062a. The sub-study is a randomized study that will include approximately 76 participants enrolling into the Dose Expansion part.

This study is being done to find out if ZW171 is safe and can treat participants with advanced (locally advanced \[inoperable\] and/or metastatic) mesothelin-expressing cancers.
NCT02386553
The primary objective of the study is to examine the efficacy of multiple doses of Nusinersen administered intrathecally in preventing or delaying the need for respiratory intervention or death in infants with genetically diagnosed and presymptomatic spinal muscular atrophy (SMA). Secondary objectives of this study are to examine the effects of Nusinersen in infants with genetically diagnosed and presymptomatic SMA.
NCT05270668
The purpose of this study is to assess the safety and efficacy of tulisokibart in participants with SSc-ILD.
NCT06084416
This is a randomized, phase 1b study to assess the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics (PK), and efficacy of sovilnesib at different dose levels to establish the Recommended Phase 2 Dose (RP2D) of sovilnesib in subjects with high grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSOC).
NCT05277571
The purpose of the study is to investigate the safety and tolerability of single-ascending doses of UCB1381 (intravenous and subcutaneous) in healthy study participants and after repeat intravenous dosing in study participants with atopic dermatitis. Efficacy will be assessed following repeat intravenous dosing versus placebo in study participants with atopic dermatitis.
NCT07214896
This clinical trial evaluates the deployment of humanoid robotics in coalition-aligned healthcare settings. The study measures biometric performance, ESG compliance, and operational impact across patient care, sanitation, and intake workflows. Humanoid units are enhanced via biotech integration and compensated through blockchain-based wage tokens. Outcomes will inform coalition governance, wage calibration, and metro-scale deployment strategies.
NCT01364597
This study will evaluate the safety and tolerability of brivaracetam in pediatric subjects with epilepsy.
NCT05591222
A Phase 2, double-blind, randomized, placebo-controlled parallel-group study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of daxdilimab in participants with moderate-to-severe active primary Discoid Lupus Erythematosus (DLE) refractory to standard of care.
NCT06877884
This is an observational registry for patients at participating oncology centers. The data collection includes but is not limited to baseline variables, treatments given and outcome data. Patient surveys are also included. The aim of the study is to generate rich and standardized data for patients and to help enable more patients participate in clinical trials and contribute to research and development.
NCT02959437
This is an open-label, Phase 1/2 study in subjects with advanced or metastatic solid tumors. The study has three separate treatment groups where separate epigenetic agents are evaluated with an immunotherapy combination. Treatment Group A will evaluate the DNA methyltransferase inhibitor azacitidine in combination with the programmed death receptor-1 (PD-1) inhibitor pembrolizumab and the indoleamine 2,3-dioxygenase (IDO-1) inhibitor epacadostat; Treatment Group B will evaluate the bromodomain and extra-terminal (BET) inhibitor INCB057643 with pembrolizumab and epacadostat; and Treatment Group C will evaluate the lysine-specific demethylase 1A (LSD1) inhibitor INCB059872 with pembrolizumab and epacadostat. The study will be divided into 2 parts (Part 1 and 2). Part 1 is a dose-escalation assessment to evaluate the safety and tolerability of the combination therapies. Once the recommended doses have been determined, subjects with previously treated NSCLC, microsatellite-stable colorectal cancer (CRC), head and neck squamous cell carcinoma, urothelial carcinoma, and melanoma will be enrolled into expansion cohorts in Part 2.
NCT05932589
The goal of this observational study is to identify candidate biomarkers in individuals with Rett Syndrome (RTT). The main questions it aims to answer are: * Do these biomarkers change during clinical changes in individuals with RTT? * Are biomarkers stable over time in clinically stable individuals? * Do these biomarkers correlate with severity of RTT? Participants will be asked to undergo an electroencephalogram (EEG) with measurements of Evoked Potentials (EP) to measure electrical activity in the brain. Researchers will compare findings in individuals with RTT to those in typically developing individuals to see if there are differences between the two groups.
NCT05494788
Patients with recurrent pericarditis who are refractory or intolerant to current therapeutic management options or who require long-term administration of corticosteroids to control their disease are particularly challenging to manage. The pathogenesis of pericarditis involves the activation of the inflammasome. CardiolRxTM (a pure cannabidiol \[CBD\] solution) is known to have anti-inflammatory properties, including modulation of inflammasome signaling. This pilot study is to assess the tolerance and safety of CardiolRxTM during the resolution of pericarditis symptoms, assess improvement in objective measures of disease, and during the extension period, assess the feasibility of weaning concomitant background therapy including corticosteroids while taking CardiolRxTM.
