This randomized phase III trial studies how well radiation therapy, paclitaxel, and carboplatin with or without trastuzumab work in treating patients with esophageal cancer. Radiation therapy uses high-energy x-rays to kill tumor cells. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as paclitaxel and carboplatin, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Monoclonal antibodies, such as trastuzumab, may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. It is not yet known whether giving radiation therapy and combination chemotherapy together with or without trastuzumab is more effective in treating esophageal cancer.

The purpose of this study is to assess the safety and efficacy of pembrolizumab (MK-3475) combination therapy in participants with metastatic castration resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC). There will be ten cohorts in this study: Cohort A will receive pembrolizumab + olaparib, Cohort B will receive pembrolizumab + docetaxel + prednisone, Cohort C will receive pembrolizumab + enzalutamide, Cohort D will receive pembrolizumab + abiraterone + prednisone Cohort E will receive pembrolizumab+lenvatinib, Cohort F will receive pembrolizumab+lenvatinib, Cohort G will receive pembrolizumab/vibostolimab coformulation (MK-7684A), Cohort H will receive pembrolizumab/vibostolimab coformulation, Cohort I will receive pembrolizumab+carboplatin+etoposide in Arm 1 and carboplatin+etoposide in Arm 2 and Cohort J will receive belzutifan in Arm1 and Pembrolizumab+belzutifan in Arm 2. Multiple myeloma (MM) is a cancer of the blood's plasma cells. The cancer is typically found in the bones and bone marrow (the spongy tissue inside of the bones) and can cause bone pain, fractures, infections, weaker bones, and kidney failure. Treatments are available, but MM can come back (relapsed) or may not get better (refractory) with treatment. This is a study to determine the safety, efficacy, and pharmacokinetics of Etentamig in adult participants with MM. Etentamig is an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of MM. This study is broken into 4 substudies and each substudy consists of a dose escalation phase and dose expansion phase. Participants will receive escalating doses of etentamig alone or in combination with daratumumab and lenalidomide (DR), carfilzomib and dexamethasone (Kd) or lenalidomide (R). This will be followed by etentamig at the dose levels established during the escalation phases alone or in combination with DR, Kd, R. The participants can also receive daratumumab, lenalidomide and dexamethasone (DRd), R, or daratumumab, carfilzomib, and dexamethasone (DKd) as a comparator in the dose expansion phases. Around 440 adult participants with MM will be enrolled at approximately 50 sites worldwide In all substudies, participants will receive escalating doses of etentamig as Intravenous (IV) infusions, alone or in combination with DR, R or Kd, followed by IV infusions of etentamig at the dose levels established during the escalation phases alone or in combination with IV and oral DRd, DKd, or R. The study duration is approximately 130 months. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at a hospital or clinic. The effect of the treatment will be checked by medical assessments, blood tests, checking for side effects and questionnaires.

The purpose of this study is to compare the relative effectiveness, acceptability, and side effects of ketamine delivered through an IV (a drip into the arm) which is not currently FDA approved for use in the treatment of treatment-resistant depression (TRD) and Esketamine (Spravato®), taken as a nasal spray which has received FDA approval for use in the treatment of treatment-resistant depression (TRD) in the treatment of patients with treatment-resistant depression (TRD). The study will look at the following: * How well the treatment helps with symptoms of depression (effectiveness), * How comfortable and willing people are to use the treatment (acceptability), and * How well people can deal with any side effects from the treatment (tolerability). The study will also examine factors that may predict which treatment works better for certain patients.

Psoriatic arthritis (PsA) is a type of arthritis that happens when the body's immune system attacks healthy cells and tissues causing joint pain, stiffness, and swelling. Symptoms can get worse and go away for periods of time. PsA that begins before a patient's 16th birthday is called juvenile PsA (jPsA).This study will evaluate how safe risankizumab is for the treatment of psoriatic arthritis and to assess change in disease symptoms. Risankizumab is being studied for the treatment of jPsA and adalimumab is approved for the treatment of jPsA. Participants are placed in 1 of 2 groups, called treatment arms. Each group receives a different treatment. There is a 1 in 4 chance that participants will be assigned to receive adalimumab. Approximately 40 juvenile participants with jPsA will be enrolled at approximately 30 sites worldwide. Participants will receive risankizumab and adalimumab as subcutaneous (SC) injections based on body weight. At the start of Period 1, participants are randomized to receive risankizumab or adalimumab for 24 weeks. Participants who respond to the study treatment received in Period 1, will continue to receive the same treatment in Period 2 for another 100 weeks. Those with worsening jPsA symptoms in Period 2 will be withdrawn from the study. Participants who receive adalimumab are followed for safety for 70 days after the last study treatment. Participants who receive risankizumab are followed for 140 days after the last study treatment. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care (due to study procedures). Participants will attend regular visits during the study at a hospital or clinic. The effect of the treatment will be checked by medical assessments, blood tests, checking for side effects and completing questionnaires.

This study is being done to find out the best time to start medication for Hepatitis C Virus (HCV) in HCV-negative recipients of HCV-positive (HCV D+/R-) kidney transplants. Participants will be randomized into one of two groups: Arm 1 - Prophylaxis: This group will start the HCV medication before transplant and will take a shorter course of HCV medication for 2 weeks. Arm 2 - Transmit and Treat: This group will start the HCV medication after transplant and will take the full course (12 weeks) of HCV medication.
