NCT03301506
An Open Label Long-Term Study to Evaluate the Safety and Tolerability of Seladelpar in Subjects with Primary Biliary Cholangitis (PBC)
NCT04455841
This Phase 1/2, open-label, dose-finding study is intended to evaluate the safety and tolerability, PK, PD, and efficacy of INCB000928 administered as monotherapy or in combination with ruxolitinib in participants with MF who are transfusion-dependent or presenting with symptomatic anemia. This study will consist of 2 parts: dose escalation and expansion.
NCT06812494
HVTN 206/HPTN 114 is a randomized, double blind, controlled, phase 2 clinical trial to evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and neutralization of VRC07-523LS, PGT121.414.LS, and PGDM1400LS broadly neutralizing monoclonal antibodies given intravenously in adult participants without HIV. The hypothesis of the study is that the combination of VRC07-523LS and PGT121.414.LS and PGDM1400LS antibodies when administered via the intravenous (IV) route will be safe and tolerable in adult participants without HIV. The study aims to enroll 200 participants across multiple sites with an estimated total duration of participation of eighteen (18) months.
NCT03105336
The goal of this study is to assess whether axicabtagene ciloleucel improves the clinical outcome in participants with relapsed or refractory indolent non-Hodgkin lymphoma (r/r) iNHL.
NCT02864992
This study looked at how effective the study drug (tepotinib) was at stopping the growth and spread of lung cancer. This study also measures a number of other things including safety of the study drug and the side effects, how body processes the study drug, or how the study drug affects your quality of life. The study also has an optional pharmacogenetic research part. Pharmacogenetic research is an important way to try to understand the role of genetics in human disease and how genes impact the effectiveness of drugs, because differences in genes can change the way a person responds to a particular drug.
NCT01665794
The study will investigate the effects of adding carfilzomib to the combination of pomalidomide and dexamethasone in sequential dose escalation cohorts in patients with relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma. This portion of the study is complete. This study will also investigate the effects of adding daratumumab to the combination of carfilzomib, pomalidomide and dexamethasone.
NCT03568318
The objective of this study is to assess the efficacy and safety of upadacitinib combined with topical corticosteroids (TCS) for the treatment of adolescent and adult participants with moderate to severe atopic dermatitis (AD) who are candidates for systemic therapy.
NCT04269200
A study to assess the efficacy and safety of durvalumab in combination with platinum-based chemotherapy (paclitaxel + carboplatin) followed by maintenance durvalumab with or without olaparib for patients with newly diagnosed advanced or recurrent endometrial cancer.
NCT05241860
This phase II trial examines antiandrogen therapy interruptions in patients with hormone-sensitive prostate cancer that has spread to other places in the body (metastatic) responding exceptionally well to androgen receptor-pathway inhibitor therapy. The usual treatment for patients with metastatic prostate cancer is to receive hormonal medications including a medication to decrease testosterone levels in the body and a potent oral hormonal medication to block growth signals from male hormones (like testosterone) in the cancer cells. Patients whose cancer is responding exceptionally well to this therapy may take a break from these medications according to their doctor's guidance. This trial may help doctors determine if stopping treatment can allow for testosterone recovery.
NCT03673124
The study evaluates the response to treatment with Ribociclib and Letrozole in patients with low grade serous cancer of the ovary, fallopian tube or peritoneum.
NCT02912260
The primary objective of this study is to determine the effect of once-daily oral MGL-3196 on the percent change in hepatic fat fraction from baseline in participants with biopsy-proven Non-alcoholic Steatohepatitis (NASH).
NCT04997902
This phase 1/2 combination trial of tipifarnib, a farnesyltransferase inhibitor, and alpelisib, a PI3K inhibitor in participants with recurrent/metastatic head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC) whose tumors overexpress the HRAS protein and/or are PIK3CA-mutated and/or PIK3CA-amplified.
NCT06735248
The primary objective of this trial is to evaluate the safety and reactogenicity of mRNA-1195 in participants with multiple sclerosis.
NCT05258435
A prospective, multicenter post-market clinical follow-up study to evaluate the 10-year long-term safety and effectiveness of the Simplify Disc in subjects who were enrolled in the post approval study (NCT04630626).
NCT04418830
The objective of this study is to evaluate the safety and performance of NuVasive interbody implants when used during thoracic and/or lumbar spine surgery as measured by reported complications, radiographic outcomes, and patient-reported outcomes. This study is being undertaken to identify possible residual risks and to clarify mid- to long-term clinical performance that may affect the benefit/risk ratios of these interbody implants.
NCT04578834
The study is designed as a multicenter, randomized, double-blind, placebo controlled study to demonstrate the superiority of iptacopan (LNP023) at a dose of 200 mg b.i.d. compared to placebo on top of maximally tolerated ACEi or ARB on reduction of proteinuria and slowing renal disease progression in primary IgA Nephropathy patients.
NCT06783621
A study to evaluate overall participant satisfaction of face and neck appearance after treatment with onabotulinumtoxinA, JUVÉDERM® products, KYBELLA, CoolSculpting Elite, and select SkinMedica products in a diverse population.
NCT06963021
The study will evaluate the efficacy of NBI-1065845 compared with placebo as an adjunctive treatment in participants with MDD on improving symptoms of depression.
NCT05445323
This is a Phase 1/2, open-label, dose-ascending, multicenter study of the safety and efficacy of LX2006 for participants who have Friedreich's Ataxia with evidence of cardiomyopathy. The study will evaluate up to three doses of single administration of LX2006 (AAVrh.10hFXN), an adeno-associated virus (AAV) gene therapy designed to intravenously deliver the human frataxin (hFXN) gene to cardiac cells over a 52-week period. Long-term safety and efficacy will be evaluated for an additional 4-years for a total of 5-years post LX2006 treatment.
