The purpose of this study is to determine if the Compuflo CathCheck system is equivalent to an epidurogram in determining epidural catheter location (in or outside the epidural space), using the epidurogram as the gold standard. In short, this will be completed by performing an epidurogram (as is standard of practice and the gold standard of determining epidural placement) and compare it to the results of the Compuflo CathCheck system. Equivalency will be summarized through agreement and concordance. Additionally, secondary outcomes will look at how classical physical exam findings to confirm epidural placement correlate and compare to epidurogram and Compuflo CathCheck findings.

This study will compare after physical therapy for Temporomandibular Disorders (TMD) performed either in-person or virtually using telerehabilitation. Comparing diagnostic reliability and quality-of-life outcomes in each group will determine (based on a 10% margin) whether delivering physical therapy via telerehabilitation is as good as standard in-person care for these individuals. Long term outcomes including patient satisfaction, cost-effectiveness analysis, and functional status will describe the feasibility of telerehabilitation as a management intervention for this population.

This is an single arm, open label, interventional phase II trial evaluating the efficacy of umbilical cord blood (UCB) hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells (HSPC) expanded in culture with stimulatory cytokines (SCF, Flt-3L, IL-6 and thromopoietin) on lympho-hematopoietic recovery. Patients will receive a uniform myeloablative conditioning and post-transplant immunoprophylaxis.
