RATIONALE: Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as paclitaxel albumin-stabilized nanoparticle formulation, doxorubicin, and cyclophosphamide, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells or by stopping them from dividing. Colony-stimulating factors, such as pegfilgrastim, may increase the number of immune cells found in bone marrow or peripheral blood and may help the immune system recover from the side effects of chemotherapy. Monoclonal antibodies, such as bevacizumab, can block tumor growth in different ways. Some find tumor cells and kill them or carry tumor-killing substances to them. Others interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Bevacizumab may also may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking blood flow to the tumor. Giving these treatments before surgery may make the tumor smaller and reduce the amount of normal tissue that needs to be removed. It is not yet known which treatment regimen is more effective in treating women with breast cancer. PURPOSE: This randomized phase II trial is studying paclitaxel albumin-stabilized nanoparticle formulation, doxorubicin, cyclophosphamide, and pegfilgrastim to compare how well they work when given with or without bevacizumab in treating women with inflammatory or locally advanced breast cancer.

Primary Objectives: Part A (dose ranging study): To demonstrate that sarilumab (SAR153191/REGN88) on top of MTX was effective on reduction of signs and symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis at 12 weeks. This study will examine the relationship between bacterial products in lung infections in cystic fibrosis and disease severity. It will examine plasma and lung tissue from cystic fibrosis patients. Patients with cystic fibrosis and having certain genetic characteristics, who are between 9 and 65 years of age and any cystic fibrosis patient undergoing lung transplantation at INOVA Fairfax Hospital in Fairfax, Virginia, may be eligible for this study. Patients who cannot undergo apheresis may be asked to provide up to an additional 100 cc (7 tablespoons) of blood for research to look at bacterial products. Lung specimens of participating transplant patients will be collected at INOVA Fairfax Hospital. Patients who participate in the apheresis portion of the study will be admitted to the NIH Clinical Center for 2 to 3 days. Apheresis is a procedure for collecting large quantities of specific blood components. For this study, plasma-the liquid part of the blood-will be collected. For the procedure, whole blood is collected through a needle in an arm vein, similar to donating blood. The blood is separated into its components by centrifugation (spinning), the plasma and white cells are extracted and collected in a bag, and the red cells are returned to the body, either through the same needle or through another needle in the other arm. During the hospital stay, patients may also be asked to participate in other cystic fibrosis studies involving blood tests, an echocardiogram (ultrasound test of the heart), urine pregnancy test, and pulmonary function (breathing) tests.

Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as temozolomide. work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells or by stopping them from dividing. Giving veliparib together with temozolomide may kill more tumor cells. PURPOSE: This randomized phase I/II trial is studying the side effects and best dose of giving veliparib together with temozolomide and to see how well it works in treating patients with recurrent glioblastoma.

It is not yet known whether giving cetuximab together with carboplatin is more effective than giving cetuximab alone in treating metastatic breast cancer. PURPOSE: This randomized phase II trial is studying cetuximab and carboplatin to see how well they work compared with cetuximab alone in treating women with estrogen receptor-negative (ER-), progesterone receptor-negative (PR-) metastatic breast cancer.

Patients are routinely given steroid eye drops following cataract surgery. This study will compare 2 approved drops:Loteprednol Etabonate versus Prednisolone Acetate Eye drops used following cataract surgery. Patients will be randomly assigned to one drop or the other, and evaluated for inflammation and intraocular pressure as part of the comparison. The study Doctor will be masked as to which drop the patient receives to avoid bias.

This is a multi-center, open-label, non-controlled, non-randomized dose-escalating Phase 1 clinical study designed to examine the safety of infusing escalating doses of CNDO-109-Activated Allogeneic Natural Killer Cells-(from a first or second degree relative), after a preparatory chemotherapy regimen, in adult patients with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) who are in their first complete remission at the time of enrollment, are not candidates for stem cell transplant, and are considered to be at high risk for recurrence.

This was a Phase 1 multicenter study of bendamustine, rituximab and TRU-016 (BRT) in subjects with relapsed indolent B-cell lymphoma. This was a multiple-dose escalation study to determine the maximum-tolerated dose (MTD) of TRU-016 given in combination with rituximab and bendamustine and to determine a safe dosing regimen for the combination in up to 12 subjects with relapsed indolent lymphoma. The originally planned Phase 2 portion, an open-label, randomized study to evaluate the efficacy of BRT compared with BR, was not conducted.

This study will explore what research patients understand about financial collaborations in the research setting and their concerns about these collaborations. Financial partnerships are crucial to advancing medical research; however, they are giving rise to increasing concerns about financial conflicts of interest and possible impacts on the integrity of research and patient safety. This study will examine patients' views about financial ties between drug companies and the doctors running research studies, as well as ties between the drug companies and the cancer centers where the studies are conducted. Patients 18 years of age and older who are enrolled in cancer studies at the National Cancer Institute in Bethesda, MD; the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center in Seattle, WA; the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute in Boston, MA; the Columbia Comprehensive University Herbert Irving Cancer Center in New York, NY; and the University of Colorado Cancer Center in Denver, CO, may be eligible for this study. Participants are interviewed about the following: * Patients' awareness and understanding about individual and institutional financial conflicts of interest, and how such conflicts, if they exist, are being managed * The impact of a researcher's financial ties on the patient's decision to participate in that researcher's study * The impact of the institution's financial ties on the patient's decision to participate in research at that institution * Attitudes about policies and practices regarding conflicts of interest in the research setting * Attitudes about disclosure of conflicts of interest in the research setting * Patient symptoms and performance * Patient's cancer trial * Patient's cancer history * Patient's trust * Patient demographics (gender, age, race, religion, education, income, health insurance, employment).

There is significant data showing that the quality of CPR performed is quite poor. Recent studies have shown that when real-time visual corrective feedback is available to CPR providers, quality (compression depth and rate) improves. Pilot work at John's Hopkins Children's Hospital indicates that providing a CPR Coach whose role it is to provide real-time coaching during cardiac arrest, further improves the quality of CPR. This study will assess the impact of a CPR Coach for improving CPR quality and CPR perception in a team of healthcare providers during simulated CPA.

Background: \- Low-cost molecular human papillomavirus (HPV) testing may offer a more robust alternative to Pap smears and visual inspection for cervical cancer screening of underserved women. Two low-cost molecular tests for human HPV, the HPV E6 Test and the careHPV test, have been developed to detect cervical cancer by testing for HPV DNA. These tests take between 2 and 3 hours to run and may provide point-of-care (diagnostic testing at or near the site of patient care) testing for HPV. Researchers are interested in evaluating both tests to determine the best strategy for HPV testing of women who live in rural or underserved areas that have a high prevalence of cervical cancer diagnoses. Objectives: * To evaluate the clinical performance of the HPV E6 Test and careHPV in detecting cervical cancer and precancerous lesions. * To evaluate the best low-cost test or combination of tests for women who have been referred for cervical cancer screening or treatment. * To compare the clinical performance of self-collected specimens versus clinician-collected specimens in detecting cervical cancer and precancerous lesions. Eligibility: \- Women between 25 and 65 years of age who live in rural China. Design: * This study involves an initial testing visit and a 1-year followup visit for a high-risk subgroup. * Participants will have the HPV E6 test, careHPV, and a visual inspection test for cervical cancer. For comparison, participants will also have the standard HPV test approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. * Participants who test positive for HPV on any of the above tests will also have colposcopy to collect samples of cervical tissue for further study. * A random sample of women who test negative for HPV will also have colposcopy. Participants may also have biopsies if there is visual evidence of cervical abnormalities. * At the 1-year followup visit, participants in the high-risk subgroup will have the same tests as in the previous visit..
