NCT05860959
This study will provide the opportunity to generate data on the long-term use of SUBLOCADE under real-world conditions, and to observe enduring changes in lifestyle, health, and sociodemographic factors that are part of the recovery process. Long-term patterns of abstinence/opioid misuse as well as measures of participants' physical, psychological, social, and economic well-being will be monitored to better understand factors associated with recovery from opioid use disorder (OUD). Therefore, this study will observe participants up to a maximum of 4 years.
NCT02088554
To evaluate the safety and effectiveness of the Model 400 aortic valve bioprosthesis.
NCT03022825
This is a Phase II/III, open-label, single-arm, multicenter study of intravesical BCG plus N-803 or N-803 only in patients with BCG unresponsive high grade non-muscle invasive bladder cancer (NMIBC). All patients treated in the study will receive via a urinary catheter in the bladder, BCG plus N-803 or N-803 only weekly for 6 consecutive weeks (initial induction treatment period). After the first disease assessment, eligible patients will receive either a 3-week maintenance course or a 6-week re-induction course (second treatment period) at Month 3. Eligible patients will continue to receive maintenance treatment in the third treatment period at Months 6, 9, 12, and 18. Eligible patients have the option to receive maintenance treatment in the fourth treatment period at Months 24, 30, and 36. The study duration is 60 months.
NCT03263936
This is a pilot study using decitabine and vorinostat before and during chemotherapy with fludarabine, cytarabine and G-CSF (FLAG).
NCT05795153
The purpose of this study was to assess the effect of remibrutinib 25 mg twice a day (b.i.d.) open-label on Systolic Blood Pressure (SBP) measured as a change in 24-hour weighted average SBP from baseline to Week 4 assessed by Ambulator Blood Pressure Monitoring (ABPM); and to assess overall safety and efficacy over 12 weeks in adult participants with Chronic Spontaneous Urticaria (CSU) inadequately controlled with second generation H1 antihistamines (H1-AH) treatment. ABPM was chosen for the blood pressure assessment in this trial as recommended by the FDA for drugs intended for chronic use (Assessment of Pressor Effects of Drugs Guidance for Industry (FDA 2022)).
NCT04541017
This phase Ib/II trial identifies the best dose and possible benefits and/or side effects of magrolimab when given in combination with mogamulizumab in treating patients with stage IB-IV mycosis fungoides or Sezary syndrome types of T-cell lymphoma that has come back (relapsed) or does not respond to treatment (refractory). Magrolimab and mogamulizumab are monoclonal antibodies that may interfere with the ability of cancer cells to grow and spread. Treatment with magrolimab in combination with mogamulizumab may stabilize cancer for longer period than the usual treatment in patients with relapsed/refractory T-cell lymphoma who have been previously treated.
NCT05027139
This study is being done to find out if zanidatamab when given with evorpacept (ALX148) is safe and can treat patients with advanced (locally advanced \[inoperable\] and/or metastatic) human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2)-expressing cancer.
NCT06940440
This Phase 1, multicenter, open-label trial will assess the safety and feasibility of IFx-Hu2.0 as adjunctive therapy to pembrolizumab in adult patients (≥18 years) with non-cutaneous Merkel Cell Carcinoma. Nine subjects will receive IFx-Hu2.0 as a visceral lesion injection in a single lesion followed by pembrolizumab.
NCT06388109
The goal of this clinical trial is to learn if the Positive Peers mobile app intervention increases rates of viral suppression in young (13-34 y/o) persons with HIV. Does use of the Positive Peers app improve viral suppression among young minority persons with HIV? What user characteristics are associated with a) viral suppression, b) retention in care, and c) perceived HIV-related stigma? Participants will: * download the mobile app onto their personal smartphone * Use the mobile app as they find useful * complete online surveys at enrollment, 3 mo, 6, mo, 9 mo and 12 months.
NCT02770170
The overall purpose of the study is to assess the efficacy of three different doses of BI 655064 against placebo as add-on therapy to standard of care (SOC) treatment for active lupus nephritis in order to characterize the dose-response relationship within the therapeutic range, and select the target dose for phase III development.
NCT05151744
Study BP43464 is a phase II, multicenter, randomized, double-masked active comparator-controlled study designed to assess the efficacy, safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics (PK) and pharmacodynamics (PD) of vamikibart in combination with, anti-vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) inhibitor, ranibizumab compared with ranibizumab alone in participants with diabetic macular edema. Only one eye will be chosen as the study eye. The duration of the study will be 76 weeks.
NCT03792841
A phase 1 study evaluating the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and efficacy of prostate specific membrane antigen half-life extended bispecific T-cell engager acapatamab in subjects with metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer, and to determine the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) or recommended phase 2 dose (RP2D).

NCT06891066
Investigators are trying to find better treatments for people with HIV-1. In this clinical study, investigators want to see how well a new treatment called ISL+ULO, taken once a week, works compared to an existing treatment called BIC/FTC/TAF, which is taken every day. Investigators will check how many people still have a high level of the virus in their blood after 24 weeks. The investigators also want to understand if the new treatment, MK-8591B, is safe and how well people can handle it.
