NCT04437511
The reason for this study is to see how safe and effective the study drug donanemab is in participants with early Alzheimer's disease. Additional participants will be enrolled to an addendum safety cohort. The participants will be administered open-label donanemab. Trial participants who were dosed with donanemab in the main study will be enrolled to a 3-year follow up addendum. No study drug will be administered during this follow up.
NCT03501979
A phase 2 non-randomized study to assess the safety and efficacy of the combination of tucatinib and trastuzumab with capecitabine for the treatment of leptomeningeal metastases in HER2-neu positive breast cancer.
NCT04167514
Study CSL964\_5001 will investigate the efficacy of AAT with corticosteroids compared with corticosteroids alone as first line therapy for patients with high-risk acute GVHD
NCT04564027
The study is investigating efficacy, safety and tolerability of DNA-damage Response Agents (or Combinations), in participants with advanced/metastatic solid malignancies whose tumours contain molecular alterations
NCT04462770
This is a multicenter, Phase 3, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study designed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of clemizole hydrochloride (EPX-100) as adjunctive therapy in children and adult participants with Dravet syndrome (DS).
NCT04209855
This Phase 3 study is designed to compare the efficacy and safety of mirvetuximab soravtansine (MIRV) vs. IC chemotherapy in participants with platinum-resistant high-grade epithelial ovarian cancer, primary peritoneal, or fallopian tube cancer, whose tumors express a high-level of FRα. Participants will be, in the opinion of the Investigator, appropriate for single-agent therapy for their next line of therapy. The FRα positivity will be defined by the Ventana FOLR1 (FOLR1-2.1) CDx assay.
NCT07137273
This study is designed to better understand how certain features of reinforcement affect learning and motivation in individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). Participants will take part in a series of structured teaching sessions that involve simple tasks and reward-based feedback. By changing the timing and amount of rewards, we aim to learn how these factors influence the ability to acquire and maintain new skills. This information may help improve behavioral interventions for individuals with IDD in the future. The study does not involve medications or procedures intended to change participants' health status.
NCT04975438
This study will evaluate efficacy and safety of GSK1070806 in moderate to severe atopic dermatitis (AtD) participants.
NCT03646123
This trial will study two treatment combinations for classical Hodgkin lymphoma (cHL). This trial will find out if these two treatment combinations work to treat cHL. It will also find out what side effects occur. A side effect is anything the drug does besides treating cancer. This study will have three parts (Parts A, B, and C). The drugs used in Part A are a combination of targeted anticancer drug (brentuximab vedotin) and three chemotherapy drugs (doxorubicin, vinblastine, and dacarbazine). These four drugs are called "A+AVD." Participants will be treated with granulocyte colony stimulating factor (G-CSF) following every dose of A+AVD for 6 cycles of treatment (12 doses). Part A will look at whether the A+AVD drug combination reduces the number of participants who experience the side effect of febrile neutropenia. Febrile neutropenia is a very low white blood cell count and a fever, which can be life threatening. Parts B and C will use drug combination of brentuximab vedotin, plus nivolumab, doxorubicin, and dacarbazine. These four drugs are called "AN+AD." Parts B and C will study how well the drugs work to treat cHL and what side effects they cause.
NCT03924856
A global study to evaluate peri-operative pembrolizumab with chemotherapy versus placebo to pembrolizumab plus chemotherapy in cisplatin eligible patients.
NCT04772989
This is a Phase 1/1b, multicenter, open-label, dose-escalation, and dose-expansion study to evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetic (PK), pharmacodynamic (PD), and clinical activity of AB308 in combination with zimberelimab (AB122) in participants with advanced malignancies.
NCT01065454
The aim of this study is to assess whether increasing oral doses of Riociguat are safe and improve the well-being, symptoms and outcome in patients with pulmonary hypertension associated with left ventricular systolic dysfunction
NCT03900026
The purpose of this study is to determine if evolocumab added to regular statin therapy improves vein graft patency after coronary artery bypass graft (CABG) surgery.
NCT05740293
The objective of the post-approval study (PAS) is to assess patient experience of visual symptoms 6 months after bilateral treatment with the VisuMax SMILE procedure as measured by a patient questionnaire.
NCT05822609
The primary objective of this study is to determine the effects of semaglutide on kidney oxygenation and function in type 1 diabetes. The secondary objective is to determine the glycemic effects and safety of semaglutide in type 1 diabetes.
NCT04458259
A First-in-Human Pharmacokinetic, Safety, and Tolerability Study of PF-07265807 as Monotherapy and in Combination in Participants with Advanced or Metastatic Solid Tumors
NCT06943573
This study is a 12-week (in addition to up to 30 days of screening) randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, parallel-group trial. The primary objective of this study is to assess the effectiveness, safety, and tolerability of single-dose psilocybin (25 mg)-assisted therapy in comparison to active placebo (1 mg micro-dose) psilocybin-assisted therapy in patients with bipolar II depression who have not responded to adequate trials with at least two first or second-line treatments for bipolar II depression (i.e. quetiapine, lithium, lamotrigine, sertraline, or venlafaxine as monotherapy or adjunctive therapy, or bupropion adjunctive therapy). The active placebo is a substance that looks identical to the study medication but contains less therapeutic ingredients, and thus is less capable of producing the transformative and meaningful aspects of psychedelic experience compared to the 25 mg dose. Participants will have a total of 11 study visits over a period of up to 16 weeks, which includes 5 therapy sessions from trained study therapists.
NCT05085275
A 9-month randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study to compare the effect of fixed dose ferric citrate versus placebo in patients with advanced chronic kidney disease (eGFR ≤20 ml/min/1.73m2) on the composite endpoint of time to initiation of maintenance dialysis or all-cause mortality.
NCT05377229
Previous clinical studies with the MarginProbe (MP) system demonstrated the MP System diagnostic accuracy for identification of cancerous/abnormal tissue at the margins (≤ 1mm) of the ex-vivo lumpectomy specimen. The current study is a prospective data collection study with the enhanced technology, the MP2.0 System and is aimed at collecting data to optimize the system algorithm/procedure and to subsequently validate the system to demonstrate non-inferiority to the MP1.x system. In this study, MP2.0 system will be used on ex-vivo lumpectomy specimens at the Operating Room (OR). The study will collect a library of case information data using the MP2.0 system in sequential cohorts of a minimum of 50 subjects until the software and procedure are optimized. The final analysis sample size will be determined and outlined in the SAP based upon the results of the optimization stage.
NCT05315414
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the clinical outcome of implant survival of the PrimeTaper EV implant in single tooth restorations 1 year after permanent restoration.
