NCT07172438
The overall purpose of this study will be to assess primary combustible cigarette users' abstinence from smoking their usual brand of combustible cigarettes at the end of the study, when provided with an electronic nicotine delivery system (ENDS) power unit (2) and varying levels of access to tobacco-flavored, menthol-flavored, or non-tobacco/non-menthol-flavored cartridge-based e-liquids (collectively referred to as the investigational product) within their assigned study arm over a three-month (ninety-day) period.
NCT03126916
This phase III trial studies iobenguane I-131 or lorlatinib and standard therapy in treating younger patients with newly-diagnosed high-risk neuroblastoma or ganglioneuroblastoma. Radioactive drugs, such as iobenguane I-131, may carry radiation directly to tumor cells and not harm normal cells. Lorlatinib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Giving iobenguane I-131 or lorlatinib and standard therapy may work better compared to lorlatinib and standard therapy alone in treating younger patients with neuroblastoma or ganglioneuroblastoma.
NCT01712490
This open-label, randomized, 2-arm, multicenter, phase 3 study has the primary objective of comparing the modified progression-free survival (mPFS) obtained with brentuximab vedotin (ADCETRIS®) plus AVD (doxorubicin \[Adriamycin\], vinblastine, and dacarbazine; abbreviated A+AVD) versus that obtained with ABVD (doxorubicin \[Adriamycin\],bleomycin, vinblastine, and dacarbazine) for the frontline treatment of advanced classical Hodgkin lymphoma(HL)
NCT05469737
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of oral azacitidine in participants with low to intermediate International Prognostic Scoring System Revised (IPSS-R) myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS).
NCT07266402
The purpose of this Phase 3, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study is to assess the activity and safety of barzolvolimab compared to placebo in participants with cold induced urticaria or symptomatic dermographism who remain symptomatic despite the use of H1-antihistamines.
NCT04279847
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety, tolerability, and preliminary efficacy of INCB057643 as monotherapy or combination with ruxolitinib for participants with myelofibrosis (MF) and other myeloid neoplasms.
NCT00003641
RATIONALE: Interferon alfa may interfere with the growth of cancer cells. It is not yet known whether treatment with interferon alfa is more effective than observation alone for stage II or stage III melanoma that has been completely removed surgically. PURPOSE: This randomized phase III trial is studying high dose interferon alfa to see how well it works compared to observation only in treating patients with stage II or stage III melanoma that has been completely removed by surgery.
NCT06879912
The goal of this observational study is to understand the utility of force feedback instruments in surgeries that are done using the da Vinci 5 robot.
NCT06718907
Stress-induced pregnancy complications are significant contributors to preterm labor as well as maternal and perinatal morbidity and mortality. The goals of this study are two folds: first it aims to capture the pregnant woman's journey to seek and receive prenatal care. Second, this study aims to develop models that 1) assess the adverse health and biological effects of social factors on pregnant women who experience repeated or chronic stress, 2) address how stress can be mitigated in pregnant women from different backgrounds who experience high stress.
NCT04503551
Study GR41675 is a Multicenter, Randomized Study in Participants with Diabetic Retinopathy (DR) Without Center-Involved Diabetic Macular Edema (CI-DME) to Evaluate the Efficacy, Safety of the Port Delivery System with Ranibizumab (PDS) Relative to the Comparator Arm
NCT04153292
This study will establish the safety and effectiveness of the SAPIEN M3 System in subjects with symptomatic, at least 3+ mitral regurgitation (MR) for whom commercially available surgical or transcatheter treatment options are deemed unsuitable. Following completion of enrollment, subjects will be eligible for enrollment in the continued access phase of the trial.
NCT02716116
This study is about a medicine called TAK-788, also known as mobocertinib, given to adults with non-small cell lung cancer. The main aims of this study are to check if there are any side effects from TAK-788, to learn how TAK-788 is processed by the body, and to determine the best dose of TAK-788 to treat this condition. Participants will take TAK-788 capsules with chemotherapy. Participants will continue to take TAK-788 unless they or their doctor decide they should stop this treatment. Participants will take TAK-788 capsules with or without chemotherapy under antidiarrhea prevention to determine the safety of TAK-788 treatment. Non-Asian, non-White participants will take TAK-788 to determine the safety and tolerability of TAK-788 treatment.
NCT03631199
This was a Phase III study of pembrolizumab plus platinum-based doublet chemotherapy with or without canakinumab in previously untreated locally advanced or metastatic non-squamous and squamous NSCLC participants.
NCT05564117
This study will look how well semaglutide tablets taken once daily helps people with body weight above the healthy range. Participants will either get semaglutide 25 milligram (mg) once daily or placebo once daily. This study will last for 72 weeks, which includes 1-week screening period, 64 weeks of treatment period and 7 weeks of follow up period.
NCT02926690
The purpose of this study is to determine the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) of OTS167 administered via oral capsule (PO) to patients with relapsed/refractory locally advanced or metastatic breast cancer.
NCT04375800
This is a single-group, open-label, multi-site study in pediatric participants with human immunodeficiency virus type 1 (HIV-1) infection, aged 4 weeks to \<12 years and weighing \<45 kg, who are treatment-naive (TN) or have been virologically suppressed (VS) on stable combination antiretroviral therapy (cART) for ≥3 months with no history of treatment failure. The primary objectives are: * To evaluate the steady state pharmacokinetics (PK) of doravirine (DOR) \[MK-1439\] when given in combination with 2 nucleoside/nucleotide analog reverse transcriptase inhibitors (NRTIs) or as part of the fixed-dose combination (FDC) of DOR/lamivudine (3TC)/tenofovir disproxil fumarate (TDF) in participants ≥6 to \<12 years and weighing ≥14 to \<45 kg. * To evaluate the safety and tolerability of DOR when given with 2 NRTIs or as part of the FDC of DOR/3TC/TDF, in participants ≥6 to 12 years and weighing ≥14 to \<45 kg, through Week 24.
