NCT03599622
The purpose of this study is to assess the safety and effectiveness of BMS-986165 compared to placebo in participants with moderately to severely active Crohn's Disease.
NCT04216316
This phase Ib/II trial studies the best dose of carboplatin when given together with berzosertib, gemcitabine and pembrolizumab and to see how well it works in treating patients with stage IV squamous cell non-small cell lung cancer that has spared to other placed in the body (advanced). Berzosertib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Chemotherapy drugs, such as carboplatin and gemcitabine, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as pembrolizumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Giving berzosertib together with carboplatin, gemcitabine, and pembrolizumab may work better in treating patients with squamous cell non-small cell lung cancer compared to carboplatin, gemcitabine, and pembrolizumab alone.
NCT04662151
The purpose of this study is to determine if an investigational drug, AT-100, can reduce the occurrence of Bronchopulmonary Dysplasia (BPD) in babies born premature, as compared to babies born premature who receive an air-sham alone.
NCT03382834
This study evaluated the effects of tamoxifen exposure in combination with vorinostat on viral reactivation among HIV-1 infected post-menopausal women with virologic suppression on antiretroviral therapy (ART), when compared to vorinostat alone.
NCT03596450
The main purpose of this study is to compare the effects of semaglutide (Ozempic®) with the effects of other treatments for type 2 diabetes in a normal practice setting. The participant will be assigned by chance (like flipping a coin) to one of the following treatment groups: Group 1: semaglutide (Ozempic®) (by injection into skin) Group 2: standard of care antidiabetic medication (oral or injectable). The participant has an equal chance of being in either of the treatment groups. Neither the participant nor the study doctor or study staff will be able to pick which group the participant is in, but the participant will know which study drug the participant has been assigned to. The study doctor will provide the participant with a prescription for the study diabetes medication based on the treatment group the participant is assigned. The participation will last about 2 years.
NCT02615002
This study is a Phase 2, randomized, placebo-controlled, dose-ranging study of piromelatine (5, 20, and 50 mg daily for 6 months) versus placebo to determine an effective dose based on efficacy (cognitive performance), safety, and tolerability in patients with mild dementia due to Alzheimer's Disease (AD).
NCT05227820
This study seeks to measure changes in cognition through verbal and visual test procedures and changes in biomarkers of Alzheimer's disease and inflammatory and metabolic parameters that can be measure in the central nervous system (CNS) with advanced neuroimaging techniques in patients treated with NE3107 (17a-ethynyl-androst-5-3b,7b,17b-triol).
NCT02800863
The purpose of this prospective, multicenter, single arm post-approval study is to demonstrate continued safety of the Axium and Proclaim Neurostimulator System for dorsal root ganglion (DRG) stimulation. The primary endpoint is the 12-month serious adverse event rate for permanent implants.
NCT05514184
In this pilot clinical trial, the investigators will recruit and randomize 120 patients with diabetes mellitus and chronic kidney disease (CKD/DM) stages 3 to 5 to a patient-centered and flexible Plant-Focused Nutrition in Diabetes (PLAFOND) diet with \>2/3 plant-based sources, which will be compared with a standard-of-care CKD diet, which is usually a low-potassium and low-salt diet, over a 6-month period. Through this study, the investigators will determine whether the plant-focused diet intervention is feasible for patient adherence, whether this diet is safe by avoiding malnutrition, frailty, and high potassium or glucose blood levels, and whether patient reported outcomes are favorably impacted.
NCT04677504
This study will evaluate the efficacy and safety of atezolizumab with bevacizumab in combination with cisplatin and gemcitabine(CisGem), compared with atezolizumab in combination with CisGem, in participants with advanced biliary tract cancer (BTC) who have not received prior systemic therapy. Treatment will consist of a chemotherapy combination phase followed by a cancer immunotherapy (CIT)/placebo phase.
NCT03777410
This study will collect bone marrow (BM) aspirate samples from patients with relapsed refractory multiple myeloma (RRMM) prior to the start of a new treatment regimen for the purposes of prospectively measuring single-cell mass accumulation rate (MAR) as a biomarker of patient response to that regimen. The primary study objective is to explore whether the single-cell MAR biomarker can predict patient response in RRMM patients. In order to enable this primary objective, two patient cohorts will be required. First, a small vanguard cohort of patients with treatment naïve disease to define drug concentrations used for testing, and second, the main RRMM patient cohort. Data will be collected to estimate the biomarker's predictive properties (accuracy, sensitivity, specificity), and to support improvement of the MAR biomarker through additional research and discovery within the study dataset.
NCT03829111
This phase I trial studies how well CBM588 works when given together with nivolumab and ipilimumab in treating patients with kidney cancer that is stage IV or has spread to other places in the body (advanced). CBM588 is a probiotic that may help to increase the effect of immunotherapy. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as nivolumab and ipilimumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Giving CBM588, nivolumab, and ipilimumab may work better in treating patients with kidney cancer.
NCT04707391
The purpose of this study was to assess immunogenicity and safety of MenABCWY vaccine in healthy adolescents and adults aged 15 to 25 years previously vaccinated with MenACWY vaccine.
NCT03439293
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the percentage of participants with a response of very good partial response (VGPR) or better to IDd treatment.
NCT05036369
The objectives are to assess the efficacy and safety of Vibrant capsule administered twice a week
NCT05491525
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety, efficacy, and PK of vibegron in pediatric participants with NDO who are regularly using CIC
NCT03752398
This is a Phase 1, multiple dose, ascending dose escalation study to define a MTD/RD and regimen of XmAb23104, to describe safety and tolerability, to assess PK and immunogenicity, and to preliminarily assess anti-tumor activity of XmAb23104 monotherapy and combination therapy with ipilimumab in subjects with selected advanced solid tumors.
