NCT05139121
Study of the contraceptive efficacy, cycle control, safety, and tolerability of MR-100A-01 in approxmiately 1200 women for up to 13 cycles
NCT01743807
This is a phase I trial of an investigational drug called GNKG168 in patients with relapsed and refractory acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) and acute myelogenous leukemia (AML) who are in morphologic remission but are positive for Minimum Residual Disease (MRD).
NCT05348577
This study will assess the efficacy and safety of capivasertib plus docetaxel versus placebo plus docetaxel in participants with metastatic castration resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC), all participants will receive the docetaxel with steroid therapy and receive androgen deprivation therapy. The intention of the study is to demonstrate that the combination of capivasertib plus docetaxel is superior to placebo plus docetaxel with respect to the overall survival and/or the radiographic progression free survival of study participants.
NCT04811040
The primary objective of this study is to evaluate the safety and tolerability of a combination of the broadly neutralizing antibodies (bNAbs) teropavimab (formerly GS-5423) and zinlirvimab (formerly GS-2872) in combination with the HIV capsid inhibitor lenacapavir (LEN).
NCT03344848
This is an early feasibility study of a new device, the Orion Visual Cortical Prosthesis System. The device is intended to stimulate the surface of the visual cortex to induce visual perception in blind individuals.
NCT03220035
This phase II Pediatric MATCH trial studies how well vemurafenib works in treating patients with solid tumors, non-Hodgkin lymphoma, or histiocytic disorders with BRAF V600 mutations that have spread to other places in the body (advanced) and have come back (recurrent) or do not respond to treatment (refractory). Vemurafenib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth.
NCT04166773
The purpose of this study is to see if the study drug, tirzepatide administered once weekly, is safe and effective as a treatment for Nonalcoholic Steatohepatitis (NASH).
NCT06529302
The aim of this multicenter retrospective cohort study is to determine the safety of omission of axillary lymph node dissection in patients with residual micrometastases after neoadjuvant chemotherapy.
NCT02152137
This phase II trial studies how well inolitazone dihydrochloride (efatutazone dihydrochloride) and paclitaxel work in treating patients with anaplastic thyroid cancer that has spread to other places in the body and usually cannot be cured or controlled with treatment (advanced). Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as efatutazone dihydrochloride and paclitaxel, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading.
NCT06057012
The primary purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and tolerability of BRII-296 administered by 2 intramuscular injections, administered with Depo Medrol as assessed by the incidence of adverse events, changes from baseline in vital signs, pulse oximetry, clinical laboratory evaluations, electrocardiograms (ECGs), Stanford Sleepiness Scale (SSS), Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS) in conjunction with clinical assessment, and suicidal ideation using the Columbia Suicide Severity Rating Scale (C-SSRS).
NCT03523572
This is a study of trastuzumab deruxtecan for the treatment of HER2-positive unresectable or metastatic breast cancer following two or more prior anti-HER2 based regimens. Participants will receive this study drug along with a cancer drug, an immune checkpoint inhibitor, anti-PD1, called nivolumab. The study will be done in two parts: * Part 1 is to identify the recommended dose to use for treatment. * Part 2 is to find out how well the combination works, and how safe and tolerable it is.
NCT06039865
The goal of this clinical trial in adults with obstructive sleep apnea prescribed positive airway pressure therapy is to test the effects of a new patient-facing consumer wearable-based program (that involves provision of a consumer wearable that measures oxygen levels during sleep plus customized weekly reports to participants). The main question is to learn whether participants' use of positive airway pressure therapy will differ between the participants who receive the new program immediately versus delayed. Participants assigned to the delayed program will receive usual care while waiting for the program to begin.
NCT03154190
This randomized pilot clinical trial studies health care coach support in reducing acute care use and cost in patients with cancer. Health care coach support may help cancer patients to make decisions about their care that matches what is important to them with symptom management.
NCT06734117
This prospective, non-interventional, single arm, longitudinal cohort multicenter study will recruit approximately 5600 consecutive all-comers, consisting of patients with signs and symptoms of acute coronary syndromes (ACS) who present in the emergency department (ED). The main objective of the study is to determine the clinical performance of Elecsys Troponin T hs Gen 6 versus the centrally adjudicated clinical diagnosis at various time points after ED presentation using the previously determined clinical cut-off of a universal 99th percentile upper reference limit.
NCT04077762
This is a phase IV, prospective, open label, randomized-controlled study that will compare radial access with state-of-the-art femoral access in patients without ST-segment elevation acute myocardial infarction undergoing cardiac catheterization. Subjects will be randomized 1:1 into 2 treatment groups: radial access and state-of-the-art femoral access. Randomization will be performed in blocks of 50 per site. Similarly, a second sub-randomization will be performed in the femoral access group into use of 18 vs 21 gauge needles, also in a 1:1 fashion.
NCT04299464
This study will investigate the efficacy, safety, tolerability, and pharmacokinetics of RO7017773 in participants aged 15-45 years who have been diagnosed with ASD with a score of \>/=50 on the Wechsler Abreviated Scale of Intelligence (WASI-II).
NCT05775406
This Phase 1 study will evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics/pharmacodynamics (PK/PD), and clinical activity of KT-253 in adult patients with relapsed or refractory (R/R) high grade myeloid malignancies, acute lymphocytic leukemia (ALL), R/R lymphoma, myelofibrosis, and R/R solid tumors. The study will identify the pharmacologically optimal dose(s) (MTD) of KT-253 as the recommended Phase 2 dose (RP2D), based on all safety, PK, PD, and efficacy data.
NCT05601219
This study consists of dose escalation evaluation to determine the safety and tolerability of ADA-011 as a monotherapy. Following dose escalation, one or more dose expansion cohorts in selected indications will be explored to further evaluate the safety, tolerability, and preliminary efficacy of ADA-011.
NCT02249949
This phase II trial studies how well efatutazone dihydrochloride works in treating patients with previously treated myxoid liposarcoma that cannot be removed by surgery. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as efatutazone dihydrochloride, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading.
NCT04279236
This prospective, multi-center study funded by Oticon Medical AB will be conducted at six clinical sites in North America. Patients with a hearing loss and that are already planned for treatment with a percutaneous (through the skin) bone-anchored hearing system (BAHS) will be included in the study. The total number of participants included in the study will be 64. The purpose of this study is to investigate the rate of successful BAHS use after implantation of the Ponto Implant system using the surgical technique Minimally Invasive Ponto Surgery (MIPS).
