NCT03859700
Open-label, follow-up study for subjects who completed the EPITOPE study.
NCT05214898
Fathers play a unique role in the lives of children, with high quality interactions found to improve a child's executive functioning and general school achievement. Father involvement also has positive impacts on fathers themselves, with more involved fathers reporting more self-confidence in their parenting, more satisfaction with parenting, demonstration of more maturity, and reports of less psychosocial distress. However, poverty can have a negative association with fathers parenting and child outcomes, though paternal warmth can mediate this relationship. Children's Institute Inc will recruit and implement the 24/7 Dad program which is designed to provide a comprehensive evidenced-based fatherhood program that builds and strengthens father-child relationships. The curriculum for the primary workshops will be the 24/7 Dad curriculum, which addresses both the responsible parenting and healthy relationship areas in this project. A quasi-experimental interrupted time series (ITS) design allows for a continuous sequence of observations on a population, taken repeatedly over time.

NCT03537014
The goal of this clinical trial is to learn if MDMA-assisted therapy is safe and effective in people with at least severe PTSD. The main question it aims to answer is: Do three sessions of MDMA-assisted therapy reduce PTSD symptoms? Researchers will compare three sessions of MDMA-assisted therapy with an initial dose of 80 to 120 mg to three sessions of placebo with therapy. Participants will undergo three preparatory sessions without any study drug, followed by three MDMA-assisted therapy or placebo with therapy sessions. Each medication session will be followed by three integrative therapy sessions without study drug.
NCT03328078
This is a multi-center, open-label study to evaluate the safety, pharmacokinetics (PK), and anti-cancer activity of oral administration of emavusertib alone or in combination with ibrutinib in adult participants with relapsed or refractory (R/R) hematologic malignancies. This trial will be completed in four parts. In Part A1, emavusertib will be evaluated first in a dose escalating monotherapy setting to establish the safety and tolerability (complete). In Part A2, emavusertib will be evaluated in combination with ibrutinib at 560 milligrams (mg) once daily (QD) or 420 mg QD as indicated by disease (Part A2 complete). Part B will comprise 2 cohorts to assess safety and efficacy of emavusertib in combination with ibrutinib in participants with R/R primary central nervous system lymphoma (PCNSL) who have directly progressed on a bruton tyrosine kinase inhibitor (BTKi). In this part of the study, emavusertib will be dosed at 100 mg or 200 mg twice daily (BID) in combination with ibrutinib in 28-day treatment cycles. Part C will comprise 3 treatment arms in the second-line setting to assess the efficacy and safety of emavusertib monotherapy, ibrutinib monotherapy, and emavusertib in combination with ibrutinib in participants with R/R PCNSL who are naïve to BTKi treatment. In this part of the study, eligible second-line participants with R/R PCNSL who are naïve to BTKi treatment will be randomized 1:1:1 to 1 of 3 treatment arms: (1) emavusertib 200 mg BID, (2) ibrutinib 560 mg QD, or (3) emavusertib 200 mg BID in combination with ibrutinib 560 mg QD.
NCT02008396
The goal of this clinical trial is to learn if MDMA-assisted therapy is safe and effective at reducing social anxiety in adults with autism. The main questions it aims to answer are: * Do two sessions of MDMA-assisted therapy reduce social anxiety? * What dose of MDMA is most effective at reducing social anxiety? Researchers will compare two blinded sessions of MDMA-assisted therapy to two blinded sessions of placebo with therapy. Participants will undergo three non-drug preparatory therapy sessions before the first blinded medication session. After each medication session, participants will undergo three non-drug integrative therapy sessions. In Stage 2, participants who received placebo with therapy in the first two blinded sessions will be able to undergo two sessions with MDMA-assisted therapy.
NCT07006428
This is a two-part, multi-center, investigator-initiated clinical study comparing visual outcomes and patient satisfaction in subjects receiving bilateral implantation of either the Clareon PanOptix intraocular lens (IOL) or a comparable multifocal IOL. The study includes a retrospective/prospective pilot phase and a prospective, randomized comparison phase.
NCT00112827
RATIONALE: Melphalan, a chemotherapeutic agent, has been found to be an effective treatment choice for destroying myeloma cells, especially when given at high (bone marrow ablative) doses. Total marrow irradiation (TMI)/ablative dose radiation therapy is another modality capable of destroying myeloma cells. Autologous peripheral blood/stem cell transplant (ASCT) given after either melphalan or following TMI (aimed at the bone marrow containing areas of the skeleton, the site of origin of myeloma cells) will shorten the duration/alleviate the severity of both melphalan and marrow irradiation-associated side effects. Lenalidomide, an effective agent on its own right for the treatment of myeloma, has been shown to further enhance the beneficial effects of autologous stem cell transplants when given as maintenance therapy. PURPOSE: This previously phase I trial established the maximum tolerated dose of TMI at 1600 cGy. The phase II part of this study is ongoing and is studying the effects of high-dose melphalan and ASCT, followed by TMI and a second ASCT, with subsequent maintenance lenalidomide. The study is conducted in patients with stages I-III myeloma, with specific emphasis on assessing complete and very good partial response rate conversions, progression-free and overall survival, and safety/feasibility of delivering the planned treatment regimen.

NCT03525262
Reduction of dose to or 'sparing' of neurovascular structures during stereotactic ablative body radiotherapy (SAbR) for localized prostate cancer will improve retention of sexual potency, while retaining excellent oncologic control and other secondary health-related quality of life (HRQOL) endpoints. Primary Objectives: • To compare the decline in patient health-related quality of life (HRQOL) instrument-defined erectile dysfunction following stereotactic ablative body radiotherapy (SAbR) with or without neurovascular sparing Secondary Objectives: * Assess acute (within 3 months of treatment) and chronic (\>3 months after treatment) SAbR related GU and GI toxicities, as well as serial impact on HRQOL metrics over time * Assess biochemical progression free survival, local recurrence, distant recurrence, and survival * Evaluate simplified 'practical' secondary HRQOL sexual potency endpoints that can be compared to prior literature. Exploratory Objectives: * Evaluate feasibility of MRI BOLD/TOLD to be integrated as hypoxia monitoring sequences to standard already planned diagnostic and/or treatment planning MRI on the study in five patient pilot. * Evaluate quality of spacer placement and its effect on dose to neurovascular structures * Evaluate rate local recurrence in the area of sparing adjacent to the neurovascular elements by biopsy in those with biochemical progression.
