NCT05180474
The purpose of this trial is to measure the following in participants with solid tumors who receive GEN1047: * The side effects seen with GEN1047 * What the body does with GEN1047 once it is administered * What GEN1047 does to the body once it is administered * How well GEN1047 works against solid tumors The estimated trial duration for an individual participant is 8 months, consisting of a 28-day screening period, an estimated 3 month treatment period (the duration of treatment may vary for each participant), and an estimated 4 month post-treatment follow-up period (the duration of follow-up may vary for each participant). All participants will receive active drug; no one will be given placebo.
NCT06149286
This study is researching an experimental drug called odronextamab (referred to as study drug), in combination with lenalidomide. The study is focused on participants who have one of two types of cancer: follicular lymphoma (FL) or marginal zone lymphoma (MZL) that has come back after treatment (called "relapsed"), or did not respond to treatment (called "refractory"). FL and MZL are subtypes of Non-Hodgkin 's lymphoma (NHL). This study will be made up of two parts (Part 1 not randomized, Part 2 randomized - controlled). The aim of Part 1 of the study is to see how safe and tolerable the study drug is when used in combination with lenalidomide, in participants with FL or MZL, and to determine the dose of the study drug to be used in Part 2 of this study. This combination is considered "first-in-human" as it has not been tested as a combination treatment in humans before. The aim of Part 2, of the study is to assess how well the combination of the study drug and lenalidomide works compared to the combination of rituximab (called "the comparator drug") and lenalidomide. The combination of comparator drug and lenalidomide is the current standard-of-care treatment for relapsed/refractory FL and/or MZL. Standard-of-care means the usual medication expected and used when receiving treatment for a condition. The study is looking at several other research questions, including: * What side effects may happen from taking the study drug in combination with lenalidomide * How much study drug is in the blood at different times * Whether the body makes antibodies against the study drug (which could make the study drug less effective or could lead to side effects) * The impact from the study drug on quality-of-life and ability to complete routine daily activities
NCT06664788
The objective of this clinical investigation is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of ETHIZIA to control minimal, mild, or moderate soft tissue bleeding during open surgery when compared to SURGICEL Original in the percentage of cases achieving hemostasis at 3 minutes after product application, and without re-bleeding up to 10 minutes after application.
NCT01989585
This phase I/II trial studies the side effects and best dose of dabrafenib, trametinib, and navitoclax and to see how well they work in treating patients with BRAF mutant melanoma or solid tumors that has spread from where it first started (primary site) to other places in the body (metastatic) or cannot be removed by surgery (unresectable). Dabrafenib and trametinib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Navitoclax is in a class of medications called B-cell lymphoma-2 (BCL-2) inhibitors. It may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking Bcl-2, a protein needed for tumor cell survival. Giving navitoclax, dabrafenib, and trametinib may help shrink tumors in patients with melanoma.
NCT02960022

NCT05595460
This study aims to determine the safety, preliminary antitumor activity, and pharmacokinetics (PK) of RYZ101 in combination with standard of care (SoC) therapy consisting of carboplatin + etoposide + atezolizumab in untreated subjects with somatostatin receptor expressing (SSTR+) ES-SCLC.
NCT02196181
This phase II trial compares the effect of dabrafenib and trametinib given continuously to given with a break in treatment (intermittent) in treating patients with stage III-IV melanoma that cannot be removed by surgery and contains a B-Raf proto-oncogene, serine/threonine kinase (BRAF) mutation. Dabrafenib and trametinib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Giving dabrafenib and trametinib with intermittent dosing may be as effect as when given continuously in treating patients with stage III-IV melanoma with a BRAF mutation that cannot be removed by surgery.
NCT06586112
The goal of this clinical trial is to learn if ESK-001 works to treat moderate to severe plaque psoriasis. The main questions it aims to answer are: * Does ESK-001 reduce the severity of people's psoriasis? * How safe is ESK-001 in people with moderate to severe plaque psoriasis? The study includes 2 comparators: a placebo control (a 'dummy' tablet that does not contain the medicine ESK-001 but looks just like it) and an active control (apremilast, which is a medicine approved to treat psoriasis). People taking part in this study must be men or women aged at least 18 years and have had plaque psoriasis for at least 6 months, currently moderate to severe. Participants will: * take drug every day for 24 weeks. * visit the clinic for checkups and tests. * fill out questionnaires about their psoriasis, itch severity, and change in quality of life. * be assessed for health issues and side effects, physical examinations, vital signs, heart electrical activity measurements, and psychological health. * provide blood and urine samples.
NCT00644228
This randomized phase III trial studies lenalidomide, dexamethasone, and bortezomib to see how well it works compared to dexamethasone and lenalidomide alone in treating patients with previously untreated multiple myeloma. Biological therapies, such as lenalidomide, may stimulate the immune system in different ways and stop cancer cells from growing. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as dexamethasone, work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Bortezomib may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth or by blocking blood flow to the cancer. It is not yet known whether lenalidomide and dexamethasone is more effective with or without bortezomib in treating multiple myeloma.
NCT03190915
This phase II trial studies how well trametinib works in treating patients with juvenile myelomonocytic leukemia that has come back (relapsed) or does not respond to treatment (refractory). Trametinib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth.
NCT06015308
This is a Phase 2, multicenter, randomized, double-blind placebo controlled, 2-arm study to evaluate the effect of amlitelimab on vaccine antibody responses, and the safety of amlitelimab concurrently administered with non-live vaccines in adult participants with moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis (AD). The purpose of this study is to compare the immune responses to concomitantly administered Boostrix (tetanus, diphtheria, and acellular pertussis \[Tdap\]) and Pneumovax 23 (PPSV) vaccines in adult participants with moderate-to-severe AD treated with amlitelimab versus placebo. The study will evaluate the percentage of participants achieving a positive anti-tetanus response at Week 16 (primary endpoint) and a positive anti-pneumococcal response at Week 16 (key secondary endpoint). Study details include: The study duration will be up to 36 weeks (for participants not entering the LTS17367 \[RIVER-AD\]). The screening period will be 9 days to 4 weeks. The treatment duration will be up to 16 weeks. The post-treatment safety follow-up period will be16 weeks. The number of visits will be up to 7 (or 6 for those entering LTS17367 \[RIVER-AD\]).
NCT05005403
Cancer is a condition where cells in a specific part of body grow and reproduce uncontrollably. Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC) is a solid tumor, a disease in which cancer cells form in the tissues of the lung. Head and Neck Squamous Cell Carcinoma (HNSCC) is a solid tumor, a disease in which cancer cells form in the tissues of the head and neck. The purpose of this study is to assess adverse events and pharmacokinetics of azirkitug as a monotherapy and in combination with budigalimab, bevacizumab, or telisotuzumab adizutecan. Bevacizumab is an approved product, while budigalimab, azirkitug, and telisotuzumab adizutecan are investigational drugs being developed for the treatment of NSCLC, HNSCC, and other solid tumors. Study doctors put the participants in groups called treatment arms. The maximum-tolerated dose (MTD)/maximum administered dose (MAD) of azirkitug will be explored. Each treatment arm receives a different dose of azirkitug in monotherapy and in combination with budigalimab, bevacizumab, or telisotuzumab adizutecan. Approximately 694 adult participants will be enrolled in the study across approximately 80 sites worldwide. Participants will receive azirkitug as a monotherapy or in combination with budigalimab, bevacizumab, or telisotuzumab adizutecan as an Intravenous (IV) Infusion for an estimated treatment period of up to 2 years. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at a hospital or clinic. The effect of the treatment will be checked by medical assessments, blood tests, checking for side effects and completing questionnaires.
NCT02453620
This phase I trial studies the side effects and best dose of entinostat and nivolumab when given together with ipilimumab in treating patients with solid tumors that have spread to other places in the body and usually cannot be cured or controlled with treatment (metastatic) or that cannot be removed by surgery (unresectable) or human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2)-negative breast cancer that has spread from where it started to nearby tissue or lymph nodes or other parts of the body. Entinostat is in a class of drugs called histone deacetylase (HDAC) inhibitors. It may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth (locally advanced/metastatic). Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as nivolumab and ipilimumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Giving entinostat and nivolumab together with ipilimumab may work better in treating in patients with solid tumors.
NCT05272384
This phase I trial tests the safety, side effects, and best dose of nivolumab in combination with ASTX727 in treating B-cell lymphoma that has come back (relapsed) or does not respond to treatment (refractory). Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as nivolumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. ASTX727 consists of the combination of decitabine and cedazuridine. Cedazuridine is in a class of medications called cytidine deaminase inhibitors. It prevents the breakdown of decitabine, making it more available in the body so that decitabine will have a greater effect. Decitabine is in a class of medications called hypomethylation agents. It works by helping the bone marrow produce normal blood cells and by killing abnormal cells in the bone marrow. Giving nivolumab in combination with ASTX727 may shrink and stabilize cancer.
