NCT06066502
The goal of this interventional study is to compare standard mechanical ventilation to a lung-stress oriented ventilation strategy in patients with Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome (ARDS). Participants will be ventilated according to one of two different strategies. The main question the study hopes to answer is whether the personalized ventilation strategy helps improve survival.
NCT05561127
To determine the safety and efficacy of GIE Medical's ProTractX3™ TTS DCB for the treatment of recurrent benign bowel strictures.
NCT04455633
Evaluation of the efficacy of a low and high dose of LX9211 compared to placebo in reducing pain related to diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPNP) over an 11 week assessment period.
NCT05768269
This study is designed to collect long-term safety and survival data from participants previously treated in an eligible Century-sponsored index trial. This is an observational study, and the elements of the study design allow for important follow-up for safety, survival, and the continued evaluation of any late adverse events (AEs) that may appear after treatment with such cellular products. Additionally, collection of persistence data from participants will support the identification of any long-term risks or late AEs that may be causally related to treatment with such cellular products.
NCT07033702
This pilot study evaluates the safety and feasibility of a novel airway exchange broncholaryngoscope (AEBLScope) during routine tracheostomy tube exchanges in chronically tracheostomy-dependent adult outpatients.
NCT04746924
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of ociperlimab + tislelizumab compared with that of pembrolizumab in adults with PD-L1 high, locally advanced/recurrent or untreated metastatic NSCLC.
NCT03522246
This is a Phase 3, randomized, multinational, double-blind, dual placebo-controlled, 4-arm study evaluating rucaparib and nivolumab as maintenance treatment following response to front-line treatment in newly diagnosed ovarian cancer patients. Response to treatment will be analyzed based on homologous recombination (HR) status of tumor samples.
NCT02285582
The rare histiocytic disorders (RHDs) are characterized by the infiltration of one or more organs by non-LCH histiocytes. They can range from localized disease that resolves spontaneously, to progressive disseminated forms that can be sometimes life-threatening. Since they are extremely rare, there is limited understanding of their causes and best treatment options. Physicians, patients and parents of children with RHDs frequently consult members of the Histiocyte Society regarding the best management of these disorders. Very often, no specific recommendation can be made due to the lack of prospective outcome data, or even large retrospective case series. The creation of an international rare histiocytic disorders registry (IRHDR) could facilitate a uniform diagnosis of the RHDs, as well as the collection and analysis of the clinical, epidemiological, treatment and survival data of patients with RHD. The registry may also lead to future therapeutic recommendations, provide a framework for future clinical trials and create excellent research opportunities.
NCT03045406
Apixaban for the treatment of venous thromboembolism in patients with cancer: a prospective randomized open blinded end-point (PROBE) study
NCT04439539
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy of a treatment regimen of JNJ-73763989 + pegylated interferon alpha-2a (PegIFN-alpha-2a) + nucleos(t)ide analog (NA).
NCT06008457
To compare the results obtained by analysis of a self-collected anterior nasal (AN) swab as part of the Labcorp COVID-19+Flu+RSV Test Home Collection Kit to a healthcare provider (HCP)-collected AN swab in patients with symptoms of viral respiratory infection consistent with influenza A (Flu A), influenza B (Flu B), respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) and/or SARS-CoV-2 (C-19).
NCT00898508
RATIONALE: Collecting and storing samples of blood and tumor tissue from patients with cancer to test in the laboratory may help the study of cancer in the future. PURPOSE: This clinical trial is studying blood and tumor tissue samples in women with invasive breast cancer, ductal carcinoma in situ, lobular carcinoma in situ, or benign breast disease.
NCT02103283
A Phase 1 Study to evaluate the Safety of teprotumumab in Patients with Diabetic Macular Edema.
NCT03111550
This study is a 6-month, prospective, multicenter, bilateral, randomized clinical investigation of the TECNIS Model ZHR00 and Model ZQR00 IOLs versus the TECNIS Symfony control IOL. The study was conducted at 12 sites in the U.S.A and treated approximately 240 subjects, equally split between the two test groups and the control group.
NCT02279433
DS-6051b is an orally administered inhibitor of the tyrosine kinases (ROS1) and neurotropic tyrosine kinase receptors (NTRK). This phase 1 first-in-human study evaluates safety and tolerability of DS-6051b in cancer subjects and identify a recommended phase 2 dose (RP2D). In addition, this study will also assess the pharmacokinetic (PK)/pharmacodynamic (PD) profiles and preliminary efficacy of DS-6051b.
NCT05463744
The main purpose of this study is to measure the safety and efficacy of insulin efsitora alfa (LY3209590) compared with insulin degludec in participants with type 1 diabetes treated with multiple daily injection therapy.
NCT03372434
This study is a 6-month, prospective, multicenter, subject/evaluator-masked, bilateral, randomized clinical investigation of the TECNIS Next-Generation Model ZFR00 and Model ZYR00 IOLs versus the TECNIS Multifocal Model ZLB00 control IOL. The study will be conducted at up to 14 sites in the U.S.A and will enroll up to 260 subjects to achieve approximately 220 randomized and bilaterally-implanted subjects, resulting in approximately 195 evaluable subjects (65 in each test group and 65 in the control group) at 1 and 6 months. Subjects are to be implanted with the same IOL in both eyes, the ZFR00 IOL, the ZYR00 IOL or the ZLB00 control IOL. The eye implanted first will be considered the primary study eye.
NCT05518487
An open label, non-randomized pilot study in kidney transplant recipients who received a completed primary series and bivalent booster of mRNA based COVID-19 vaccine and have ≤2500 U/mL SARS-CoV-2 S antibody concentration using the Roche Elecsys(R) anti-RBD assay. Up to 80 participants will be enrolled in this study. Eligible participants will receive a dose of the Sanofi-GSK monovalent (B.1.351) CoV2 preS dTM-AS03 COVID-19 vaccine candidate.. The primary objective is to determine whether a booster dose of the Sanofi-GSK monovalent (B.1.351) CoV2 preS dTM-AS03 COVID-19 vaccine will elicit an increased SARS-CoV-2 antibody response in participants who have failed to maintain an antibody titer \>2500 U/mL (using the Roche Elecsys(R) anti-RBD assay) to 2 or more doses of mRNA based COVID-19 vaccine
NCT05447650

NCT05037123
The study utilizes a 3-arm placebo-controlled RCT to study the effectiveness of ketamine in reducing chronic post-mastectomy pain. Participants randomized to the first arm will receive a 0.35 mg/kg dose after induction, followed by a 0.25 mg/kg/hr infusion during surgery (up to a maximum of 6 hours) and continued for 2 hours postoperatively. Participants in the second arm will receive a single dose of 0.6 mg/kg of ketamine in the post-anesthesia care unit, and the final group will serve as the control group and receive saline (no ketamine).
