NCT02785939
This phase II/III trial studies how well palbociclib works in treating cell cycle gene alteration positive patients with stage IV squamous cell lung cancer that has come back after previous treatment. This is a sub-study that includes all screened patients positive for cell cycle gene alterations which can cause tumor cells to grow more quickly. Palbociclib may slow cell cycle progression and may be able to shrink tumors.
NCT02965378
This phase II/III trial studies how well FGFR inhibitor AZD4547 (AZD4547) works in treating patients with stage IV squamous cell lung cancer that has come back after previous treatment. This is a sub-study that includes all screened patients positive for the fibroblast growth factor receptor (FGFR) biomarker. FGFR can cause tumor cells to grow more quickly. AZD4547 may decrease the activity of FGFR and may be able to shrink tumors.
NCT01492101
The study is designed as an open-label, randomized, parallel, two arm, multicenter, international Phase 3 study in patients with recurrent or metastatic breast cancer previously treated with cytotoxic chemotherapy regimens. The primary study objective is to compare overall survival of patients who receive NKTR-102 given once every 21 days to patients who receive treatment of Physician's Choice selected from a list of seven single-agent intravenous therapies.
NCT03918707
This is a pilot study involving a prospective group of 15 evaluable patients who will undergo rapid whole genome sequencing in addition to standard of care testing. Subjects will be drawn from children admitted to the NICU at OSF Health Care Children's Hospital of Illinois who meet inclusion criteria. The aims of this study are to evaluate the turn-around time and cost of performing rapid whole genome sequencing (rWGS) compared to standard of care in the diagnosis of genetic disorders among critically ill infants in a regional children's hospital and to describe management outcomes of utilizing rWGS in acutely ill patients less than four months of age.
NCT02886728
The primary objective of this study is to evaluate the effects of filgotinib in combination with methotrexate (MTX) versus MTX alone in adults with active rheumatoid arthritis (RA).
NCT04290676
Retrospective study to provide clinical outcomes with DEXYCU (dexamethasone intraocular suspension) 9%.
NCT02916056
This is an open-label extension study in patients with mild Alzheimer's disease who have completed participation in the azeliragon Phase 3 (STEADFAST) trial. Patients will receive azeliragon 5 mg/day for up to 2 years.
NCT02812160
The purpose of this study is to determine whether the Spatz3 Adjustable balloon, a non-surgical device, is effective in the treatment of obesity.
NCT01049919
This trial will evaluate the safety and efficacy of concentrated bone marrow aspirate (cBMA) to prevent or delay major amputation and/or death in subjects with critical limb ischemia (CLI) due to severe peripheral arterial disease (PAD).
NCT03347526
This study proposes to assess the efficacy of Cosyntropin Injectable Suspension, 1 mg/mL compared to vigabatrin. Additionally, this study proposes to determine efficacy of combination therapy of Cosyntropin Injectable Suspension, 1 mg/mL and vigabatrin to monotherapy Cosyntropin Injectable Suspension, 1mg/mL in children with new onset infantile spasms (IS).
NCT02586805
This is a phase 3, multicenter, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial to evaluate the efficacy and safety of DX-2930 in preventing acute angioedema attacks in patients with Type I and Type II HAE.
NCT01052012
This is a research study testing SABER-Bupivacaine (an experimental pain-relieving medication). SABER-Bupivacaine is designed to continuously deliver bupivacaine, a common local anesthetic, for a few days in order to treat local post-surgical pain. The purpose of this study is to investigate safety (side effects) associated with the use of SABER-Bupivacaine and how well it works in reducing pain and opioid-related side effects following various kinds of abdominal surgeries.
NCT04495764
This is a multi-center, prospective registry study of subjects undergoing hemodialysis for treatment of end-stage renal disease in a DaVita center. The objective of this study is to understand whether and to what degree anti-SARS-CoV-2 antibodies mitigate the risk of subsequent SARS-CoV-2 infection and COVID disease within the ESKD population.
NCT02100969
The purpose of this study is to determine whether Hizentra is a safe and effective treatment for people with myasthenia gravis (MG).
NCT02296112
This phase II trial studies trametinib in treating patients with melanoma with v-Raf murine sarcoma viral oncogene homolog B (BRAF) non-V600 mutations that has spread to other places in the body. Trametinib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth.
NCT00172185
The purpose of this clinical study is to evaluate the long-term safety and efficacy of daily administration of teduglutide.
NCT01020968
This study is designed to assess the safety profile and the efficacy of cardiac repair cells (CRCs) administered via catheter in treating patients with dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM).
NCT02952001
This study is a non-interventional, observational extension of the Parent study, CLS1001-301 (NCT02595398). The purpose of this study is to characterize the continued clinical benefit(s) regarding safety and efficacy of suprachoroidally administered CLS-TA, triamcinolone acetonide injectable suspension, for the treatment of macular edema associated with non-infectious uveitis.
NCT03359850
Niraparib (Zejula®)is extensively metabolized and eliminated primarily by hepatic and renal pathways. The purpose of this study is to evaluate pharmacokinetics and safety of niraparib in patients with moderate hepatic impairment, for the purpose of providing recommendations to guide the initial dose and dose titration in this patient population.
