NCT03365791
The purpose of this signal seeking study is to determine whether treatment with PDR001 and LAG525 demonstrates sufficient efficacy in advanced malignancies to warrant further study.
NCT04905459
This is a multicenter, observational study with primary endpoints to determine the sensitivity and specificity of two investigational software devices that detect the presence of more than mild diabetic retinopathy (mtmDR) in healthcare settings.
NCT04740229
The purpose of this study is to test the efficacy of an 8-week, remotely-delivered, flow-based and moderate-intensity yoga intervention (vs. waitlist control), on stress and cognitive functioning. Participants will include individuals who are full-time working adults between the ages of 18 and 64, and currently experiencing symptoms of psychosocial stress or anxiety.
NCT04351230
This phase II trial studies how well T-DMI with or without abemaciclib works for the treatment of HER2-positive breast cancer that has spread to other places in the body (metastatic). T-DM1 is a monoclonal antibody, called trastuzumab, linked to a chemotherapy drug called DM1. Trastuzumab attaches to HER2 positive cancer cells in a targeted way and delivers DM1 to kill them. Abemaciclib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Giving T-DM1 and abemaciclib may work better in treating patients with breast cancer compared to T-DM1 alone.
NCT04331080
The purpose of this study is to evaluate effectiveness of Granexin® gel in reducing scar formation in surgical incisional wounds.
NCT04201418
To evaluate the effectiveness of patisiran in patients with ATTRv amyloidosis with polyneuropathy who have a V122I or T60A mutation.
NCT01263600
The purpose of this study is to describe participants 6 months to \<18 years of age with hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection in a prospective cohort in the United States (US) and Canada and identify predictors of disease activation and progression.
NCT01369199
The investigators evaluated the safety and efficacy of a short lead-in course (8 weeks) of entecavir followed by combination of entecavir plus peginterferon alfa-2a for 40 weeks.
NCT04102501
The purpose of this study is to assess the Efficacy, Long Term Safety and Tolerability of RT001 in subjects with Friedreich's Ataxia
NCT02247726
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and immunogenicity of an RSV-F protein nanoparticle vaccine, with aluminum, in healthy third-trimester pregnant women and to assess the impact of maternal immunization on infant safety through one year of life.
NCT02593071
This study will enroll subjects who received the RSV F vaccine or placebo in the earlier study (RSV-E-201, Year 1) and re-randomize them to receive either vaccine or placebo in a second season. This design will permit evaluation of the safety and immunogenicity of revaccination in a second RSV season, and the safety and immunogenicity of revaccination over two years.
NCT03007888
Primary Objective: To compare the pharmacokinetics (PK) of single and multiple doses of IPX203 with Immediate release carbidopa-levodopa (IR CD-LD) in subjects with advanced Parkinson's disease (PD). Secondary Objectives: To compare the pharmacodynamics of single and multiple doses of IPX203 with IR CD-LD. To compare the efficacy of IPX203 with IR CD-LD following multiple doses. To evaluate the safety of IPX203.
NCT03678467
EpiBone-Craniomaxillofacial (EB-CMF) is an autologous, anatomically shaped bone graft created specifically for the patient's defect, using the patients own adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cells. This first in human trial is designed specifically to assess the safety of EB-CMF clinically. Although secondary measures of graft efficacy are being assessed, the primary focus will be on Adverse Events stemming from graft implantation.
NCT01103349
This is a 6 week study to assess the effect of BI 671800 in patients with asthma. It is a double blind, parallel arm trial testing the safety and efficacy of BI 671800. The main objective is to assess the effect on lung function. The study will also provide data on the pharmacokinetics of BI 671800.
NCT04957498
This study examines a parent only Guided Self-Help for Family Based Treatment (GSH-FBT) for adolescents between the ages of 12 and 18 diagnosed with Anorexia Nervosa. Preliminary data collected in a previous study suggest that a Guided Parental Self-Help Version of FBT (GSH-FBT) has similar outcomes as therapist provided FBT.
NCT04817085
This study is designed to evaluate the clinical utility and safety of the Visant Medical Canalicular Plug compared to a commercially available canalicular plug.
NCT01646814
This trial is a Phase 2, randomized, controlled study to compare the degree of mucosal injury after the oral administration of an investigational product, PL2200, and a marketed 325 mg immediate-release aspirin product.
NCT02647359
This study is designed to evaluate the effect of ataluren on Maximum Reading Speed as measured using the Minnesota Low Vision Reading Test (MNREAD) Acuity Charts in participants with nonsense mutation aniridia. This study involves a 4-week screening period, a 144-week treatment period (Stage 1: Weeks 1 to 48 \[double-masked treatment\] and Stage 2: Weeks 49 to 144 \[open label treatment\]), an optional 96-week open label extension sub-study, and a 4-week post-treatment follow-up period (either study completion or early termination). Participants that choose not to participate in the sub-study will be required to complete the post-treatment follow-up visit at the end of the Stage 2 open-label extension.
NCT03483324
A phase 1b, open label, multi-center trial of AB-110 in adults with hematologic malignancies, including acute myeloid leukemia (AML), acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL), and myelodysplasia (MDS) undergoing cord blood transplantation.
