NCT04603495
A Phase 3, randomized, blinded study comparing pelabresib (CPI-0610) and ruxolitinib with placebo and ruxolitinib in myelofibrosis (MF) patients that have not been previously treated with Janus kinase inhibitors (JAKi). Pelabresib is a small molecule inhibitor of bromodomain and extra-terminal (BET) proteins.
NCT02987257
The North American Therapeutics in Epidermal Necrolysis Syndrome (NATIENS) study is a multicenter double-blind randomized controlled assessment of two arms - one of systemic immunomodulatory therapy (etanercept) and one of supportive care deemed to be the current standard of care. We will leverage the opportunity of this controlled design to collect multiples samples with an aim to discover new genetic and biological markers for prevention and early diagnosis and define cellular and molecular mechanisms to facilitate discovery of promising treatment strategies. This study has been preceded by a planning phase to ensure testing and development of harmonized supportive care infrastructure and operating procedures across sites.
NCT06052072
This early feasibility study is intended to characterize the impact of pulmonary artery denervation on the quality of life in Heart Failure Patients with Group 2 Pulmonary Hypertension
NCT05735483
The main purpose of this study is to assess the long-term safety and efficacy of lebrikizumab in participants 6 Months to \<18 years of age with moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis. This study will last about 68 weeks and may include up to 16 planned visits. If participating in the optional extension as well, the study will last approximately 1 additional year for a total of up to 116 weeks and may include up to 29 scheduled visits.
NCT05832151
The goal of this clinical trial is to evaluate if the study drug CIN-102 (deudomperidone) can help reduce the symptoms associated with diabetic gastroparesis in adult patients. The main questions it aims to answer are: * To evaluate the efficacy of CIN-102 on symptoms of gastroparesis when given to patients with diabetic gastroparesis compared to a placebo * To evaluate the safety and tolerability of CIN-102 when given to patients with diabetic gastroparesis compared to a placebo Participants will go through the following schedule: * Screening period (1-2 visits) * Lead-in period (1 visit) * Will complete a Gastric Emptying Breath Test (GEBT) * Will complete daily diary and other Patient Reported Outcomes (PROs) as described in the protocol to assess eligibility for continued study participation * 12-week treatment period (7 visits) * Study drug taken twice daily by mouth * Will complete daily diaries and other PROs as described in protocol * 1 week follow-up (1 visit) Researchers will compare the effects of the following treatments: * Drug- CIN-102 Dose 15 mg or 10 mg * Drug- Placebo
NCT03077451
This pilot phase II trial studies how well nelfinavir mesylate works in treating patients with kaposi sarcoma. Nelfinavir mesylate may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth.
NCT00271180
The main purpose of the Product Performance Report (formerly referred to as System Longevity Study) is to evaluate long-term performance of Medtronic market-released cardiac rhythm products by analyzing product survival probabilities.
NCT07287631
Assess precision of the i-STAT potassium (K) and ionized calcium (iCa) tests using i-STAT CG8+ cartridge on the i-STAT 1 analyzer.
NCT05212428
This clinical trial collects information on how sequencing a patient's deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) (i.e., the genetic material) could impact their health care. This study also develops and improves ways to include genomic information from DNA sequencing into the electronic health record to create a more complete "Health Tapestry" for each participant. Sequencing of a patient's DNA leads to the detection of genetic variants some of which determine risk for disease development. Discovery of those genetic variants in a patient could result in prevention, earlier diagnosis or better therapy of disease.
NCT05549219
This is a Phase 2, randomized, open-label, 24-week treatment study to evaluate the potential pharmacodynamic (PD) activity, safety, tolerability, and pharmacokinetics (PK) of GLM101 in adult, adolescent, and pediatric, patients with a confirmed diagnosis of PMM2-CDG. The planned doses of GLM101 to be investigated are 10, 20, and 30 mg/kg. The study will consist of a Screening Period, a 24-week (6-month) Treatment Period, and a 30-day (1-month) Follow-Up Period.
NCT04630431
This clinical trial investigates the challenges, behavioral patterns, and preferences towards participation in clinical trials in minority patient populations in order to develop a personalized clinical trial educational platform to increase participation in clinical trials among underserved cancer patients. Learning more about patients' understanding of clinical trials may help identify barriers that limit patient's participation. Information gathered from this trial will be used to develop educational materials that may aid minority patients in overcoming barriers to participating in clinical trials. A personalized clinical trial educational platform may help increase participation in clinical trials among minority populations.
NCT05660850
This Phase IIa, multicenter, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, crossover study will evaluate the efficacy, safety, pharmacokinetics, and pharmacodynamic (PD) effects of GDC-6599 compared with placebo in patients with a history of chronic cough.
NCT03092856
This randomized phase II trial studies how well axitinib with or without anti-OX40 antibody PF-04518600 work in treating patients with kidney cancer that has spread to other parts of the body. Biological therapies, such as anti-OX40 antibody PF-04518600, use substances made from living organisms that may may stimulate the immune system in different ways and stop tumor cells from growing. Axitinib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Giving axitinib with or without anti-OX40 antibody PF-04518600 may work better in treating patients with kidney cancer.
NCT06311591
This Study will evaluate the implementation of a multi-component suicide prevention technology (Jaspr Health) that facilitates delivery of suicided-related evidence-based practices (EBPs) while replacing wasted waiting time with productive time in the Emergency Departments (EDs). The EBPs satisfy several key performance elements for systems adopting Zero Suicide. A Complementary Randomized Controlled Trial and Real-World Study for Efficacy, Effectiveness, and Implementation Study Design (CREID) will be used
NCT06251323
Sixteen institutions will be selected from a HRSA uniform data system and have data collected for up to 3 years. Eight institutions will begin the iPATH practice transformation during year one, the other eight institutions will begin iPATH in year two. FQHC administrators, clinicians and staff will be enrolled to participate in the iPATH transformation in their clinic and will participate in qualitative interviews. Patient HbA1c data from the clinics will be collected for comparative data analysis during each year of the study.
NCT04349267
The purpose of this study is to evaluate BMS-986315 alone and in combination with nivolumab or cetuximab in participants with advanced solid tumors.
NCT06764771
This purpose of this study is to determine if experimental treatment with BMS-986488, alone, or in combinations is safe, tolerable, and has anti-cancer activity in patients with advanced malignant tumors.
NCT04168008
The purpose of this study is to test the efficacy of a theory-driven peer intervention for pregnant and postpartum women living HIV. The peer intervention is designed to increase self-efficacy, social support, self-regulatory behaviors, and outcome expectancy in order to improve retention in care and viral suppression postpartum. The intervention will consist of face-to-face prenatal educational sessions, starting in early third trimester, and postpartum sessions scheduled up to three months postpartum.
NCT07006831
The purpose of this research is to collect blood samples and data from kidney transplant patients. NCT05641155
The purpose of this early feasibility study is to explore several facets of hearing performance that may show improvements for alternative modes of stimulation compared to Monopolar (MP stimulation) in cochlear implant recipients. This study will iteratively evaluate different parameter sets that intend to maximize hearing performance benefits within technical requirements. This study is exploratory in nature and will achieve its objectives through ongoing review and adjustment of device parameters and fitting
