This is a Phase III, global, double-blind, 2-arm randomized study designed to compare the efficacy and safety of atezolizumab + paclitaxel + carboplatin + bevacizumab versus placebo + paclitaxel + carboplatin + bevacizumab. Study participants will have Stage 3 or 4 ovarian cancer (OC), fallopian tube cancer (FTC), or primary peritoneal cancer (PPC) with macroscopic residual disease postoperatively (i.e., after primary tumor reductive surgery) or who will undergo neoadjuvant therapy followed by interval surgery.

As our population ages and we diagnose early lung cancer in patients who cannot undergo surgery due to multiple medical conditions, there is growing interest in minimally invasive modalities to treat these tumors. In this study we are assessing the ability of bronchoscopic laser ablation to kill the cancer cells in these tumors. Patients will undergo bronchoscopy (a tube-like instrument inserted through the mouth to view the inside of the trachea, air passages, and lungs). A thin catheter will be passed through the wind-pipes and into the lung tumor with computed tomography guidance. A laser probe is then passed through this catheter and it is used to destroy the tumor with heat. Patients will then undergo lung surgery with resection of the tumor, and the resected specimen will be reviewed to describe the amount of tumor-kill produced by the laser.

This phase II trial studies the side effects of cord blood-derived expanded allogeneic natural killer cells (umbilical cord blood natural killer \[NK\] cells), rituximab, high-dose chemotherapy, and stem cell transplant in treating patients with B-cell non-Hodgkin's lymphoma that has come back (recurrent) or that does not respond to treatment (refractory). Immune system cells, such as cord blood-derived expanded allogeneic natural killer cells, are made by the body to attack foreign or cancerous cells. Immunotherapy with rituximab, may induce changes in body's immune system and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as carmustine, cytarabine, etoposide, lenalidomide, melphalan, and rituximab, work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. A stem cell transplant using stem cells from the patient or a donor may be able to replace blood-forming cells that were destroyed by chemotherapy used to kill cancer cells. The donated stem cells may also replace the patient's immune cells and help destroy any remaining cancer cells. Giving cord blood-derived expanded allogeneic natural killer cells, rituximab, high-dose chemotherapy, and stem cell transplant may work better in treating patients with recurrent or refractory B-cell non-Hodgkin's lymphoma.

This study is a prospective study where the investigators will make a database of all the patients who have received this procedure and will document various outcomes (i.e. number of sutures used, number of clips (if used), time required to close, complications/ issues). No changes will be done to the participant's procedure and the participants are asked to consent for the use of the participant's data in our database. The participants are being asked to be in this research study because the participants have been scheduled to undergo an ESD procedure at Baylor St. Luke Medical Center and will most likely require clipping and/or suturing following intervention. This study is important because this is a relatively new procedure; although it is a part of the participant's standard of care, it is not done in many hospitals. The investigators would like to document the outcomes and results of such procedures to continuously improve our standard of care.

This is a Phase 1b, randomized, double-blind, multicenter dose-ranging study to evaluate the safety, tolerability, and PK of NX-13. Approximately 40 subjects will be randomized in a 3:3:3:1 ratio to receive 1 of 3 NX-13 treatment regimens (NX-13 250 mg IR, 500 mg IR, 500 mg MR) (12 evaluable subjects at each of the 3 dose levels) or placebo (4 subjects), once daily for 28 consecutive days.

Perinatal (around the time of birth) mental health disorders are common difficulties of pregnancy. Perinatal depression is made up of major and minor depressive events during pregnancy and the first 12 months after delivery. It is estimated that 11%-19% of mothers suffer from perinatal depression. However, rates may be significantly higher among some subpopulations. Left untreated, post partum depression (PPD) is linked with several significant negative health impacts on the mother, her infant, and their families. PPD is linked with lower quality maternal-child relationship, and this change in emotional attachment can lead to physiologic changes and poorer cognitive outcomes in the infant. The purpose of this study is to determine the maternal mental health effect of postpartum depression screening and intervention during infants' short term hospitalizations. The study is also aiming to define effects of PPD short term hospitalization interventions on maternal PPD follow up and child health based on well child care (WCC), emergency department (ED) visits, hospital readmissions, and parent's feelings on child's health.

Porphyria cutanea tarda (PCT) is an iron-related disorder that responds to treatment by phlebotomy or low-dose hydroxychloroquine, but comparative data on these treatments are limited. The hypothesis is that hydroxychloroquine is noninferior to phlebotomy in terms of time to remission. Patients with well documented PCT are assigned to treatment by randomization if specific criteria are met. All patients are followed until remission - defined as achieving a normal plasma porphyrin concentration.
