The purpose of this study is to evaluate the relationship between fractionated exhaled nitric oxide, peripheral eosinophils, and plasma citrulline and ß-alanine in patients with eosinophilic esophagitis (EoE) compared to those without EoE. The hypothesis is that a combination of elevated fractional exhaled nitric oxide, increased peripheral eosinophils, and elevated plasma citrulline and ß-alanine is associated with active EoE.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of intravenous infusion of autologous bone marrow mononuclear cells (BMMNC) on brain structure and neurocognitive/functional outcomes after severe traumatic brain (TBI) injury in adults. The primary objective is to determine if the intravenous infusion of autologous BMMNC after severe TBI results in structural preservation of global gray matter (GM) volume and white matter (WM) volume and integrity; as well as select regions of interest in the corpus callosum. THe secondary objectives are to determine if autologous BMMNC infusion improves functional and neurocognitive deficits in adults after TBI; reduces the neuroinflammatory response to TBI; evaluate spleen size and splenic blood flow over time using ultrasound and corresponding changes in inflammatory cytokines; and infusion related toxicity and long-term follow-up safety evaluations.

This phase I trial studies the side effects and best dose of nintedanib when given together with cisplatin and docetaxel and to see how well they work in treating patients with previously untreated stage IB-IIIA non-small cell lung cancer who are undergoing surgery. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as cisplatin and docetaxel, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Nintedanib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Giving cisplatin, docetaxel, and nintedanib before surgery may make the tumor smaller and reduce the amount of normal tissue that needs to be removed.

The purpose of this study is to offer pre-natal Myelomeningocele (MMC) repair surgery to pregnant women with one of the former surgery exclusion factors * A BMI of 35-40 kg/m2 * Diabetes; patients will require good glycemic control * History a previous preterm birth, as long as it was followed by a full term birth * Structural abnormality in the fetus; abnormality must be minor, not increasing the risk of prematurity. For example cleft lip and palate, minor ventricular septal defect, pyelectasis. * Maternal Rh alloimmunization. Must have a low level of anti-red blood cell antibody that is not associated with fetal disease, specifically anti-E \< 1:4 or anti-M. Or alloimmunization with negative fetal red blood cell antigen status determined by amniocentesis. We will be extending the Management of Myelomeningocele Study (MOMs) criteria by including these factors. Prenatal clinical and outcome information will be collected; safety and efficacy will be evaluated

It is hypothesized that the dendritic cell myeloma vaccine will result in improved response in patients with multiple myeloma after autologous Hematopoietic Cell Transplant (HCT).

The present study aims to address disparities in cannabis use outcomes among African American/Black (hereby referred to as Black) adults with cannabis use disorder (CUD). The specific aims of this study are: (1) to develop a culturally adapted, mobile app for Black cannabis users (CT-MICART) using knowledge from the current research team, published literature, expert opinion, and feedback from the Community Research Advisory Board (CRAB), (2) to pilot test CT-MICART and (3) focus on analysis of data collected as part of Aim 2.

This is a multicenter, double-blind, randomized, placebo-controlled study to evaluate the safety and efficacy of oral difelikefalin administered as a 1 mg tablet once daily compared to placebo in reducing the intensity of itch in advanced chronic kidney disease (CKD) patients with moderate-to-severe pruritus. This study is comprised of an Efficacy Assessment Phase and a Long-term Extension Phase. The Efficacy Assessment Phase includes a double-blind 12-week Treatment Period (Treatment Period 1), and the Long-term Extension Phase includes a double-blind Treatment Period (Treatment Period 2) of up to 52 weeks.

The purpose of this study is to determine a well-tolerated dose of Carfilzomib in combination with Irinotecan (Phase 1b portion of the study) in subjects with relapsed small and non-small cell lung cancer or other irinotecan-sensitive cancers and to assess the 6 month survival of relapsed small cell lung cancer patients treated with this combination therapy. \*\*The Phase 1b portion of the study is now complete\*\*. Phase 2 portion of the study. The safest, maximally tolerated dose established as established in Phase 1 for Phase 2 is as follows -- Carfilzomib will be provided at 20/36 mg/m\^2 with Irinotecan dosed at 125 mg/m\^2. The purpose of the Phase 2 portion of the study is to assess 6 month survival of relapsed small cell lung cancer ins subjects treated with this combination therapy.

Stroke patients with severe upper limb movement deficits have limited treatment options and often remain severely handicapped at the chronic stage. Recent findings have suggested that poor motor recovery can be due to severe damage of the cortico-spinal tract (CST), the neural fibres connecting the movement regions of the brain to the spinal cord. Hence, to improve recovery of upper limb movements it will be crucial to re-establish and strengthen CST projections. Recent studies provided evidence that closed-loop brain computer interface-driven electrical stimulation of the paretic muscles can induce clinically important and lasting recovery of upper limb function, even in patients with chronic, severe motor affection. In this treatment approach, movement intentions of the patients are detected with electroencephalography and real-time analyses. This triggers an electrical stimulation of affected upper limb muscles. In this study, the investigators hypothesize that neuromuscular electrical stimulation (NMES) applied contingent to voluntary activation of primary motor cortex, as detected by a brain-computer interface (BCI), can help restore CST projections. This might improve recovery of patients with severe upper limb movement deficits. Treatment will be started within the first 8 weeks after stroke onset.

Tigertriever is a CE marked mechanical revascularization device indicated to restore blood flow by removing thrombus from a large intracranial vessel in patients experiencing ischemic stroke within 8 hours of symptom onset. Patients who are ineligible for IV t-PA or who fail IV t-PA therapy are candidates for treatment. The objective of the TIGER Study is to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of the Tigertriever device in restoring blood flow in the neurovasculature by removing thrombus in patients experiencing ischemic stroke due to a large vessel occlusion (LVO). This study is designed to support substantial equivalence to approved and marketed products such as the Solitaire or Trevo Retriever.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the safety and efficacy of NT 201 (active ingredient: Botulinum (neuro)toxin type A, free from complexing proteins) in the combined treatment of wrinkles in the upper face (Upper Facial Lines \[UFL\]): Horizontal Forehead Lines \[HFL\], Glabellar Frown Lines \[GFL\], and Lateral Canthal Lines \[LCL\]).
