PTSD is one of the most prevalent mental health conditions affecting Veterans who have served since 9/11. Veterans with posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD) report difficulty controlling impulsive aggression (IA). An inability to manage one's emotions (emotion dysregulation) is an underlying mechanism of IA. Reducing IA and increasing use of PTSD evidence-based psychotherapies are two critical missions for the Veterans Health Administration. The proposed research supports these missions by comparing a 3- session emotion regulation treatment (Manage Emotions to Reduce Aggression) to a control group in order to determine if MERA can reduce IA and prepare Veterans for PTSD treatment. By enhancing Veterans' abilities to cope with trauma-related emotions and feel equipped to initiate PTSD treatments, this research aims to help Veterans decrease IA and ultimately recover from PTSD.

Participants are being asked to take part in this study because treatment of his or her disease requires a stem cell transplant. Stem cells or "mother" cells are the source of normal blood cells and lead to recovery of blood counts after bone marrow transplantation. Unfortunately, there is not a perfectly matched stem cell donor (like a sister or brother) for the participant and his or her disease does not permit enough time to identify another donor (like someone from a registry list that is not his or her relative) or another suitable donor has not been identified. However, a close relative of the patient has been identified whose stem cells are not a perfect match, but can be used. Alternatively, the patient may have already received a stem cell transplant but have evidence of mixed chimerism, which means some of the patient's own bone marrow cells are present, rather than all of the donor's cells. This may lead to an increased risk of the disease coming back. Or, the patient may have all donor cells but his or her bone marrow is not working very well, which may lead to frequent blood or platelet (cells that help in clotting blood) transfusions or infection. Regardless of the reason, it may be necessary to isolate stem cells from a haploidentical (half-match) donor in order to provide bone marrow function. Because the stem cells from the donor are only half-matched to the participant, the risk of graft-versus-host disease (GvHD) is very high. GvHD is a complication after transplant caused by donor T cells (graft) that attack the transplant recipient, and this complication can cause death after transplant. Thus, it is important that the donor's blood cells are treated to minimize cells that are most likely to attack the host's tissues. This is done by using a special device to capture the CD34+ stem cells from the donor's stem cell product prior to giving the cells to the host. This method minimizes the donor T cells, which are responsible for causing GvHD. Purpose: In an effort to lower the occurrences and severity of graft-versus-host disease in patients and to lower the rate of transplant failure, investigators would like to specially treat the donor's blood cells to minimize the cells that are most likely to attack the patient's tissues.

This phase I/II trial studies the side effects and best dose of anti-glucocorticoid-induced tumor necrosis factor receptor (GITR) agonistic monoclonal antibody BMS-986156 (BMS-986156) when given together with ipilimumab and nivolumab with or without stereotactic body radiation therapy and to see how well they work in treating patients with lung/chest or liver cancer that has spread to other places in the body. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as BMS-986156, ipilimumab, and nivolumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Stereotactic body radiation therapy uses special equipment to position a patient and deliver radiation to tumors with high precision. This method can kill tumor cells with fewer doses over a shorter period and cause less damage to normal tissue. It is not yet known whether giving BMS-986156, ipilimumab, and nivolumab with or without stereotactic body radiation therapy will work better in treating patients with lung/chest or liver cancers.

This research study involves participants who have acute lymphoblastic or acute myelogenous leukemia that has relapsed or has become resistant (or refractory) to standard therapies. This research study is evaluating a drug called KPT-330. Laboratory and other studies suggest that the study drug, KPT-330, may prevent leukemia cells from growing and may lead to the destruction of leukemia cells. It is thought that KPT-330 activates cellular processes that increase the death of leukemia cells. The main goal of this study is to evaluate the side effects of KPT-330 when it is administered to children and adolescents with relapsed or refractory leukemia.

This study will compare the new medicine IcoSema, which is a combination of insulin icodec and semaglutide, taken once a week, to insulin glargine taken daily with insulin aspart in people with type 2 diabetes.The study will look at how well IcoSema controls blood sugar level in people with type 2 diabetes compared to insulin glargine taken with insulin aspart. Participants will either get IcoSema or insulin glargine taken with insulin aspart. Which treatment participants get is decided by chance. IcoSema is a new medicine that doctors cannot prescribe. Doctors can already prescribe insulin glargine and insulin aspart in many countries. Participants will get IcoSema or insulin glargine together with insulin aspart. Participants must inject IcoSema once a week or inject insulin glargine once daily and insulin aspart 2-4 times a day. Participants will inject the medicines with a pen, which has a small needle, in a skin fold in the thigh, upper arm, or stomach. The study will last for about 1 year and 1 month. Participants will be asked to wear a sensor that measures participants blood sugar level all the time during an 8 week period at the beginning of the study and a 4 week period at the end of the study. Women cannot take part if pregnant, breast-feeding or plan to get pregnant during the study period.

This is a multi-center clinical study enrolling up to 86 participants. The primary objectives are to determine the objective response rate (ORR) established by the confirmed best overall response (BOR) following intratumoral administration of DaRT - Diffusing Alpha-Emitters Radiation Therapy, as well as to assess the Duration of Response (DOR) 6 months from initial response. Secondary objectives are to assess the safety of DaRT, and to assess the progression free survival (PFS), overall survival (OS), Overall Duration of Response (O-DOR), local control and quality of life (QOL) for patients treated with DaRT.

This study is a platform protocol designed to be flexible so that it is suitable for a wide range of settings within health care systems and in community settings where it can be integrated into COVID-19 programs and subsequent treatment plans. This protocol is a prospective, multi-center, multi-arm, double-blind, randomized, controlled platform trial with different interventions organized as appendices to the protocol. Each appendix (or sub-study) evaluates potential mechanisms of action, efficacy, and safety of antivirals and other therapeutics in individuals with PASC, according to the platform protocol objectives. The hypothesis is that persistent viral infection, viral reactivation, and/or overactive/chronic immune response and inflammation are underlying contributors to PASC and that antiviral and other applicable therapies may result in viral clearance or decreased inflammation and improvement in PASC symptoms.

The main purpose of this clinical trial is to test PAS-004 in people with advanced solid tumors with rat sarcoma virus (RAS), neurofibromatosis type I (NF1), or rapidly accelerated fibrosarcoma (RAF) mutations. The main questions it aims to answer are: * How well participants are able tolerate different doses of PAS-004, and * What side effects PAS-004 might have. Study participants will have regular visits to the study doctor and be asked to have tests and exams done to check on their health and safety. Everyone participating in the study will take PAS-004 by mouth as a single dose, followed by one week observation, then once a day during the study, in 28-day cycles. Participants will continue on daily PAS-004 for up to 2 years, or until: * They decide to withdraw from the study, or * They experience unacceptable side effects, or * Their disease progresses, or another illness interferes with taking the study drug, or * The sponsors stops the study.

This study looks at how a person with type 2 diabetes can be treated with insulin icodec and a flash glucose monitor (a small sensor inserted under the skin to measure blood sugar all the time). The study will look at how well insulin icodec controls blood sugar when used in combination with a flash glucose monitor. Participants will get insulin icodec that they have to inject once a week on the same day of the week. The insulin will be injected with a needle in a skin fold in the thigh, upper arm, or stomach. The study will last for about 8 months. Participants will have to wear a flash glucose monitor throughout the study. This is a sensor that fits on arm. Participants will be asked to use a commercially available app called LibreView to allow team to view flash glucose monitor data. Participants will get a study phone to scan the flash glucose monitor 4 times daily and they will be able to see all of the flash glucose monitor data during the study. Women cannot take part if pregnant, breast-feeding or planning to get pregnant during the study period.

This phase II trial studies olaparib and temozolomide in treating patients with uterine leiomyosarcoma (LMS) that may have spread from where it first started to nearby tissue, lymph nodes, or distant parts of the body (advanced), that has spread from where it first started to other places in the body (metastatic) or cannot be removed by surgery (unresectable). PARPs are proteins that help repair DNA mutations. PARP inhibitors, such as olaparib, can keep PARP from working, so tumor cells can't repair themselves, and they may stop growing. Chemotherapy drugs, such as temozolomide, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Giving olaparib and temozolomide may work better than giving either drug alone in treating patients with LMS.
