NCT03679884
Study to assess the long term safety and tolerability of daridorexant in adult and elderly subjects suffering from difficulties to sleep
NCT03529773
The study will describe the safety, tolerability, and immunogenicity of up to 6 RSV vaccine formulations when administered alone or concomitantly with seasonal inactivated influenza vaccine (SIIV).
NCT02953340
The purpose of this study is to compare the efficacy of SPI-2012 versus pegfilgrastim in participants with early-stage breast cancer receiving docetaxel and cyclophosphamide (TC) as measured by the duration of severe neutropenia (DSN).
NCT02227862
To test whether Mylan's insulin glargine once daily is non-inferior to Lantus® once daily (based on change in HbA1c from baseline to 24 weeks) when administered in combination with mealtime insulin lispro.
NCT01954173
This phase II trial studies how well modern, conformal radiation therapy after surgery works in treating patients with high-risk bladder cancer. Specialized radiation therapy that delivers a high dose of radiation directly to the tumor may kill more tumor cells and cause less damage to normal tissue.
NCT02851407
This study is to compare the efficacy and safety of defibrotide prophylaxis in addition to best supportive care versus best supportive care alone in the prevention of hepatic veno- occlusive disease (VOD) in adult and pediatric patients undergoing hematopoietic stem cell transplant who are at high risk or very high risk of developing VOD.
NCT02227875
To test whether Mylan's insulin glargine once daily is non-inferior to Lantus® once daily (both administered in combination with other anti-diabetic drugs) based on the change in HbA1c from baseline to 24 weeks
NCT01693692
The purpose of this study study is to determine whether TD-9855 is effective in treating patients with fibromyalgia.
NCT03201419
The purpose of this trial was to investigate the efficacy, safety and tolerability of different oral doses of FE 201836, with desmopressin as a benchmark, during 12 weeks of treatment for nocturia due to nocturnal polyuria in adults
NCT03925935
A phase 1, open label, multi-center trial of AB-205 in adults with Hodgkin or non-Hodgkin lymphoma who are in chemo-sensitive remission undergoing high-dose therapy, with or without radiation, and autologous stem cell transplantation (HDT-ASCT). Subjects will receive AB-205 infusion following autologous stem cell transfusion on Day 0.
NCT03999554
This is a Phase I double-blind, randomized, placebo-controlled study in 250 healthy adults, 18-49 years of age, inclusive, who are in good health and meet all eligibility criteria. The purpose of this dose escalation clinical study is to assess the safety, tolerability/reactogenicity, and immunogenicity of H3N2 M2SR investigational vaccines for prevention of influenza, when delivered at higher dosages or in two doses . Eligible subjects will be screened and randomized to receive two administrations 28 days apart of Sing2016 M2SR at three dose levels (low, medium, high), Bris10 M2SR at one dose level (low), or placebo in a 1:1:1:1:1 ratio. Study duration will be approximately 8 months with subject participation duration approximately 7 months. The primary study objective is to assess the safety and reactogenicity of a monovalent live single replication influenza H3N2 M2SR vaccine.
NCT01961531
To evaluate safety of 5 fraction accelerated partial brest irradiation in more convenient 5 fraction schedule.
NCT01922895
This study is being done to find out whether a diet supplemented with a probiotic nutrient can improve alcoholic hepatitis and gut complications compared to routine standard care.
NCT04539262
The primary objective of this study is to characterize the impact of inhaled remdesivir (RDV) on severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) viral load in participants with early stage coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19).
NCT03922165
The purpose of this multi-center observational study (utilizing the sites enrolling patients for the Pediatric Adenotonsillectomy Trial for Snoring (PATS) \[1U011HL125307-O1A1\]) is to gather data regarding children with Down syndrome (DS) and Sleep Disordered Breathing (SDB) referred for treatment with adenotonsillectomy to inform a future randomized controlled trial in this population.
NCT04141982
The objective is to achieve 90% overall, positive and negative clinical concordance between results of the T-SPOT.TB assay, using cells isolated via density gradient centrifugation and positive selection using the T-Cell Select kit, between 0-55 hours following venepuncture
NCT04330131
The TMW Center is launching a community-wide demonstration project in partnership with the Children's Services Council of Palm Beach County, Florida, in which the TMW interventions will be delivered at scale through partners who work with families across health, education, and social service systems. The goal of this partnership is to reach 60% of all families with children age birth through three with at least one TMW intervention over the five-year partnership, with a significant percentage of families receiving more than one intervention. The TMW Center will evaluate the efficacy of the multiple intervention approach in impacting parent knowledge, beliefs, and behavior and child developmental outcomes, and develop an implementation model that can be used in other communities.
NCT02779803
A prospective registry evaluating the efficacy of EC-IC bypass in a subgroup of patients, specifically, patients with carotid occlusion and symptoms refractory to medical therapy and evidence for poor cerebrovascular reserve as evaluated by physiological testing (e.g. Diamox Challenge SPECT Scan). This subgroup includes: 1. Hospitalized unstable patient with crescendo or postural TIA's 2. Patients with multiple TIA's, limb-shaking TIA's, and/or cognitive decline despite medical therapy.
NCT04156100
This study is an open-label, Phase 1 study to evaluate the safety, tolerability, PK, and pharmacodynamic profiles of AGEN1223 as a single-agent and in combination with balstilimab, as well as to assess the maximum tolerated dose and determine the RP2D of AGEN1223 as a single-agent and in combination with balstilimab in subjects with advanced solid tumors.
NCT04348656
There is currently no treatment available for COVID-19, the acute respiratory illness caused by the novel SAR-CoV-2. Convalescent plasma from patients who have recovered from COVID-19 that contains antibodies to the virus is a potential therapy. On March 25th, 2020, the FDA approved the use of convalescent plasma under the emergency investigational new drug (eIND) category. Randomized trials are needed to determine the efficacy and safety of COVID-19 convalescent plasma for acute COVID-19 infection. The objective of the CONCOR-1 trial is to determine the efficacy of transfusion of COVID-19 convalescent plasma to adult patients admitted to hospital with COVID-19 infection at decreasing the frequency of in-hospital mortality in patients hospitalized for COVID-19. It is hypothesized that treating hospitalized COVID-19 patients with convalescent plasma early in their clinical course will reduce the risk of death, and that other outcomes will be improved including risk of intubation, and length of ICU and hospital stay. This pan-Canadian clinical trial has the potential to improve patient outcomes and reduce the burden on health care resources including reducing the need for ICU beds and ventilators.
