NCT05174767
Prospective, non-randomized, multicenter clinical investigation to assess the safety and effectiveness of AMDS in the treatment of patients with acute DeBakey type I dissection, with evidence of malperfusion, through open surgical repair.
NCT03637660
This is a phase 4, randomized, open-label, multicenter trial to evaluate the efficacy of a single injected dose of Benzathine Penicillin G (BPG) 2.4 MU (Arm 1) compared to three successive weekly injected doses of BPG 2.4 MU (Arm 2) for treatment of early syphilis in human immunodeficiency virus (HIV)-infected and HIV-uninfected subjects. The study will enroll 560 adults (to achieve 420 evaluable subjects) aged 18 years or older with untreated early syphilis (primary, secondary, or early latent). It will be conducted at 9 sites in the US and last for 48 months with patient participation duration of 12 months. The primary objective is to compare the serological response to therapy in subjects with early (primary, secondary, or early latent) syphilis treated with Benzathine Penicillin G (BPG) 2.4 million units (MU) once or weekly for three successive weeks.
NCT05346692
This phase I trial tests a digital meditation for postoperative pain control after abdominal surgery for cancer. Mindfulness interventions such as guided meditation may improve pain control and decrease stress. Including a brief mindfulness intervention administered via test messages as part of postoperative care may improve pain severity, decrease opioid use, and improve patient responses to non-surgical treatments.
NCT03709680
A study to learn about safety and find out maximum tolerable dose of palbociclib given in combination with chemotherapy (temozolomide with irinotecan or topotecan with cyclophosphamide) in children, adolescents and young adults with recurrent or refractory solid tumors (phase 1). Neuroblastoma tumor specific cohort to further evaluate antitumor activity of palbociclib in combination with topotecan and cyclophosphamide in children, adolescents, and young adults with recurrent or refractory neuroblastoma. Phase 2 to learn about the efficacy of palbociclib in combination with irinotecan and temozolomide when compared with irinotecan and temozolomide alone in the treatment of children, adolescents, and young adults with recurrent or refractory Ewing sarcoma (EWS).
NCT03959423
This study is a Safety Evaluation of the Advanced Hybrid Closed Loop (AHCL) System in Type 1 Adult and Pediatric Subjects.
NCT03249090
The current study is designed to test nationally whether patients' outcomes and utilization of services can be improved through symptom monitoring via patient-reported outcomes between visits.
NCT04292223
To assess the effect of pimavanserin on the activities of daily living in subjects with Parkinson's Disease Psychosis
NCT02761057
This phase II trial studies how well cabozantinib s-malate, crizotinib, savolitinib, or sunitinib malate work in treating patients with kidney cancer that has spread from where it started to nearby tissue or lymph nodes or to other places in the body. Cabozantinib s-malate, crizotinib, savolitinib, and sunitinib malate may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. It is not yet known whether giving cabozantinib s-malate, crizotinib, or savolitinib will work better in treating patients with kidney cancer compared to sunitinib malate.
NCT03524118
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and incidence of anti-drug antibodies (ADAs) of single ascending doses of clesrovimab in healthy pre-term (born at 29 to 35 weeks gestational age) and full-term (born at \>35 weeks gestational age) infants. Participants will be randomized into 1 of 4 dose escalation panels (Panels A to D); an additional panel (Panel E) of full-term infants will receive the same dose as Panel D. Key safety and tolerability variables will be reviewed after each dose panel prior to administering the next-highest dose.
NCT05203341
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy of NBI-1065845 compared with placebo in participants with MDD on improving symptoms of depression.
NCT05488548
A Phase 1, first-in-human study of EP31670, a dual BET and CBP/p300 inhibitor in patients with targeted advanced solid tumors and Hematological Malignancies
NCT04440982
This is a prospective, multi-center, randomized, clinical trial evaluating patients undergoing breast conserving surgery using the LUM Imaging System.
NCT04451772
Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE) is an immune-mediated disease associated with inflammation of multiple organ systems. This study will evaluate how well elsubrutinib and upadacitinib given alone or as the ABBV-599 combination (elsubrutinib/upadacitinib) works within the body, in participants who completed study M19-130. This study will assess the change in disease symptoms. ABBV-599 is an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE). This study is "double-blinded", which means that neither the trial participants nor the study doctors will know who will be given which study drug. Study doctors put the participants into 1 of 4 groups called treatment arms. Each group receives a different treatment. Adult participants with a diagnosis of SLE will be enrolled. Around 260 participants will be enrolled in the study in approximately 100 sites worldwide. Participants will receive the following for up to 56 weeks: Participants will receive oral elsubrutinib capsules and/or oral upadacitinib tablets once daily for up to 56 weeks. Participants who were receiving elsubrutinib and/or upadacitnib in M19-130 will continue to receive the same treatment in this study. Participants who were receiving placebo in M19-130 will be re-randomized to one of the 2 combination treatment arms in this study. Arm 1: Elsubrutinib Dose A and Upadacitinib Dose A Arm 2: Elsubrutinib Dose A and Upadacitinib Dose B There may be higher burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend monthly visits during the course of the study at a hospital or clinic. The effect of the treatment will be checked by medical assessments, blood tests, checking for side effects and completing questionnaires.
NCT04016662
A multi-center, randomized, crossover trial consisting of three sequential 12-week periods, with the HCL feature used during one period, the PLGS feature used during one period and SAP therapy (control) during one period. The crossover trial will be preceded by a run-in phase in which participants will receive training using the study devices (Dexcom G6 and Tandem t:slim X2 pump). After the last crossover period, participants will be given the opportunity to use study devices for an additional 12 weeks to assess preference of system use (PLGS, HCL or SAP) and associated characteristics, durability and safety in a more real-world setting with less frequent study contact.
