This randomized phase III trial studies compliance to a mercaptopurine treatment intervention compared to standard of care in younger patients with acute lymphoblastic leukemia that has had a decrease in or disappearance of signs and symptoms of cancer (remission). Assessing ways to help patients who have acute lymphoblastic leukemia to take their medications as prescribed may help them in taking their medications more consistently and may improve treatment outcomes.

Chronic GVHD (cGVHD) is a major cause of illness in patients who undergo hematopoietic transplantation (HCT). GVHD can affect any organ in the body, can require several years of treatment, and can impact the quality of life (QoL). Physical activity and exercise have been shown to enhance fitness and improve QoL in chronic illnesses including GVHD, however, patients often have barriers to attending sessions including distance, risk of infection, and physical therapists' lack of experience with pediatric patients. The team's goal is to assess whether a virtual rehabilitation program in children post-HCT (including children with chronic GVHD) is feasible and whether its implementation will improve physical functioning and QoL. Patients between the ages of 8 and 23 years who are at least one hundred days post-HCT will be eligible for participation. Patients will have an assessment by a pediatric physical therapist at the time of study entry, at the end of the rehabilitation program, and approximately 3 months later. They will be supplied with some exercise equipment (such as dumbbells and resistance bands). Patients will have twice weekly half-hour one-on-one online sessions with the physical therapist for 12 weeks. Patients will be recruited through the bone marrow transplant clinic.

The purpose of this study is to collect information about how a doctor uses the results of the VeriStrat® blood test to guide treatment for non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) patients. Understanding how VeriStrat test results influence doctors' decisions and patients' outcomes may help doctors to better treat NSCLC in the future. This study will also look to establish whether new investigational tests can help better predict the effectiveness of certain medications for certain patients. These new investigational tests are only for research purposes at this time.

Efficacy and Safety of Imsidolimab in Participants with Acne Vulgaris

This is an open-label, FIH study designed to evaluate the maximum tolerated dose, recommended Phase 2 dose, safety, tolerability, PK, pharmacodynamics, and preliminary antineoplastic activity of RLY-2608, in advanced solid tumor patients with a Phosphatidylinositol-4,5-bisphosphate-3 kinase, catalytic subunit alpha (PIK3CA) mutation in blood and/or tumor per local assessment. The study will evaluate RLY-2608 as a single agent for patients with unresectable or metastatic solid tumors. It will also evaluate RLY-2608 in combination RLY-2608 + fulvestrant and in triple combination RLY-2608 + fulvestrant + CDK4/6 inhibitor (palbociclib or ribociclib) or CDK4 inhibitor (PF-07220060) for patients with HR+ HER2- locally advanced or metastatic breast cancer. The RLY-2608 single agent arm, RLY-2608 + fulvestrant combination arm, and triple combination arms will have 2 parts: a dose escalation (Part 1) and a dose expansion (Part 2).

The purpose of this research study is to determine if fluoxetine increases lysosomal stress in patients with recurrent IDHwt glioma by evaluating LAMP1 expression in tumor samples obtained pre-resection via biopsy and during surgery. Lysosomes are organelles (structures in cells) that contain digestive enzymes (substances that break down chemicals) that help keep the cells free of extra or worn out cell parts. Fluoxetine, a drug approved by the FDA to treat problems like depression and anxiety, can cause changes to structures in cells called lysosomes that then improve how well the chemotherapy drug temozolomide (TMZ) kills cancer cells in the brain.

This phase II study will evaluate whether a reduction in radiation dose and field size will maintain a high rate of local control while minimizing the risk of acute and late toxicity . Hypothesis: The radiation dose and treatment volume can be safely reduced from 30 Gy to 20 Gy while maintaining high rates of local control in patients who had a negative PET-CT scan following rituximab - containing chemotherapy.

This is a study of amlitelimab for the treatment of participants with moderate-to-severe asthma. The study will have a double-blind treatment period until Week 24 for each participant and an open-label treatment period where each participant will receive open-label amlitelimab from Week 24 onwards. The purpose of this study is to evaluate long-term safety, tolerability, and efficacy of amlitelimab for the treatment of adult participants with moderate-to-severe asthma who have previously been enrolled and completed the treatment period of the parent study. The study duration will be up to 156 weeks. The treatment duration will be up to 144 weeks. The number of visits will be 18.

Health literacy is imperative to make informed health decisions and relies on the ability to obtain, process and understand health information; and is the cornerstone of safe health management. It is necessary to evaluate educational initiatives to determine their effectiveness in knowledge translation. A more effective way to provide patient education is to utilize media technology. Current education styles do not teach patients in the best way as they are not consistent with how people of all ages currently learn (through technology). In addition, patient teaching most commonly occurs during highly stressful times like hospital visits with new diagnoses. Current patient educational methods are costly given the amount of health provider time required. Electronic KITE teaching modules are infographic visual representations that present information quickly and clearly, integrating words and graphics to tell a story to reveal information. Infographic presentations are tools which facilitate self-directed learning with understandable, accessible information presented in an engaging way with an aim to enhance learning for children and their families. Patients are able to learn at a pace consistent with their learning style to facilitate knowledge development and health literacy.
