NCT03482635
This trial has two sequentially enrolling parts with different objectives. The primary objectives of this trial are * to prove the concept of clinical activity of BI655130 (SPESOLIMAB) in patients with moderate-to-severely active ulcerative colitis who have failed previous biologic treatments and to identify efficacious and safe dose regimens in Part 1 (Phase II) * to confirm efficacy and safety of BI655130 (SPESOLIMAB) in patients with moderate-to-severely active ulcerative colitis who have failed previous biologic treatments in Part 2 (Phase III) * To provide, along with induction study 1368-0018 and the run-in cohort of 1368-0020, the target population to be evaluated in study 1368-0020.
NCT05860959
This study will provide the opportunity to generate data on the long-term use of SUBLOCADE under real-world conditions, and to observe enduring changes in lifestyle, health, and sociodemographic factors that are part of the recovery process. Long-term patterns of abstinence/opioid misuse as well as measures of participants' physical, psychological, social, and economic well-being will be monitored to better understand factors associated with recovery from opioid use disorder (OUD). Therefore, this study will observe participants up to a maximum of 4 years.
NCT03792841
A phase 1 study evaluating the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and efficacy of prostate specific membrane antigen half-life extended bispecific T-cell engager acapatamab in subjects with metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer, and to determine the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) or recommended phase 2 dose (RP2D).
NCT06053320
The purpose of this study is to understand how prism adaptation training with and without electrical stimulation changes visuospatial behavior, motor system neurophysiology, and walking dysfunction.
NCT04390763
The purpose of this Phase II study is to assess the efficacy and safety of NIS793 with and without spartalizumab in combination with gemcitabine/nab-paclitaxel versus gemcitabine/nab-paclitaxel in previously untreated mPDAC.
NCT02088554
To evaluate the safety and effectiveness of the Model 400 aortic valve bioprosthesis.
NCT03263936
This is a pilot study using decitabine and vorinostat before and during chemotherapy with fludarabine, cytarabine and G-CSF (FLAG).
NCT02770170
The overall purpose of the study is to assess the efficacy of three different doses of BI 655064 against placebo as add-on therapy to standard of care (SOC) treatment for active lupus nephritis in order to characterize the dose-response relationship within the therapeutic range, and select the target dose for phase III development.
NCT03022825
This is a Phase II/III, open-label, single-arm, multicenter study of intravesical BCG plus N-803 or N-803 only in patients with BCG unresponsive high grade non-muscle invasive bladder cancer (NMIBC). All patients treated in the study will receive via a urinary catheter in the bladder, BCG plus N-803 or N-803 only weekly for 6 consecutive weeks (initial induction treatment period). After the first disease assessment, eligible patients will receive either a 3-week maintenance course or a 6-week re-induction course (second treatment period) at Month 3. Eligible patients will continue to receive maintenance treatment in the third treatment period at Months 6, 9, 12, and 18. Eligible patients have the option to receive maintenance treatment in the fourth treatment period at Months 24, 30, and 36. The study duration is 60 months.
NCT06891066
Investigators are trying to find better treatments for people with HIV-1. In this clinical study, investigators want to see how well a new treatment called ISL+ULO, taken once a week, works compared to an existing treatment called BIC/FTC/TAF, which is taken every day. Investigators will check how many people still have a high level of the virus in their blood after 24 weeks. The investigators also want to understand if the new treatment, MK-8591B, is safe and how well people can handle it.
NCT03782792
To evaluate efficacy, safety, and tolerability of spesolimab (BI 655130) compared to placebo in patients with Generalized Pustular Psoriasis (GPP) presenting with an acute flare of moderate to severe intensity.
NCT02883062
This phase II trial studies how well carboplatin and paclitaxel with or without atezolizumab before surgery works in treating patients with newly diagnosed, stage II-III triple negative breast cancer. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as atezolizumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as carboplatin and paclitaxel, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Giving carboplatin and paclitaxel with or without atezolizumab before surgery may make the tumor smaller and reduce the amount of normal tissue that needs to be removed.
NCT04042467
A randomized controlled trial enrolling 900 parent-infant dyads (English and Spanish speaking) comparing Greenlight (control), a behavioral intervention focusing on nutrition, physical activity, media use, and sleep as compared to Greenlight Plus (intervention) which includes the above materials plus a health information technology (HIT) intervention aimed at supporting family goal-setting and behavior change during well-child checks throughout the first 2 years of life.
NCT06188208
A FIH study to evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of VVD-130850, as single agent and in combination with checkpoint inhibition, in participants with advanced solid and hematologic tumors.
NCT05900986
The aim of this Phase 1b/2 study is to investigate the safety, efficacy, and pharmacokinetics (PK) of a single dose of LS301-IT, a novel fluorescence imaging agent developed by Integro Theranostics (IT), administered by intravenous (IV) injection in female patients undergoing partial mastectomy for DCIS (whether or not undergoing planned SLNB) or Stage I-II primary invasive breast cancer undergoing SLNB. Safety is the primary objective of this study, followed by efficacy that will be assessed from fluorescence imaging observations and data.
NCT04878432
The main objective of this study was to assess the safety profile of MBG453 (sabatolimab) in combination with FDA approved hypomethylating agents (HMAs) of investigator's choice (IV Decitabine or Azacitidine /SC Azacitidine /Oral Decitabine (cedazuridine combination (INQOVI))).
NCT05795153
The purpose of this study was to assess the effect of remibrutinib 25 mg twice a day (b.i.d.) open-label on Systolic Blood Pressure (SBP) measured as a change in 24-hour weighted average SBP from baseline to Week 4 assessed by Ambulator Blood Pressure Monitoring (ABPM); and to assess overall safety and efficacy over 12 weeks in adult participants with Chronic Spontaneous Urticaria (CSU) inadequately controlled with second generation H1 antihistamines (H1-AH) treatment. ABPM was chosen for the blood pressure assessment in this trial as recommended by the FDA for drugs intended for chronic use (Assessment of Pressor Effects of Drugs Guidance for Industry (FDA 2022)).
NCT03769168
Optional open label, roll over extension study to investigate the efficacy and safety of secukinumab treatment in Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis (JIA) subtypes of Juvenile Psoriatic Arthritis (JPsA) and Enthesitis Related Arthritis (ERA).
NCT04926831
This study was planned to determine if neoadjuvant capmatinib could improve the major pathological response (MPR) in patients with Stage IB-IIIA, N2 and selected IIIB (T3N2 or T4N2) lung cancers with Mesenchymal Epithelial Transition (MET) exon 14 mutations and/or high MET amplification beyond those achieved with surgery, chemotherapy, and radiation. Treatment was to be continued with capmatinib in the adjuvant setting to evaluate the potential clinical benefit of extended therapy. The purpose of this study is to determine if neoadjuvant capmatinib can improve outcomes in participants with stages I-IIIA non-small cell lung cancer with MET exon 14 mutations and/or high MET amplification beyond those achieved with surgery, chemotherapy, and radiation.
