NCT05918861
This is a placebo-controlled, randomized, double-blind, parallel group, phase 3 multicenter study in subjects recently hospitalized for ACS and with the appropriate genetic profile. Subjects will provide informed consent before any study-specific procedures are performed. A separate informed consent will be allowed for an initial pre-screening genetic testing. Subjects meeting the AA genotype will then consent to the full study and confirmatory genetic testing as required. Subject enrollment may begin in the hospital and will continue following release from the hospital or may begin following release from hospital. Screening procedures may be performed at the time of the index ACS event or anytime thereafter, with the condition that randomization must occur within the mandated window (up to12 weeks after the index event). Subjects will be assessed based on their medical history. Those who are likely to qualify will undergo Genotype Assay testing to evaluate genetic determination for the presence of AA genotype.
NCT05949593
This Phase 3, multicenter, double-masked, parallel-group, placebo-controlled, randomized, fixed-dose clinical study is designed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of tinlarebant (LBS-008) in subjects diagnosed with GA.
NCT05002569
The purpose of this study is to assess nivolumab plus relatlimab fixed-dose combination (FDC) versus nivolumab alone in participants with completely resected stage III-IV melanoma.
NCT06628362
This is a multi-center, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, parallel group dose-finding study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of CT-388 at low, middle, and high doses in participants who are overweight or obese with Type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM).
NCT04879329
This study is being done to see if a drug called disitamab vedotin, alone or with pembrolizumab, works to treat HER2 expressing urothelial cancer. It will also test how safe the drug is for participants. Participants will have cancer that has spread in the body near where it started (locally advanced) and cannot be removed (unresectable) or has spread through the body (metastatic). It will also study what side effects happen when participants get the drug. A side effect is anything a drug does to your body besides treating the disease.
NCT03760523
This study is to determine the safety and recommended dosing of Minnelide in Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML)
NCT04458051
Primary Objective: To determine the efficacy of SAR442168 compared to placebo in delaying disability progression in primary progressive multiple sclerosis (PPMS) Secondary Objectives: To evaluate efficacy of SAR442168 compared to placebo on clinical endpoints, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) lesions, cognitive performance, physical function, and quality of life To evaluate safety and tolerability of SAR442168 To evaluate population pharmacokinetics (PK) of SAR442168 in PPMS and its relationship to efficacy and safety To evaluate pharmacodynamics of SAR442168
NCT03605927
The purpose of this study is to examine the safety and efficacy of the addition of BMS-986004 to standard of care Sirolimus (SIR)-based immune suppression.
NCT05869669
The purpose of this study is to determine whether neflamapimod can improve learning skills, problem solving skills, and memory loss in people diagnosed with DLB. More specifically, improvement in verbal learning, memory, and attention, as well as cognitive and functional performance will be measured.
NCT04980378
This study is intended to demonstrate the 5-year long-term safety and efficacy of the Simplify® Cervical Artificial Disc ("Simplify Disc") in subjects enrolled in the non-randomized two-level Simplify Disc Investigational Device Exemption (IDE) study. This study was conducted under IDE G150206
NCT05641688
This study is an open-label, multi-center, non-randomized pivotal Phase 3 study to assess the efficacy and safety of PET imaging with \[18F\]PI-2620 for detection of tau deposition in subjects with Alzheimer's disease (AD) and controls during lifetime when compared to histopathology obtained after death and completion of brain autopsy.
NCT07321834
Phase 2 clinical study to evaluate the efficacy, safety, and tolerability of AI-09, a Ready-to-Use Liquid Injectable Botulinum Toxin.
NCT07190131
This observational study aims to evaluate the diagnostic performance of an investigational Influenza A/B and COVID-19 test in patients presenting with signs and symptoms of respiratory infection. The main questions it aims to answer are: 1. What is the sensitivity and specificity of the investigational test compared with an FDA-cleared reference method for detection of Influenza A, Influenza B, and SARS-CoV-2 antigen. 2. What is the overall positive and negative percent agreement between the investigational test and the reference method? Participants will: 1. Provide a respiratory specimen (e.g., nasal or nasopharyngeal swab) for testing with the investigational device. 2. Provide an additional specimen for testing with the FDA-cleared reference method.
NCT05268094
COMPASS is a prospective multicenter randomized interventional trial. Participants with ductal-dependent pulmonary blood flow will be randomized to receive either a systemic-to-pulmonary artery shunt or ductal artery stent. Block randomization will be performed by center and by single vs. two ventricle status. Participants will be followed through the first year of life.
NCT04963296
This parallel-group, double-blind, placebo-controlled study will evaluate the efficacy and safety of obinutuzumab versus placebo in participants with active, autoantibody-positive systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) who are treated with standard-of-care therapy.
NCT01048853
This clinical trial studies conservative surgery in treating patients with low-risk stage IA2 or IB1 cervical cancer. Conservative surgery is a less invasive type of surgery for early stage cervical cancer and may have fewer side effects and improve recovery.
NCT01696721
In previous studies, Proton Beam Radiation Therapy (PBRT) has been found to show better results in treating patients with cancer, both because there is better control of where in the body the radiation is directed and because it is associated with less severe long term side effects. However, there is limited published data demonstrating these results. The goal of the Proton and Photon Consortium Registry (PPCR) is to enroll children treated with radiation in order to describe the population that currently receives radiation and better compare the short-term and long-term benefits of different types of radiotherapy. The data collected from this study will help facilitate research on radiation therapy and allow for collaborative research. The PPCR will collect demographic and clinical data that many centers that deliver radiation therapy already collect in routine operations.
NCT07011043
The main objective is to assess the safety and tolerability of budoprutug in adults with SLE. Pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, and preliminary clinical efficacy will also be assessed.
NCT04501276
This is a Phase 1, open-label, dose escalation study in patients with advanced/metastatic solid tumors. Study drug, ADG116, is an anti -CTLA-4 fully human monoclonal antibody that specifically binds to human CTLA-4. ADG106, a fully human ligand-blocking agonistic anti-CD137 IgG4 mAb, is expected to enhance the activity of activated T cells. The enhanced antitumor efficacy results observed from the preclinical studies of ADG116 in combination with ADG106 or anti-PD-1 provided further support to explore such combinations in clinical settings for better patient responses.
NCT05201066
This study is intended to collect safety data from participants who completed the parent protocols but are still benefiting from study treatment. The study population consists of participants who tolerate study treatment of the parent studies. Collecting safety information from long-term exposure might offer the unique opportunity to detect rare Adverse Events.
