Subjects will be eligible for this study if they are about to start on a drug called nivolumab for lung cancer. Some patients' cancers respond to nivolumab but a majority of patients do not. To better determine which patients will most likely respond to nivolumab or not, the investigators are testing an assay that tests biopsy tissue to determine if the subject's tumor will likely respond to nivolumab. The main purpose of this research study is to see if this specialized test can help identify people with locally advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer who are more likely to benefit from treatment with nivolumab. The results of the tests will not affect whether or not subjects receive nivolumab but may help identify future patients who are more likely to benefit from nivolumab. The study assay is extra and experimental.

This phase II trial studies capecitabine and lapatinib ditosylate to see how well they work compared with capecitabine, lapatinib ditosylate, and cixutumumab in treating patients with previously treated HER2-positive stage IIIB-IV breast cancer. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as capecitabine, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Lapatinib ditosylate may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Immunotherapy with cixutumumab, may induce changes in body's immune system and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. It is not yet known whether capecitabine and lapatinib ditosylate are more effective when given with or without cixutumumab in treating breast cancer that has spread nearby or to other areas of the body.

The purpose of this study is to determine whether exercise or exercise with enrichment is beneficial in individuals who previously had a head injury. The enrichment will consist of a cultural educational program that will include ethnic food, music, slides and a talk. A series of tests that measure mental function and balance will be done before and after the exercise or the exercise/enrichment program will be done to measure efficacy.

This multicenter, double-blind, randomized, placebo-controlled study will evaluate the effect of dalcetrapib 600 mg on artherosclerotic disease progression, lipid profile and biomarker profile and long-term safety profile of dalcetrapib in patients with coronary artery disease. Atherosclerotic disease progression will be measured 1. Coronary Intravascular Ultrasound (IVUS), Quantitative Coronary Angiography 2. Carotid B-Mode Ultrasound Intima Medial Thickness (IMT) and total plaque volume in subjects undergoing coronary angiography who have coronary artery disease (CAD). Patients will be randomized to receive dalcetrapib 600 mg orally once a day or placebo. The anticipated time on study treatment will be 24 months. The target sample size is 800-1000 patients.

The primary objective of this study is to determine the long-term safety and tolerability of ataluren in participants with nonsense mutation cystic fibrosis (nmCF) who completed participation in the double-blind study PTC124-GD-009-CF (NCT00803205), as assessed by adverse events and laboratory abnormalities. The secondary objective of this study includes the assessment of the efficacy of ataluren, as measured by forced expiratory volume in 1 second (FEV1) and pulmonary exacerbation rate, and other safety parameters (for example, 12-lead electrocardiogram \[ECG\] measurements, vital signs).

Two-year multicentre randomized controlled parallel trial to compare intentional delivery and conservative management in pregnant women with preterm and prelabour rupture of membranes between 32 and 35 weeks. The purpose of this study is to determine whether intentional delivery of women with PPROM between 32 and 35 week's gestation can decrease the overall neonatal morbidity associated with PPROM-related complications without increasing the morbidity associated with a shortened pregnancy.

This is an observational, "ancillary study" intended to describe opioid use among opioid use disorder patients following their discharge into the community from inpatient detoxification and/or short-term residential treatment programs affiliated with parent study CTN-0051, which assessed the comparative effectiveness of extended release injectable naltrexone (XR-NTX, Vivitrol®), an opioid antagonist recently approved and indicated for the prevention of relapse to opioid dependence, versus buprenorphine-naloxone (BUP-NX, Suboxone®), a high affinity partial agonist indicated for maintenance treatment of opioid dependence, as pharmacotherapeutic aids to recovery.

Despite its life-saving potential, the mechanical ventilator has great potential to do harm. Despite years of research, the mortality in acute lung injury (ALI) remains very high. Treatment options after ALI onset are very limited, therefore prevention may be the best option. Unfortunately, the emergency department has not been studied with respect to mechanical ventilation practices, and its contribution to ALI is unknown. The investigators hypothesize that mechanical ventilation is frequently used in the ED and for a variety of reasons, and that ED mechanical ventilation has an effect on long term outcomes.

The purpose of this study is to determine if electrical stimulation (small levels of electricity) can safely and effectively reduce post-amputation pain. This study involves a device called the SPRINT System. The SPRINT System delivers mild electrical stimulation to nerves in the residual limb. The SPRINT System includes a small wire (called a "lead") that is placed through the skin in the upper leg. It also includes a device worn on the body that delivers stimulation (called the SPRINT Stimulator).

The purpose of this study is to test the safety of selinexor (KPT-330) and to find the highest dose of selinexor (KPT-330) that can be given safely when it is combined with two chemotherapy drugs (fludarabine and cytarabine). This study will be done in two parts: Phase I and Phase II. The goal of Phase I is to find the highest tolerable dose of selinexor (KPT-330) that we can give to patients with leukemia or MDS, when it is combined with fludarabine and cytarabine. The goal of the subsequent Phase II portion of the study (insert NCT ID of SELHEM-2) is to give the highest dose of selinexor (KPT-330) in combination with fludarabine/cytarabine that was found in Phase I to be safe for children with leukemia or MDS. The investigators will examine the effect of this combination treatment. PRIMARY OBJECTIVE: * Determine a tolerable combination of selinexor, fludarabine, and cytarabine in pediatric patients with relapsed or refractory hematologic malignancies included acute myeloid leukemia (AML), acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL), mixed phenotype acute leukemia (MPAL) and myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS). SECONDARY OBJECTIVES: * To characterize the pharmacokinetics of selinexor, when administered in tablet form, after the first dose and at steady-state, as well as in combination with fludarabine and cytarabine * To estimate the overall response rate of selinexor given with fludarabine and cytarabine in patients with relapsed or refractory hematologic malignancies
