NCT05822752
Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is a common cancer worldwide and a leading cause of cancer-related death. The majority of participants first presenting with HCC have advanced unresectable or metastatic disease. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the optimized dose, adverse events, and efficacy of livmoniplimab in combination with budigalimab. Livmoniplimab is an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of HCC. There are 3 treatment arms in this study and participants will be randomized in a 1:1:1 ratio. Participants will either receive livmoniplimab (at different doses) in combination with budigalimab (another investigational drug), lenvatinib, or sorafenib. Approximately 120 adult participants will be enrolled in the study across 60 sites worldwide. In arm 1 (control), participants will receive the investigator's choice: lenvatinib as an oral capsule or sorafenib as an oral tablet, once daily. In arm 2, participants will receive intravenously (IV) infused livmoniplimab (dose A) in combination with IV infused budigalimab, every 3 weeks. In arm 3, participants will receive intravenously (IV) infused livmoniplimab (dose B) in combination with IV infused budigalimab, every 3 weeks. The estimated duration of the study is up to 2 years There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at a hospital or clinic and may require frequent medical assessments, blood tests, questionnaires, and scans.
NCT07121270
The goal of this randomized controlled trial is to pilot the virtual delivery of cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBT-I) and nightmares (CBT-I\&N) via telehealth as an early intervention for treating posttraumatic sleep disturbance in acute trauma patients exposed to interpersonal violence. The main aims are to: 1. Test the acceptability, feasibility, and satisfaction of sleep-focused CBT delivered early after trauma 2. Evaluate the impact of sleep-focused CBT delivered early after trauma on sleep disturbance 3. Evaluate the impact of sleep-focused CBT delivered early after trauma on PTSD symptoms The investigators will compare CBT-I and CBT-I\&N to sleep education control. Participants will meet with a provider for 6 weekly sessions via telehealth and complete surveys on the participants' symptoms.
NCT04761822
Background: Allergic reactions have been reported to occur after vaccination with both the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine and Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine. Allergic reactions range from mild to severe and include life- threatening anaphylactic reactions, although no deaths have been reported with either vaccine. This study is designed with two principal aims: * To estimate the proportions of systemic allergic reactions to the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine and the Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine in a High-Allergy/Mast Cell Disorder (HA/MCD) population, and * If the risk in the HA/MCD is demonstrable, to determine whether the proportions are higher in the HA/MCD in comparison to a representative population without severe allergies or mast cell disorders
NCT05142774
This is an open-label, long-term multicenter, study to evaluate the safety and efficacy of topical tapinarof cream, 1% in subjects with atopic dermatitis. Subjects in this study have completed treatment in one of two Phase 3 pivotal studies (DMVT-505-3101 or DMVT-505-3102) or completed treatment in the DMVT-505-2104 study, or directly enrolled into this study. This study will consist of up to 48 weeks of treatment and a 1 week safety follow-up period.
NCT06213831
This study is being conducted to determine the safety and tolerability of ruxolitinib 1.5% cream under maximal use conditions in participants with Prurigo Nodularis (PN).
NCT04086264
This is an open-label, multicenter, Phase 1b/2 study to determine the safety and tolerability of IMGN632 and assess the antileukemia activity of IMGN632 when administered in combination with azacitidine and/or venetoclax in participants with relapsed and frontline CD123-positive AML.
NCT02489539
The purpose of the study is to assess the safety and effectiveness of the GORE® EXCLUDER® Conformable AAA Endoprosthesis to treat an infrarenal aneurysm located in the abdominal aorta. Performance of the GORE® EXCLUDER® Conformable AAA Endoprosthesis will be judged by separate performance goals.
NCT04454463
The NAFLD Database 3 will enroll approximately 1500 adult patients and 750 pediatric patients suspected or known to have NAFLD or NASH-related cirrhosis. To elucidate, through the cooperative effort of a multidisciplinary and multicenter group of collaborators, the etiology, natural history, diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of NAFLD, and in particular its more severe form of NASH and its complications.
NCT04667234
The primary objective of this study is to provide expanded access to and characterize the safety profile of Sotorasib in participants with previously treated locally advanced/unresectable/metastatic non small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with KRAS p.G12C mutation in a real-world setting.
NCT06571045
EYE-RES-102 is a randomized, double masked pivotal study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of 2 dose levels of EYE103 in comparison with the active control, ranibizumab, in patients with diabetic macular edema (DME) In the first year, all 3 treatment groups will be treated every 4 weeks with either EYE103 or ranibizumab. Beginning at Year 2, the frequency of treatment for participants will shift based on a personalized treatment interval algorithm. Approximately 960 participants will be entered in the study.
NCT05239728
The purpose of this study is to assess the efficacy and safety of oral belzutifan (MK-6482) plus intravenous (IV) pembrolizumab (MK-3475) compared to placebo plus pembrolizumab, in the adjuvant treatment of Clear Cell Renal Cell Carcinoma (ccRCC) post nephrectomy. The primary study hypothesis is that belzutifan plus pembrolizumab is superior to placebo plus pembrolizumab with respect to disease-free survival (DFS).
NCT04513912
The purpose of this study is to assess the efficacy of seltorexant compared with quetiapine extended-release (XR) as adjunctive therapy to an antidepressant drug in treatment response in participants with major depressive disorder with insomnia symptoms (MDDIS) who have had an inadequate response to current antidepressant therapy with a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) or serotonin-norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor (SNRI).
NCT04285086
This is a Phase 3 open-label, multicenter, randomized, active-controlled study designed to compare the efficacy and safety and tolerability of P1101 compared with ANA after 12 months of treatment as second-line therapy for subjects with ET who have had a suboptimal or failed response to HU.
NCT05029999
This research study is being done to find out if the immunotherapy drugs called CDX-301 and CDX-1140 in combination with the standard chemotherapy treatment pegylated liposomal doxorubicin (PLD, Doxil) are safe and effective at controlling the cancer in patients with metastatic triple Human Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor 2 (HER2) negative breast cancer, and to determine a safe dose and treatment schedule of the three drugs. This research study will also test how your immune system responds to these treatments alone and in combination.

NCT01063114
There are two types of external radiation treatments (proton beam and photon beam). As part of the participant's treatment, they will receive radiation to the entire central nervous system (CNS); this is known as craniospinal irradiation (CSI). In the past, photon radiation therapy has been used for CSI. In this study we will be examining the effects of proton beam radiation therapy. Studies have suggested that this kind of radiation can cause less damage to normal tissue than photon radiation therapy. The physical characteristics of proton beam radiation let the doctor safely deliver the amount of radiation delivered to the tumor that is normally delivered through standard therapy but spare more normal tissue in the process.
