NCT00377156
RATIONALE: Stereotactic radiation therapy can send x-rays directly to the tumor and cause less damage to normal tissue. Radiation therapy uses high-energy x-rays to kill tumor cells. It is not yet known whether stereotactic radiation therapy is more effective with or without whole-brain radiation therapy in treating patients with brain metastases. PURPOSE: This randomized phase III trial is studying stereotactic radiation therapy and whole-brain radiation therapy to see how well they work compared with stereotactic radiation therapy alone in treating patients with brain metastases.
NCT05284201
The LIFT Home Study is an observational, single-arm study designed to assess the safety of non-invasive electrical spinal stimulation (ARC Therapy) administered by the LIFT System to treat upper extremity functional deficits in people with chronic tetraplegia.
NCT00981162
This phase I/II trial is studying the side effects and best dose of everolimus when given together with sorafenib tosylate and to see how well they work in treating patients with advanced solid tumors and metastatic pancreatic cancer that does not respond to gemcitabine hydrochloride. Sorafenib tosylate and everolimus may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Sorafenib tosylate may also stop the growth of pancreatic cancer by blocking blood flow to the tumor. Giving sorafenib tosylate together with everolimus may kill more tumor cells.
NCT01920061
This study will evaluate PF-05212384 (gedatolisib) PI3K/mTOR inhibitor)) in combination with either docetaxel, cisplatin or dacomitinib in select advanced solid tumors. The study will assess the safety, pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of these combinations in patients with advanced cancer in order to determine the maximum tolerated dose in each combination. The cisplatin combination expansion portion will evaluate the anti tumor activity of PF 05212384 plus cisplatin in patients with TNBC in 2 separate Arms (Arm 1 and Arm 2).
NCT05070455
This is a Phase IV, multicenter, open-label study of Asceniv™ administered as an intravenous infusion of Asceniv™ (IGIV) 300-800 mg/kg every 21 or 28 days in approximately 12 pediatric subjects with Primary Immunodeficiency Diseases (PIDD). The study will be conducted at 5-7 centers in the United States, with subjects receiving six (28 day cycle) or seven (21 day cycle) doses of Asceniv™ during the study.
NCT03176303
This study examines the effect of adjunctive use of the SpinalStim bone growth stimulator on lumbar fusion rate in high risk subjects who have had lumbar fusion surgery. All participants will wear the bone growth stimulator for a minimum of 2 hours/day for 6 months.
NCT03177473
This study examines the effect of adjunctive use of the CervicalStim bone growth stimulator on cervical fusion rate in high risk subjects who have undergone cervical fusion surgery. All participants will wear the bone growth stimulator every day for 4 hours/day for 6 months.
NCT03750552
A Phase 3 study to evaluate efficacy, safety, and tolerability of ampreloxetine (TD-9855) in subjects with primary autonomic failures (MSA, PD, or PAF) and symptomatic nOH with up to 4 weeks of treatment.
NCT03372161
This is a research study of SP-102, an experimental medication designed to relieve pain in patients with a specific type of leg pain. The medication is given once by your healthcare professional, with a possibility of a second injection as early as about 1 month after the first treatment. The purpose of the study is to measure how well a single injection of the experimental medication, SP-102, relieves pain. The study will also investigate the side effects of SP-102.
NCT03163667
The primary objective of this study is to compare the progression-free survival (PFS) of participants treated with telaglenastat and everolimus versus placebo and everolimus for advanced or metastatic clear cell renal cell carcinoma (ccRCC) previously treated with the following: * At least 2 lines of therapy, including at least 1 vascular endothelial growth factor tyrosine kinase inhibitor (VEGF TKI) * Radiographic progression of metastatic RCC must have occurred (per investigator assessment) on or after the most recent systemic therapy and within 6 months prior to cycle 1 day 1
NCT03558503
This Phase 2b, single-arm, multicenter study evaluated the efficacy and safety of UGN-102 as primary chemoablative therapy in patients with low grade intermediate risk non-muscle-invasive bladder cancer (LG IR NMIBC).
NCT04498169
Two different dosing regimens (QD and BID) of netarsudil will be studied to evaluate their efficacy in reducing or resolving corneal edema in subjects with FCD.
NCT00401947
The purpose of this study was to investigate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics (PK), and antiviral activity of multiple doses of ACH-0137171 in participants with chronic hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection.
NCT04959266
This is a Phase 1, open-label, non-randomised, 3-arm (A, B, and C), drug-drug interaction study in patients with advanced solid tumours.
NCT03965845
This is a Phase 1b/2 study to determine the recommended phase 2 dose (RP2D), safety and tolerability, pharmacokinetics (PK) and clinical activity of the glutaminase inhibitor telaglenestat (CB-839) with the CDK4/6 Inhibitor, palbociclib in participants with advanced/metastatic solid tumors.
NCT03815396
This is an open-label, 2-part, dose-escalating, Phase 1 study of INBRX-101 (rhAAT-Fc). Part 1 will consist of single ascending dose (SAD) administration of INBRX-101 and Part 2 will consist of multiple ascending dose (MAD) administrations of INBRX-101. The planned dosing schedule is IV every 3 to 4 weeks.
NCT03497936
The overall goal of this SBIR Phase II project is to reduce cancer rates by marketing a brief, easily implemented technology-based intervention that increases human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccination among Planned Parenthood and other clients. The intervention's innovative technology allows for the investigators' narrative videos to be presented along will reminder texts. It will be evaluated for use in waiting rooms and promises to overcome vaccination barriers among high risk but underserved low SES and minority populations.
NCT01406548
This study is designed to provide information on the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics (PK) and bone biomarker response following multiple BPS804 administration in multiple dosing regimens. This information will permit a comparison of the possible risks and benefits of different dosing regimens of the study drug to enable optimal doses and dose intervals to be tested in subsequent studies.
NCT02370238
The Objectives of this study: The primary objective of the study was to evaluate progression-free survival (PFS) (defined as the number of days between the date of randomization and the date of clinical disease progression (PD) according to Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors (RECIST) criteria version 1.1, as assessed by Independent Radiology Review, or death for any cause, whichever occured first) in patients with metastatic triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) treated with the combination of paclitaxel and orally administered reparixin compared to paclitaxel alone. The secondary objectives were: * To determine overall survival (OS). * To evaluate objective response rates (ORR). * To determine median PFS (mPFS). * To assess the safety of the combination of paclitaxel and orally administered reparixin (referred to as combination treatment).
NCT03884647
The DELPhi system is a software device that is used for the noninvasive evaluation of brain plasticity and connectivity. The DELPhi software uses EEG and TMS devices as accessories. Standard electro-physiological acquisition is performed using TMS to evoke regional neuronal potentials measured as EEG data. TMS-EEG data is analyzed with regards to conventional, well established characteristics of neuronal network plasticity and connectivity.
