NCT04685135
This Phase 3 study will evaluate the efficacy of the investigational agent MRTX849 (adagrasib) versus docetaxel in patients who have been previously treated for metastatic NSCLC with a KRAS G12C mutation.
NCT03870633
This trial studies financial difficulty in participants with chronic lymphocytic leukemia and multiple myeloma. Assessment of financial difficulty may help to better understand the financial impact of cancer and come up with ways to help participants avoid financial problems during treatment.
NCT04053075
Despite the critical importance of identifying hospital-associated outbreaks as early as possible in order to limit their spread, there are currently no standardized methods for cluster detection. The CLUSTER Trial (Cluster Linkage Using Statistics to Trigger and Evaluate Response) will assess whether a statistically-based automated cluster detection method coupled with a robust response protocol will enable rapid containment of hospital clusters as measured by a reduction in cluster size and duration as compared to routine hospital cluster detection methods coupled with the same response protocol. Note: that enrolled "subjects" represents 82 individual HCA Healthcare hospitals that have been randomized
NCT04782687
This is a single-arm, phase II, open-label trial to investigate the effects of selinexor (S) in combination with daratumumab, lenalidomide, and dexamethasone (DRd) for first-line treatment of multiple myeloma (MM). FDA has approved selinexor plus dexamethasone in multiple myeloma after four prior therapies, and DRd is also already approved by the FDA for multiple myeloma. This study will use all four (S-DRd) together to treat MM as an initial treatment.
NCT04451044
Multi-center, prospective, randomized controlled study comparing PCI guided by angiography versus iFR Co-Registration using commercially available Philips pressure guidewires and the SyncVision co-registration system, employing an adaptive design study for interim sample size re-estimation.
NCT06778148
We are piloting a new technology (Abridge) that uses artificial intelligence to listen to clinician-patient office visits and then document the interaction in the electronic health record.
NCT03421340
To prospectively compare non-complex biliary stone clearance using fluoroscopy/radiation-free direct solitary cholangioscopy (DSC) utilizing the SpyGlass™ system with non-complex biliary stone clearance using standard endoscopic retrograde cholangiography (ERC).
NCT02844465
The study is designed to evaluate the safety and efficacy of the Visualase MRI-guided laser ablation system for mesial temporal epilepsy (MTLE).
NCT04024813
The objectives of this study are to evaluate the effect of seladelpar treatment compared to placebo on efficacy, safety, and tolerability in patients with primary sclerosing cholangitis (PSC).
NCT05386030
The clinical investigation is a randomized, subject- and evaluator-blinded, active treatment controlled, multicenter, clinical investigation, to demonstrate the non inferiority of saypha® VOLUME Lidocaine to one of the devices approved for the same indication (Juvéderm® Voluma™ XC).
NCT04638829
Evaluate the safety and tolerability of avatrombopag given for 90 days after stopping treatment with eltrombopag or romiplostim.
NCT04247542
Segments 2A and 2B of this trial evaluate the safety, efficacy, pharmacokinetics, fecal concentrations, and fecal microbiome effects of ACX-362E \[ibezapolstat\] in patients with C. difficile infection (CDI).
NCT03906331
Expanded access for participants with cancer with RET activation who are ineligible for an ongoing selpercatinib (also known as LOXO-292) clinical trial or have other considerations that prevent access to selpercatinib through an existing clinical trial. The treating physician/investigator contacts Lilly when, based on their medical opinion, a patient meets the criteria for inclusion in the expanded access program.
NCT04580914
The NEwTON AF study is a multi-center, global, prospective, single arm study to establish the safety and effectiveness of the IntellaNav StablePoint Catheter and Force-Sensing System in subjects with symptomatic, drug refractory, recurrent paroxysmal atrial fibrillation.
NCT04054193
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and tolerability of a 3-day intravenous (IV) fosaprepitant dimeglumine (MK-0517) regimen for the prevention of CINV in pediatric participants scheduled to receive emetogenic chemotherapy. Each participant was enrolled in Cycle 1 (on which the primary study objectives were based), consisting of the 3-day treatment cycle and 14 days of follow-up for a total of 17 days.
NCT04447469
Interventional, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study encompassing 2 development phases (Phase 2 and Phase 3).
NCT02323321
To evaluate the effectiveness of the OCS™ Heart to recruit, preserve and assess donor hearts that may not meet current standard donor heart acceptance criteria (as identified above) for transplantation to potentially improve donor heart utilization for transplantation
NCT03835754
The OCS™ Heart System will be used to preserve and assess donor hearts that do not meet current standard donor heart acceptance criteria for transplantation in this continued access protocol.
NCT00490516
This is a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled parallel-group, 6-week study, evaluating two dose levels of ACP-104 or Placebo twice a day in patients with schizophrenia who are experiencing an acute psychotic episode.
NCT06366451
This is a multi-center, open-label, Phase 0 substudy designed to evaluate the localized pharmacodynamics (PD) of rilvegostomig, volrustomig, sabestomig, and AZD9592 within the tumor microenvironment (TME) when administered intratumorally in microdose quantities via the CIVO device in patients presenting with Head and Neck Squamous Cell Carcinoma (HNSCC) with a surface accessible lesion, who are scheduled for tumor and/or regional node dissection as part of their standard treatment. PD effects due to injected investigational agents, either as single agents or as AZD9592 drug combinations with the evaluated biologics, will be compared to those elicited by pembrolizumab alone, which will also be injected in microdose quantities via the CIVO device.
