NCT04437511
The reason for this study is to see how safe and effective the study drug donanemab is in participants with early Alzheimer's disease. Additional participants will be enrolled to an addendum safety cohort. The participants will be administered open-label donanemab. Trial participants who were dosed with donanemab in the main study will be enrolled to a 3-year follow up addendum. No study drug will be administered during this follow up.
NCT05367297
Individuals who self-report as SAs will be recruited to participate in this registry as well as non-SA controls for comparison. All individuals who consent to participate will 1) complete a survey assessing demographics, medical history, family medical history; 2) have blood collection; 3) and CCTA assessment. These data will be combined with clinical data from the electronic health record and, if applicable, the Dallas Hearts and Mind Study and other research studies, for research purposes. The registry will serve to generate primary observations as well as preliminary data for future studies.
NCT06040541
This study is to evaluate the safety and tolerability of RMC-9805 as monotherapy and in combination with RMC-6236 in adults with KRAS G12D-mutant solid tumors.
NCT04303195
The purpose of this study is to assess the safety and efficacy of various dose levels of NG101 compared with placebo in adult participants with gastroparesis during 12 weeks of treatment.
NCT04549545
The purpose of this study is to compare the Vivaer procedure with radiofrequency (RF) energy to sham procedure for treatment of nasal airway obstruction (NAO).
NCT03924856
A global study to evaluate peri-operative pembrolizumab with chemotherapy versus placebo to pembrolizumab plus chemotherapy in cisplatin eligible patients.
NCT07085468
The main purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and tolerability of LY3549492 in adult participants with a healthy body max index (BMI) of 22 to 25 kilograms per square meter (kg/m2). Participation in the study will last about 13 months.
NCT02981940
This research study is studying a targeted therapy as a possible treatment for recurrent glioblastoma (GBM). The following intervention will be used in this study: -Abemaciclib
NCT04167514
Study CSL964\_5001 will investigate the efficacy of AAT with corticosteroids compared with corticosteroids alone as first line therapy for patients with high-risk acute GVHD
NCT03501979
A phase 2 non-randomized study to assess the safety and efficacy of the combination of tucatinib and trastuzumab with capecitabine for the treatment of leptomeningeal metastases in HER2-neu positive breast cancer.
NCT05406583
This study will test an anti-HIV drug (ARV) for newborn babies. The study will include a minimum of 36 and up to 108 mothers living with HIV and their newborn babies from Brazil, South Africa, Thailand, and the United States. Infants will be in the study for approximately 16 weeks (four months) after they are born. Mothers will not receive study drug and will exit the study after the Entry visit.
NCT03765736
This trial screens patients with colon or rectal cancer that has spread to other places in the body (metastatic) or cannot be removed by surgery (unresectable) for genetic mutations for recommendation to a molecularly assigned therapy. Identifying gene mutations may help patients enroll onto target companion trials that target these mutations.
NCT05085275
A 9-month randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study to compare the effect of fixed dose ferric citrate versus placebo in patients with advanced chronic kidney disease (eGFR ≤20 ml/min/1.73m2) on the composite endpoint of time to initiation of maintenance dialysis or all-cause mortality.
NCT05740293
The objective of the post-approval study (PAS) is to assess patient experience of visual symptoms 6 months after bilateral treatment with the VisuMax SMILE procedure as measured by a patient questionnaire.
NCT04736667
This study aims to examine the clinical profile/anatomical characteristics and natural history of patients who subsequently fail screening for transcatheter mitral valve intervention (TMVI).
NCT03070119
The primary objective of the study is to evaluate the long-term safety and tolerability of BIIB067 (tofersen) in participants with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) and confirmed superoxide dismutase 1 (SOD1) mutation. The secondary objectives are to evaluate the pharmacokinetic (PK), pharmacodynamic (PD), biomarker effects, and efficacy of BIIB067 administered to participants with ALS and a confirmed SOD1 mutation.
NCT05377229
Previous clinical studies with the MarginProbe (MP) system demonstrated the MP System diagnostic accuracy for identification of cancerous/abnormal tissue at the margins (≤ 1mm) of the ex-vivo lumpectomy specimen. The current study is a prospective data collection study with the enhanced technology, the MP2.0 System and is aimed at collecting data to optimize the system algorithm/procedure and to subsequently validate the system to demonstrate non-inferiority to the MP1.x system. In this study, MP2.0 system will be used on ex-vivo lumpectomy specimens at the Operating Room (OR). The study will collect a library of case information data using the MP2.0 system in sequential cohorts of a minimum of 50 subjects until the software and procedure are optimized. The final analysis sample size will be determined and outlined in the SAP based upon the results of the optimization stage.
