Migraine is a common neurological disorder typically characterized by attacks of throbbing, moderate to severe headache, often associated with nausea, vomiting, and sensitivity to light and sound. Migraine is extremely common and disabling in children. The purpose of this study is to evaluate long term safety and tolerability of ubrogepant in the acute treatment of migraine in pediatric participants. Ubrogepant is a drug approved for the acute treatment of migraine in adults. Pediatric participants (aged 6-17 years) with a history of migraine will be enrolled. Participants who completed the lead-in Study 3110-305-002, as well as those who were placebo responders and screen failed, will be eligible to enroll into this study. Around 1200 participants will be enrolled in the study at approximately 120 sites in the United States. Participants may receive ubrogepant oral tables to treat up to 8 migraine attacks of any intensity per month. There will be an option to take a second dose of study intervention (identical to initial dose), or rescue medication, starting 2 hours after the initial dose. The study duration will be up to 54 weeks. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at a hospital or clinic. The safety and tolerability of the treatment will be checked by medical assessments, blood tests, checking for adverse events and completing questionnaires.

This study will be a 12-month, prospective, multicenter, open-label, non-comparative, non-randomized clinical investigation conducted at 8 to 14 sites. A total of 383 subjects will be enrolled to achieve approximately 268 treated subjects, resulting in at least 241 evaluable subjects at the point of refractive stability. After signing the informed consent, subjects meeting all inclusion and exclusion criteria in both eyes may be scheduled for surgery. The follow-up visit schedule will be the same for each operative eye.

Babies with single ventricle congenital heart disease (SVCHD) are often diagnosed during pregnancy. While prenatal diagnosis has important clinical benefits, it is often stressful and overwhelming for parents, and many express a need for psychological support. HeartGPS is a psychological intervention for parents who receive their baby's diagnosis of SVCHD during pregnancy. It includes 8 sessions with a psychologist, coupled with tailored educational resources, and a personalized care plan. The intervention focuses on fostering parent psychological adjustment and wellbeing, and supporting parents to bond with their baby in ways that feel right for them. Through this study, the investigators will learn if HeartGPS is useful and effective for parents and their babies when it is offered in addition to usual fetal cardiac care. The investigators will examine the effects of the HeartGPS intervention on parental anxiety, depression, and traumatic stress; fetal and infant brain development; parent-infant bonding; and infant neurobehavioral and neurodevelopmental outcomes. The investigators will also explore mechanisms associated with stress biology during pregnancy, infant brain development and neurodevelopmental outcomes, and parent and infant intervention effects.

Primary Objective: To demonstrate that use of glucose sparing prescriptions (PEN vs Dianeal) in diabetic (Type 1 and Type 2) Continuous Ambulatory Peritoneal Dialysis (CAPD)and Automated Peritoneal Dialysis (APD) patients leads to improved metabolic control as measured by the magnitude of change from the baseline value in the HbA1c levels. Secondary Objectives: To demonstrate that use of glucose-sparing PD solutions (PEN vs Dianeal) in diabetic (Type 1 and Type 2) CAPD and APD patients leads to lower glycemic-control medication requirements, decreased incidence of severe hypoglycemic events requiring medical intervention, improved metabolic control, nutritional status, and Quality of Life. In a subgroup of patients, the impact of glucose-sparing PD solutions (PEN vs Dianeal only) on abdominal fat and left ventricular (LV) structure and function will be assessed.
