NCT06973291
The main aim of this study is to assess whether zasocitinib works better than deucravacitinib in treating participants with moderate-to-severe plaque psoriasis. Participants will take one tablet daily of either zasocitinib or a matching placebo, along with one capsule daily of either over-encapsulated deucravacitinib or a matching placebo, for a duration of 16 weeks. Participants will be in the study for up to 25 weeks, which includes screening period of up to 35 days, a 16-week treatment period, and a 4-week safety follow-up period.
NCT05731271
The goal of this clinical trial is to test the safety of TST003 in patients with cancer. The main question\[s\] it aims to answer are: * What is the recommended dose patients can safely receive? * How long does this drug remain in the body after administration? * What are the side effects of this drug? * Does your cancer respond to TST003? * Participants on this study will get TST003 intravenously (through a needle into your vein), once every 3 weeks. * You may need to come to the study site 2-4 times to have tests to see if you are eligible to be in the study before you begin to receive the study drug. * After you start the study drug, you will need to return to the site several times after each dose so the physician can take vital signs, draw blood samples, and evaluate you for safety and wellbeing. * Participants will continue taking the drug as long as they are receiving clinical benefit. * At the end of your study participation, additional testing is required.
NCT00271180
The main purpose of the Product Performance Report (formerly referred to as System Longevity Study) is to evaluate long-term performance of Medtronic market-released cardiac rhythm products by analyzing product survival probabilities.
NCT02987257
The North American Therapeutics in Epidermal Necrolysis Syndrome (NATIENS) study is a multicenter double-blind randomized controlled assessment of two arms - one of systemic immunomodulatory therapy (etanercept) and one of supportive care deemed to be the current standard of care. We will leverage the opportunity of this controlled design to collect multiples samples with an aim to discover new genetic and biological markers for prevention and early diagnosis and define cellular and molecular mechanisms to facilitate discovery of promising treatment strategies. This study has been preceded by a planning phase to ensure testing and development of harmonized supportive care infrastructure and operating procedures across sites.
NCT06216301
This study, known as LUNAR-2, aims to investigate the effectiveness and safety of using TTFields, delivered by the NovoTTF-200T device, concomitantly administered with pembrolizumab and platinum-based chemotherapy for patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer that has spread to other parts of the body. The primary goals of the study are to assess overall survival and progression-free survival. Secondary objectives include analyzing outcomes based on the specific histology (subtype) of the lung cancer.
NCT02466607
The electroretinogram (ERG) is a diagnostic test that measures the electrical activity generated by cells in the retina in response to a light stimulus. Typically, an ERG is recorded with white flash when the pupil is dilated. RETeval Visual Diagnostic Device (RETeval) generates an array of color flashes, which allows studying whether color flash would be a useful diagnostic tool. Full pupil dilation is required to obtain a response from the whole retina. However, this requirement often limits a patient's flow in the clinic and increases the overall time patients spend at the eye practitioner. RETeval provides the possibility of recording ERGs in un-dilated pupils therefore making the whole exam easier and shorter. These results need to be compared to the classic, fully dilated ERG and evaluated for efficiency. The purpose of this research study is to use the RETeval device to measure the eye's electrical response and how it changes with different stimuli such as changing flash color or pupil dilation.
NCT05005026
The purpose of this study is to determine if playing a virtual reality walking game can help improve neuropathic pain in adults with chronic spinal cord injury.
NCT06336356
The main purpose of this study is to assess the serum free cortisol response after ACTH stimulation test at baseline and at Week 8 in participants with uncontrolled hypertension.
NCT06609005
This is a Phase 1 and Phase 2 study to evaluate the safety and antitumor activity of INV-9956 in adult patients with advanced metastatic Castration Resistant Prostate Cancer.
NCT03077451
This pilot phase II trial studies how well nelfinavir mesylate works in treating patients with kaposi sarcoma. Nelfinavir mesylate may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth.
NCT04603495
A Phase 3, randomized, blinded study comparing pelabresib (CPI-0610) and ruxolitinib with placebo and ruxolitinib in myelofibrosis (MF) patients that have not been previously treated with Janus kinase inhibitors (JAKi). Pelabresib is a small molecule inhibitor of bromodomain and extra-terminal (BET) proteins.
NCT04416568
This clinical trial is studying two immunotherapy drugs (nivolumab and ipilimumab) given together as a possible treatment for INI1-negative tumors.
NCT05735483
The main purpose of this study is to assess the long-term safety and efficacy of lebrikizumab in participants 6 Months to \<18 years of age with moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis. This study will last about 68 weeks and may include up to 16 planned visits. If participating in the optional extension as well, the study will last approximately 1 additional year for a total of up to 116 weeks and may include up to 29 scheduled visits.
NCT04349267
The purpose of this study is to evaluate BMS-986315 alone and in combination with nivolumab or cetuximab in participants with advanced solid tumors.
NCT06764771
This purpose of this study is to determine if experimental treatment with BMS-986488, alone, or in combinations is safe, tolerable, and has anti-cancer activity in patients with advanced malignant tumors.
NCT07006831
The purpose of this research is to collect blood samples and data from kidney transplant patients. The samples and data will be used for research and development of non-invasive test to detect donor-derived cell-free DNA (dd-cfDNA) in kidney transplant patients to evaluate the status of the transplanted organ.
NCT03754790
Primary Objective: To characterize the long-term safety and tolerability of fitusiran Secondary Objectives: * To characterize the efficacy and long-term efficacy of fitusiran as assessed by the frequency of: * Bleeding episodes * Spontaneous bleeding episodes * Joint bleeding episodes * To characterize the effects of fitusiran on health-related quality of life (HRQOL) measures in participants ≥17 years of age
NCT05212428
This clinical trial collects information on how sequencing a patient's deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) (i.e., the genetic material) could impact their health care. This study also develops and improves ways to include genomic information from DNA sequencing into the electronic health record to create a more complete "Health Tapestry" for each participant. Sequencing of a patient's DNA leads to the detection of genetic variants some of which determine risk for disease development. Discovery of those genetic variants in a patient could result in prevention, earlier diagnosis or better therapy of disease.
NCT04630431
This clinical trial investigates the challenges, behavioral patterns, and preferences towards participation in clinical trials in minority patient populations in order to develop a personalized clinical trial educational platform to increase participation in clinical trials among underserved cancer patients. Learning more about patients' understanding of clinical trials may help identify barriers that limit patient's participation. Information gathered from this trial will be used to develop educational materials that may aid minority patients in overcoming barriers to participating in clinical trials. A personalized clinical trial educational platform may help increase participation in clinical trials among minority populations.
NCT06251323
Sixteen institutions will be selected from a HRSA uniform data system and have data collected for up to 3 years. Eight institutions will begin the iPATH practice transformation during year one, the other eight institutions will begin iPATH in year two. FQHC administrators, clinicians and staff will be enrolled to participate in the iPATH transformation in their clinic and will participate in qualitative interviews. Patient HbA1c data from the clinics will be collected for comparative data analysis during each year of the study.
