NCT04909450
This study will enroll subjects with stage 2 or 3 neurotrophic keratitis. Subjects will be randomized in a 1:1 ratio to the CSB-001 investigational treatment arm or vehicle control arm. All subjects will dose with the randomized treatment four times daily for 8 weeks (controlled treatment phase). During the controlled treatment phase, subjects will return to the clinic weekly from Day 0 to Week 8, and again at Week 10. Subjects randomized to the vehicle arm who are not healed will have the opportunity to participate in an open-label uncontrolled treatment phase.

NCT04907396
The IWCR is a global scientific study aimed at better understanding the opportunities and barriers for reducing the prevalence of obesity by collecting information from people who have experience with weight management in their everyday lives. The investigators seek to gather information on a wide range of weight management experiences, ranging from weight loss and weight loss maintenance to weight gain and inability to lose weight.
NCT03279081
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the combined remission of complex perianal fistulas, defined as the clinical assessment at Week 24 of closure of all treated external openings that were draining at baseline despite gentle finger compression, and absence of collections greater than (\>) 2 centimeter (cm) (in at least 2 dimensions) confirmed by blinded central magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) assessment at Week 24.
NCT03475004
This is an open-label, single-center, single-arm phase II clinical trial evaluating the combination of pembrolizumab, binimetinib, and bevacizumab in patients with metastatic colorectal adenocarcinoma who have not responded to prior therapy.
NCT02814916
To determine the safety and descriptive efficacy of dalbavancin for the treatment of acute bacterial skin and skin structure infections in children, aged birth to 17 years (inclusive), known or suspected to be caused by susceptible Gram-positive organisms, including methicillin-resistant strains of Staphylococcus aureus.
NCT06587126
Cystic fibrosis (CF) is a disease characterized by chronic airway infection and impaired mucociliary clearance, which predisposes those affected to recurrent pulmonary exacerbations (PEx) and progressive decline in lung function. Treatment with elexacaftor/tezacaftor/ivacaftor (ETI) results in decreases in patient-reported cough and PEx. Despite this, increased cough remains the most common symptom associated with acute PEx and worsening lung disease. Cough frequency was historically difficult to measure due to reliance on human input. Recent advances in audio capture and signal processing have made automated cough detection possible. As a result there's been a surge in development of portable cough monitors, as cough is increasingly recognized as a measurable parameter of respiratory disease. The majority of cough monitors have been designed for use in adults, and little is known about the practicality of collecting cough data in the pediatric population. In this study investigators aim to assess the feasibility of using an in-home device to capture nighttime cough frequency in children with and without CF. Investigators plan to compare nighttime cough frequency between children with and without CF and, among children with CF, and determine the association between cough frequency and baseline lung function. Additionally, investigators aim to evaluate the changes in nighttime cough frequency in relationship to respiratory symptom scores surrounding clinician diagnosed pulmonary exacerbations. This study will provide important preliminary data needed for a larger study assessing the utility of home cough monitoring for clinical care and for use of cough as a clinical outcome measure in research studies.
NCT04237467
This study will examine markers of vascular endothelial function (vascular health) and metabolic profiles in older versus younger transgender men (people who were assigned female at birth but whose gender identity is male). Data will also be compared to those from age group-matched transgender women and cisgender women and men.
NCT02927301
This study was designed to evaluate the safety and efficacy of neoadjuvant and adjuvant atezolizumab in participants with resectable Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC). Neoadjuvant therapy consisted of two 21-day cycles with atezolizumab. Following surgery, adjuvant therapy consisted of up to 12 months of atezolizumab in participants who demonstrate clinical benefit with neoadjuvant therapy. All participants who undergo surgery entered a surveillance period, which consisted of standardized blood sample collection and Chest CT Scans, for up to 2 years. All participants were monitored for disease recurrence and survival for up to 3 years after last dose of study drug.
NCT03604783
TP-1287 is an oral phosphate prodrug of the CDK9 inhibitor, alvocidib. This is a Phase 1, open-label, dose-escalation, dose-expansion, safety, pharmacokinetics, and pharmacodynamic study, with a purpose of determining the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) and dose-limiting toxicities (DLTs) of oral TP-1287 in patients with advanced metastatic or progressive solid tumors who are refractory to, or intolerant of, established therapy known to provide clinical benefit for their condition.
NCT05430854
A Phase 2, Open-Label Extension study to evaluate the long-term safety and tolerability of daxdilimab in participants with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus completing the treatment period of the RECAST SLE clinical study.
NCT02855125
This is a randomized, open-label, Phase 2 study of TAS-114 administered in combination with S-1, to investigate the efficacy, safety and tolerability of the TAS-114/S-1 regimen in patients with advanced or metastatic NSCLC. The study will be conducted internationally in 2 regions: Asian \[Japan\] and Western \[Europe and US\]. Patients will be randomized into TAS-114/S-1 arm versus S-1 control arm in a 1:1 ratio.
NCT06600256
This is a prospective, open-label, multi-center workflow pilot. Viz HCM will be implemented at each participating site and all conforming incoming ECG recordings within a 6-month enrollment period will be analyzed using Viz HCM. This workflow pilot provides an opportunity to understand how Viz HCM will be utilized and adopted post-market and to learn the pre- versus post-implementation impact of Viz HCM on HCM clinical workflow. This pilot is designed to evaluate the implementation of Viz HCM for use in traditional HCM clinical workflow. Findings from this pilot will help inform the following: * The impact of Viz HCM on HCM clinical workflow * How Viz HCM will be utilized and adopted post-market * The diversity in the HCM patient population and the variation in HCM clinical workflow
NCT04123470
This study aims to evaluate safety and effect of combining an oncolytic adenovirus (delolimogene mupadenorepvec; LOAd703) with atezolizumab in patients with melanoma. LOAd703 will be administered intratumorally for up to 12 injections while atezolizumab will be administered intravenously for the duration of the active study visits (up to 57 weeks). The patients are then monitored for survival for maximum study participation of 48 months. The treatments will be given every 3 weeks. The patients will then be monitored for toxicity, PK, ADA, immune responses, virus shedding, tumor response by RECIST 1.1 and survival.

Prospective, international, multi-center, open-labeled, randomized, controlled cross-over trial to evaluate effectiveness and benefits in patients with lower limb impairment in activities of daily living comparing the C-Brace microprocessor-controlled stance and swing orthosis to standard of care use of knee ankle foot orthosis/stance control orthoses
NCT02616640
This is a multicenter, open-label, Phase 1b study to determine the recommended dose and regimen of durvalumab either as monotherapy or in combination with POM with or without low dose dex in subjects with RRMM. The study will consist of a dose-finding portion as well as a parallel dose-expansion portion to determine the optimal dose and regimen. On 05 Sep 2017, a Partial Clinical Hold was placed on this study by the United States (US) Food and Drug Administration (FDA). The decision by the FDA was based on data related to risks of anti-programmed cell death-1 (PD-1) antibody, pembrolizumab, in combination with IMiDs® immunomodulatory drugs in patients with multiple myeloma. As a result, enrollment into this study has been discontinued. Subjects who are receiving clinical benefit, based on the discretion of the investigator, may remain on study treatment after being reconsented.
