NCT07172438
The overall purpose of this study will be to assess primary combustible cigarette users' abstinence from smoking their usual brand of combustible cigarettes at the end of the study, when provided with an electronic nicotine delivery system (ENDS) power unit (2) and varying levels of access to tobacco-flavored, menthol-flavored, or non-tobacco/non-menthol-flavored cartridge-based e-liquids (collectively referred to as the investigational product) within their assigned study arm over a three-month (ninety-day) period.
NCT07266402
The purpose of this Phase 3, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study is to assess the activity and safety of barzolvolimab compared to placebo in participants with cold induced urticaria or symptomatic dermographism who remain symptomatic despite the use of H1-antihistamines.
NCT04104672
This is a Phase 1, open-label, dose-escalation, and dose-expansion, with a gated randomization portion, study to evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetic, pharmacodynamic and clinical activity of AB680 in combination with zimberelimab (AB122), nab-paclitaxel and gemcitabine in participants with advanced pancreatic cancer.
NCT02716116
This study is about a medicine called TAK-788, also known as mobocertinib, given to adults with non-small cell lung cancer. The main aims of this study are to check if there are any side effects from TAK-788, to learn how TAK-788 is processed by the body, and to determine the best dose of TAK-788 to treat this condition. Participants will take TAK-788 capsules with chemotherapy. Participants will continue to take TAK-788 unless they or their doctor decide they should stop this treatment. Participants will take TAK-788 capsules with or without chemotherapy under antidiarrhea prevention to determine the safety of TAK-788 treatment. Non-Asian, non-White participants will take TAK-788 to determine the safety and tolerability of TAK-788 treatment.
NCT04246281
The purpose of this study is to compare standard of care treatments for back pain to electrical stimulation. Stimulation is delivering small amounts of electricity to the nerves in your low back. This study will use a device called the SPRINT Peripheral Nerve Stimulation (PNS) System. The device is cleared by the FDA for up to 60 days of use for the relief of chronic or acute pain (including back pain)
NCT06879912
The goal of this observational study is to understand the utility of force feedback instruments in surgeries that are done using the da Vinci 5 robot.
NCT04279847
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety, tolerability, and preliminary efficacy of INCB057643 as monotherapy or combination with ruxolitinib for participants with myelofibrosis (MF) and other myeloid neoplasms.
NCT05564117
This study will look how well semaglutide tablets taken once daily helps people with body weight above the healthy range. Participants will either get semaglutide 25 milligram (mg) once daily or placebo once daily. This study will last for 72 weeks, which includes 1-week screening period, 64 weeks of treatment period and 7 weeks of follow up period.
NCT03924401
This trial will see if extended abatacept administration (combined with a standard regimen of tacrolimus and mycophenolate mofetil) will prevent acute and chronic graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) in children and adolescents receiving unrelated donor (URD) hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT), without compromising their engraftment or reconstitution of protective immunity to infection. The study will enroll 30 pediatric patients with serious non-malignant hematologic diseases (NMHD) undergoing URD HSCT. The trial will include patients with 7/8 donors and those with 8/8 (matched) donors. All participants will receive 8 doses of abatacept. Recruitment is expected to last for about 2 years and participants will be followed for up to 3 years.
NCT07285018
The purpose of this study is to test the safety and efficacy of study drug LY4065967 for the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathic pain (DPNP). This trial is part of the chronic pain master protocol H0P-MC-CPMP (NCT05986292) which is a protocol to accelerate the development of new treatments for chronic pain.

NCT07322003
The goal of this clinical trial is to learn if the drug pridopidine works to treat amyotrophic lateral sclerosis in adults. It will also help to learn about the safety of pridopidine. The main question it aims to answer is: Does pridopidine slow disease progression of ALS? Researchers will compare pridopidine to a placebo (a look-alike substance that contains no drug) to see if pridopidine works to treat ALS. Participants will: Take pridopidine or a placebo by mouth every day for 48 weeks. Afterwards, all participants will take pridopidine for another 48 weeks. Visit the clinic once every 1-3 months for checkups and tests
NCT06131502
The goal of this clinical trial is to determine if ExAblate MR-guided Focused Ultrasound (MRgFUS) bilateral anterior capsulotomy can be used safely and effectively to relieve symptoms of moderate to severe obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD) in individuals who have not benefited from psychotherapy and medications. The main questions it aims to answer are: 1. Can ExAblate MRgFUS capsulotomy be safely delivered to individuals suffering from treatment-refractory OCD through an intact skull with a risk and side-effect profile that is comparable to other neurosurgical approaches for capsulotomy? 2. Will ExAblate MRgFUS capsulotomy result in improvement in clinical symptoms and quality of life metrics that are similar to those seen with other surgical approaches for capsulotomy? In the first stage of the study, participants with severe, treatment resistant OCD (n=10) will be recruited in two centers (Harvard and Stanford) and treated with best medical care (BMT) for 6 months. Thereafter, they will receive the ExAblate MRgFUS procedure and then another BMT for 12 months. In the second stage of the study, participants with moderate to severe OCD (n=56) will be recruited in a multi-center study and treated with BMT plus real or sham MRgFUS for 12 months. Thereafter, those who received sham MRgFUS and did not improve will receive real MRgFUS and then treated with BMT for another 12 months.
