NCT07075536
Among people who do not want to get pregnant, some do not use any birth control. This is also called contraceptive nonuse. Common reasons for contraceptive nonuse include concerns about birth control safety or side effects. People with health conditions, such as diabetes or high blood pressure, also report worries about how different birth control methods might affect their health condition or medicines. The goal of this clinical trial is to learn if a web tool called My Health, My Choice helps people with health conditions understand their birth control options and choose birth control that is right for them. The study will also look at the medical safety of birth control methods that participants decide to use. The main questions it aims to answer are: • Does the My Health My Choice tool lower the number of participants who do not use any birth control method? (contraceptive nonuse) In other words, does the My Health My Choice tool increase the number of participants who use any birth control method? (contraceptive use) Participants who use the My Health, My Choice tool before a clinic visit with their clinician (Intervention Group) will be compared to participants who only go to a clinic visit with their clinician (Usual Care Group). For this study, a "clinician" is any licensed health care provider who counsels about birth control, prescribes birth control, and/or inserts birth control devices. All participants will: * Complete 4-5 online surveys that take 5-10 minutes each, over a 3 month time period * Be asked to go to a scheduled clinic visit with their health care provider * A small group of participants (about 30) will be invited to a 1 hour exit interview Participants in the intervention arm will be asked to: • Use the My Health My Choice tool before their clinic visit

The purpose of this study is to determine the recommended Phase 2 dose(s) (RP2D\[s\]) of JNJ-69086420 in Part 1 (Dose Escalation), to determine safety and preliminary signs of clinical activity at the RP2D(s) in Part 2 (Dose Expansion), to determine safety of JNJ-69086420 at the RP2D(s) as a combination therapy in Part 3 (combination therapy) and to determine safety of JNJ-69086420 at the RP2D(s) in participants with metastatic hormone-sensitive prostate cancer (mHSPC) in Part 4.
NCT06385080
The purpose of this study is to determine safety and preliminary efficacy of amivantamab monotherapy, amivantamab in addition to pembrolizumab, amivantamab in addition to paclitaxel and amivantamab in addition to pembrolizumab and carboplatin in participants with recurrent/metastatic head and neck cancer. The study will also confirm the recommended Phase 2 combination dose (RP2CD) for amivantamab in addition to paclitaxel. The safety and preliminary efficacy of amivantamab in addition to pembrolizumab will also be determined in perioperative (before and after surgery) setting in participants with resectable locally advanced head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC).

NCT03104517
This study evaluates the efficacy and safety of Autologous Muscle Derived Cells for Urinary Sphincter Repair (AMDC-USR; generic name: iltamiocel) compared to a placebo in the reduction of stress incontinence episode frequency in adult female patients with post-surgical persistent or recurrent stress urinary incontinence (SUI). Half of the participants will receive AMDC-USR (injections with cells) and the other half will receive placebo.
NCT06742190
The main purpose of this study is to compare empasiprubart and IVIg in adult patients with MMN. The study consists of a double-blinded part A (empasiprubart, IVIg) and an open-label part B (empasiprubart). The maximum study duration for participants is up to 49 months. This is a multicenter, two-arm, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study of Optune® (Tumor Treating Fields at 200 kHz) together with maintenance Temozolomide (TMZ) chemotherapy agent and pembrolizumab compared to Optune® together with maintenance TMZ and placebo in newly diagnosed Glioblastoma (GBM) patients. The primary objective of the study is to evaluate the Overall Survival (OS).
NCT06909565
V-INTERVENTION will evaluate the effectiveness of inclisiran in preventing major cardiovascular and limb events in patients receiving percutaneous coronary or peripheral arterial revascularization. Inclisiran is a subcutaneous, twice-yearly injection that is FDA-approved as an adjunct with statin therapy and on the market to lower LDL-C in high-risk populations.
NCT07470853
HWK-016-101 is a multicenter, open-label, first-in-human (FIH) Phase 1 study evaluating HWK-016, a targeted antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) in adult participants with advanced or metastatic solid tumors. The study employs a dose escalation and dose expansion design without a control group. The study consists of 2 parts (Part A: monotherapy and Part B: combination therapy with bevacizumab); each part has 2 phases, Phase 1a (dose escalation) and Phase 1b (dose expansion). Enrollment to Part A (Phase 1a and Phase 1b) will include ovarian and endometrial cancers. Enrollment to Part B (Phase 1a and Phase 1b) will include ovarian cancer only. A subsequent protocol amendment may evaluate additional tumor types.

NCT05571839
This study will test the safety of a drug called PF-08046049/SGN-BB228 in participants with melanoma and other solid tumors that are hard to treat or have spread through the body. It will also study the side effects of this drug. A side effect is anything a drug does to the body besides treating the disease. This study will have 3 parts. Parts A and B of the study will find out how much PF-08046049/SGN-BB228 should be given to participants. Part C will use the information from Parts A and B to see if PF-08046049/SGN-BB228 is safe and if it works to treat solid tumor cancers.
