NCT04501666
The primary objective was to assess the efficacy of nemolizumab (CD14152) compared to placebo in participants greater than or equal to (\>=) 18 years of age with prurigo nodularis (PN) after a 16 week treatment period.
NCT02914600
The primary objective of this study is to observe the long-term safety of filgotinib in adults who have completed or met protocol specified efficacy discontinuation criteria in a prior filgotinib treatment study in Crohn's disease (CD).
NCT05077969
This study is designed to test the efficacy and safety of combinations of two well-understood agents - famotidine and celecoxib. Each of these agents separately demonstrate clinical activity in mitigating COVID-19 disease symptoms or severity, and each of which appear to have separate and complementary mechanisms of action.
NCT04575324
Project STAMINA is a clinical trial that seeks to establish effectiveness of a telemedicine approach for linking syringe exchange clients to medications for opioid use disorder. This pilot study aims to recruit n=275 people and utilizes two study arms: (1) a treatment arm consisting of immediate telemedicine linkage and (2) a control arm consisting of standard referral to treatment. Half of the study participants will be randomly enrolled in each arm. The study will utilize qualitative and quantitative data, including questionnaire data, drug test results, and administrative treatment data, at multiple time points to determine what effect telemedicine linkage has on clients in relation to the comparison group.
NCT02800863
The purpose of this prospective, multicenter, single arm post-approval study is to demonstrate continued safety of the Axium and Proclaim Neurostimulator System for dorsal root ganglion (DRG) stimulation. The primary endpoint is the 12-month serious adverse event rate for permanent implants.
NCT06489275
This study tests a psychosocial intervention to improve financial literacy and behaviors among adults with mental illnesses.
NCT06112080
This observational clinical study is an evaluation of a diagnostic tool through comparison. Similar to a validation study, the output of the RESP device will be compared to physician auscultation, surrogated by having an attending pulmonologist listen to blinded recordings.
NCT05365815
This study is being conducted to determine if a multi-level intervention for delivering maternity care can improve patient trust and engagement among Black birthing people.
NCT00947297
This was a long-term safety study HPN-100 in urea cycle disorder (UCD) subjects. Subjects were assessed regularly for safety and control of their venous ammonia. Hyperammonemic events were characterized with respect to contributing factors, such as intercurrent illness, diet, and noncompliance with medication.
NCT00992459
This was a randomized, active-controlled, double-blind, cross-over study designed to enroll subjects with UCDs who are being treated with NaPBA.
NCT02615002
This study is a Phase 2, randomized, placebo-controlled, dose-ranging study of piromelatine (5, 20, and 50 mg daily for 6 months) versus placebo to determine an effective dose based on efficacy (cognitive performance), safety, and tolerability in patients with mild dementia due to Alzheimer's Disease (AD).
NCT04093024
The main objective of the study is to evaluate dose-exposure and safety of nintedanib in children and adolescents with fibrosing Interstitial Lung Disease (ILD).
NCT03752398
This is a Phase 1, multiple dose, ascending dose escalation study to define a MTD/RD and regimen of XmAb23104, to describe safety and tolerability, to assess PK and immunogenicity, and to preliminarily assess anti-tumor activity of XmAb23104 monotherapy and combination therapy with ipilimumab in subjects with selected advanced solid tumors.
NCT03661528
Randomized, controlled clinical trial evaluating the efficacy and safety of andexanet alfa versus usual care in patients with intracranial hemorrhage anticoagulated with a direct oral FXa anticoagulant
NCT02968355
This study will evaluate the clinical sensitivity and specificity of the FilmArray Global Fever (GF) Panel.
NCT02742090
The main objective of this study is to determine the progression free survival of umbralisib in participants who were intolerant to prior BTK (Bruton Tyrosine Kinase) inhibitors (ibrutinib, ACP-196, other) or prior PI3K-delta inhibitors (idelalisib, duvelisib, other).
NCT03777410
This study will collect bone marrow (BM) aspirate samples from patients with relapsed refractory multiple myeloma (RRMM) prior to the start of a new treatment regimen for the purposes of prospectively measuring single-cell mass accumulation rate (MAR) as a biomarker of patient response to that regimen. The primary study objective is to explore whether the single-cell MAR biomarker can predict patient response in RRMM patients. In order to enable this primary objective, two patient cohorts will be required. First, a small vanguard cohort of patients with treatment naïve disease to define drug concentrations used for testing, and second, the main RRMM patient cohort. Data will be collected to estimate the biomarker's predictive properties (accuracy, sensitivity, specificity), and to support improvement of the MAR biomarker through additional research and discovery within the study dataset.
NCT02676986
Open-label, international, multicentre window of opportunity phase II trial to evaluate the effects of short-term preoperative therapy with enzalutamide (alone or in combination with exemestane) in women with newly diagnosed invasive primary breast cancer. The study has two cohorts: * ER+ve breast cancer * AR+ve, Triple-negative (i.e. ER-negative, PR-negative and HER2-negative) breast cancer Study treatment is planned for a minimum of 15 days and a maximum of 29 days unless there is evidence of unacceptable toxicity or the patient requests to be withdrawn from the trial. Thereafter, patients will either be considered for definitive surgery or primary medical treatment (e.g. neoadjuvant chemotherapy) at the discretion of the treating physician. The effects of enzalutamide (alone or in combination with exemestane) will be assessed on tumour tissue specimens taken at baseline and on the last day of study treatment.
NCT04822298
This study aims to evaluate the safety and tolerability of AMG 160 and to evaluate the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) or the recommended phase 2 dose (RP2D).
