NCT02163694
The primary objective of the study is to assess the progression-free survival (PFS) of veliparib in combination with carboplatin and paclitaxel (C/P) compared to placebo plus C/P in participants with a Breast Cancer Gene 1 or 2 (BRCA1; BRCA2) mutation in Human Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor 2 (HER2)-negative metastatic or locally advanced unresectable breast cancer. The secondary objectives of the study are to assess overall survival (OS), clinical benefit rate (CBR) through the end of Week 24, objective response rate (ORR) and PFS on subsequent therapy (PFS2) in participants treated with veliparib in combination with C/P versus placebo in combination with C/P.
NCT05714059
The purpose of this study is to confirm the safety and effectiveness of the MiniMed 780G insulin pump used in combination with the DS5 CGM in type 1 diabetes adult and pediatric subjects in a home setting.
NCT04714320
The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of IONIS-AGT-LRx compared to placebo on seated automated office systolic blood pressure (SBP) from baseline to Study Day 85 in uncontrolled hypertensive participants on ≥ 3 antihypertensive medications and to evaluate the effect of IONIS-AGT-LRx on ambulatory blood pressure, seated automated office SBP, seated automated office diastolic blood pressure (DBP), and plasma angiotensinogen (AGT) at each scheduled visit in uncontrolled hypertensive participants on ≥ 3 antihypertensive medications.
NCT01426425
ICY-AVNRT (Intracardiac CrYoablation for AtrioVentricular Nodal Reentrant Tachycardia) is a prospective multi-center, nonrandomized, single arm, controlled, unblinded, investigational clinical study. The purpose of this clinical study is to demonstrate the safety and effectiveness of the Freezor® Xtra Cardiac CryoAblation Catheter for the cryoablation of the conducting tissues of the heart in the treatment of patients with atrioventricular nodal reentrant tachycardia (AVNRT) using an endocardial approach.
NCT04728295
Evaluate the Safety and Effectiveness of Staged Bilateral Exablate Ablation of the Pallidothalamic Tract (PTT) for the Treatment of the Motor Complications of Parkinson's Disease (PD).
NCT04973657
Subjects will be administered multiple doses of VK0214 in a cohort dose escalation process. A total of up to 36 subjects will be enrolled in the study, into one of three dose cohorts. For each cohort, up to 12 subjects will be randomized to receive VK0214 or placebo in a 3:1 ratio so that there will be a total of up to 9 subjects for each of the active doses and up to 3 subjects dosed with placebo in each cohort.
NCT04372433
To assess safety and tolerability at increasing dose levels of IO-202 in successive cohorts of participants with AML with monocytic differentiation and CMML in order to estimate the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) or maximum administered dose (MAD) and select the recommended Phase 2 dose (RP2D)
NCT06557499
This investigation is designed to evaluate the performance rate of two polyurethane male condoms with different sizes and thicknesses versus a standard natural rubber latex (NRL) male condom. The purpose of this study is to see how well the experimental condoms perform compared to the latex rubber condom (for example, how often the different condom types break or slip off the penis). Sponsor also wants to find out how well couples like using the three condom types and whether they experience any problems when using the condoms (for example, irritation or discomfort).
NCT02868268
This proposal sets forth the platform for a Precision Medicine clinical trial through the New Approaches to Neuroblastoma Therapy (NANT) consortium. The plan is to utilize NANT's established multi-institutional infrastructure and Translational Genomics Research Institute GEM sequencing platform for acquisition and gene panel sequencing of relapsed biological specimens in relapsed/refractory neuroblastoma (rNB) including those obtained from the bone, bone marrow or soft tissue. Our primary aim is to identify subgroups of rNB patients who have potentially targetable genetic (ALK, MAPK pathway, Metabolic-related genes) and/or immunologic (tumor-associated macrophage infiltration and/or programmed death ligand \[PD-L1\] expression) biomarkers in rNB. Additional potential novel biomarkers will also be evaluated and reported in this cohort of patients.
NCT03426059
The protocol aims to comprehensively define the phenotype of Phelan-McDermid Syndrome and to identify potential genetic factors, which may play a role in the variability of the disease's outcomes. The first aim involves a physical exam, a neurological exam, collection of medical history information, a clinical genetic evaluation, blood work and neuropsychological assessments. If clinically indicated, the protocol collects information from medical tests. These medical tests may include electrocardiography, echocardiography, renal ultrasonography, and renal ultrasound.
NCT04249947
An open-label, multi-center, single and cyclic ascending dose study of P-PSMA-101 autologous CAR-T cells in patients with mCRPC and SGC.
NCT03452111
The long term objective is to develop a gel to be used as a male contraceptive.
NCT06087406
The purpose of this study is to determine the safety and tolerability of imvotamab in patients with moderate to severe rheumatoid arthritis who have failed prior therapies. Participants will be given imvotamab or placebo through a vein (i.e., intravenously). A placebo is a look-alike substance that contains no active drug
NCT03400150
The BioProtect Balloon Implant™ System is intended to temporarily position the anterior rectal wall away from the prostate during radiotherapy for prostate cancer and in creating this space it is the intent of the balloon to reduce the radiation dose delivered to the anterior rectum. The balloon composed of a biodegradable material that maintains that space for the entire course of prostate radiotherapy treatment and is completely absorbed by the patient's body over time.
NCT05139992
The purpose of this study is to assess the antibody response to COVID-19 vaccination in a cohort of patients with sickle cell disease (SCD) and to assess vaccine and SCD related complications around the time of vaccination.
NCT02070549
This phase I trial studies the side effects and best dose of trametinib in treating patients with cancer that has spread to other places in the body and usually cannot be cured or controlled with treatment (advanced) with or without liver (hepatic) dysfunction. Trametinib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking proteins needed for cell growth. When these proteins are blocked, the growth of cancer cells may be stopped and the cancer cells will then die. Hepatic dysfunction is frequently found in patients with advanced cancer and usually prevents patients from receiving standard treatments or from participating in clinical trials. Patients may also need dose adjustments or absorb drugs differently. Trametinib may be a better treatment for patients with advanced cancers and hepatic dysfunction.
NCT01693120
VICTORY AF is an IDE, prospective global, multi-center, single arm, controlled, unblinded, investigational clinical study. The purpose of this clinical study is to evaluate the risk of procedure and/or device related strokes in subjects with persistent or long-standing persistent atrial fibrillation (AF) undergoing ablation with the Phased RF System.

NCT04198701
The study is a prospective, multi-center, non-randomized, unblinded worldwide pre-market clinical study. The purpose of the study is to provide data demonstrating the safety and effectiveness of the PulseSelect™ PFA System for the treatment of atrial fibrillation (AF). The study will also provide first in human insights into clinical safety and device function of the PulseSelect PFA System for pulmonary vein isolation (PVI) as a treatment for AF. To this end, the clinical study has been designed into phases (Pilot and Pivotal), with each phase comprising a separate data set that will be analyzed and reported on per the below objectives.
