NCT03602079
Open-label, Phase I-II, first-in-human (FIH) study for A166 monotherapy in HER2-expressing or amplified patients who progressed on or did not respond to available standard therapies. Patients must have documented HER2 expression or amplification. The patient must have exhausted available standard therapies. Patients will receive study drug as a single IV infusion. Cycles will continue until disease progression or unacceptable toxicity.
NCT00017953
The Look AHEAD study is a multi-center, randomized clinical trial to examine the long-term effects of a lifestyle intervention designed to achieve and maintain weight loss. The study will investigate the effects of the intervention on heart attacks, stroke and cardiovascular-related death in individuals with type 2 diabetes who are also overweight or obese.
NCT04214093
This is a first-time-in-human (FTIH), Phase 1 study to determine the safety, tolerability, maximum tolerated dose (MTD), recommended Phase 2 dose (RP2D), and pharmacokinetics (PK) of AZD0466 in patients with solid tumors, lymphoma and multiple myeloma at low risk for tumor lysis syndrome (TLS), as well as in patients at intermediate risk or high risk of TLS with hematologic malignancies for whom no standard therapy exists. Once an MTD/RP2D has been determined in the dose escalation portion, further disease-specific expansions (solid tumor and hematologic) will be undertaken. Combinations of AZD0466 with other standard of care treatments may be evaluated in the future.
NCT00146562
The main purpose of this study is to see if pegfilgrastim (Neulasta) is safe and useful in supporting people through dose-dense chemotherapy, and to see if a long-acting red blood cell growth factor, darbepoetin alfa(Aranesp) can reduce the need for blood transfusion in chemotherapy recipients.
NCT02214160
The primary objective of this study is to evaluate the long-term safety and efficacy of UX007 in participants with LC-FAOD. The secondary objectives of this study are to evaluate the effect of UX007 on energy metabolism in LC-FAOD and evaluate the impact of UX007 on clinical events associated with LC-FAOD.
NCT04070521
This study seeks to investigate whether drug effects in suspected overdose patients could be identified using the electroencephalogram (EEG). From previous work it is known that different classes of anesthetic drugs have specific "EEG signatures" related to the drug mechanisms. Many of the drugs of abuse that are frequently encountered in overdose patients are similar or identical to anesthetic drugs. The hypothesis for this study is that the EEG could be used to characterize the brain effects of intoxicants using EEG in the ED setting. Such monitoring could one day help clinicians and first responders at the point-of-care make more informed decisions to improve the care of overdose patients.
NCT02988817
The purpose of the trial is to determine the maximum tolerated dose and to establish the safety profile of HuMax-AXL-ADC in a mixed population of patients with specified solid tumors
NCT04901299
This is a Phase 2 open label, multi-center non-randomized interventional study designed to evaluate the safety and efficacy of combining Neratinib plus Fulvestrant in previously treated metastatic HR-positive, HER2-negative breast cancer. * This research study involves the study drug Neratinib * The standard of care drug Fulvestrant
NCT03442179
In this study, we propose to evaluate the relationship between the alpha oscillation dynamics and the signals derived from the brain images related to brain aging.
NCT04382521
This is a randomized pilot trial to examine the feasibility, acceptability, and preliminary efficacy of an adaptive text message intervention (TMI) to promote well-being and health behavior adherence in 60 patients with two or more cardiac risk conditions (hypertension, type 2 diabetes, or hyperlipidemia).
NCT04938440
The purpose of the Instanyl study is to learn how much doctors know and understand about Instanyl® before and after they receive updated educational information, including the risks of its unapproved use. In this study, the doctors will complete two surveys: one three months before they receive the updated educational information, and one about six months after they receive this information. They will answer questions about their prescribing behavior plus their knowledge of Instanyl® including any risks.
NCT05837598
This study examines the feasibility and acceptability of a virtual tumor board for cancer and mental illness for patients with serious mental illness and a new cancer diagnosis. The study also examines the impact on patient care, psychiatric symptoms, and clinician self-efficacy in managing this population.
NCT05399784
The objective of this study is to assess if the addition of an early postpartum visit improves attendance at postpartum visits. We seek to evaluate if an additional early postpartum visit improves patient education, satisfaction, or trust in the clinicians during the postpartum period; all of which may ultimately facilitate improved outcomes. Additionally, we seek to explore patient preferences for postpartum care delivery.
NCT05076942
Vulvar cancer patients with SN-metastasis \> 2mm will receive chemoradiation instead of an inguinofemoral lymphadenectomy.
NCT03024996
This is a Phase III, multicenter, randomized, placebo-controlled, double-blind study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of atezolizumab versus placebo in participants with RCC who are at high risk of disease recurrence following nephrectomy.
NCT03762265
This was a Phase 3 randomized, parallel-group, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial (blinded treatment \[BT\] period) followed by an open-label extension \[OLE\] period intended to evaluate the efficacy and safety of oral PRN1008 in moderate to severe pemphigus. After completing the open-label extension period, eligible participants might continue in a long term extension (LTE) Period of 48 weeks.
NCT04614246
The purpose of this study is to assess safety and efficacy of BAY 1817080 compared to elagolix and placebo in women with symptomatic endometriosis. Study details include: * Study duration: 155 up to 285 days * Treatment duration: 84 days * Visit frequency: 3 laboratory every 2 weeks for participants on BAY 1817080 or placebo
NCT03997643
The goal of this randomized treatment study is to formally compare quality of life in patients with at least one pN0 hemi-neck after resection of a squamous cell carcinoma of the oral cavity treated with a primary radiation therapy versus a secondary targeted radiation therapy approach, to provide a high level of evidence to guide the selection of treatment options.
